Driving a buddy’s 38’ motorhome. It overheats on the SWFWY in Houston just before rush hour. I pull to right shoulder and call a friend who recommended this company. I call and leave a message and my call is returned within a couple of minutes. They have a wrecker not more than 20 minutes away. Really? In my experience I’m used to waiting several hours. But gosh darn the wrecker is there. He hooks up to front axle, ties in the air brake system, and drops the drive axle in about an hour and has the RV ready to tow. Brilliant. Knowledgeable driver and friendly. Very safety focused as traffic is not slowing down. I should have called 911 to have PD help to slow traffic in retrospect, but this driver was used to it. These guys have the right tools for the really big job. Will call again if needed for sure.

Why have I not got a call back?
I have left messages to speak with someone about my experience. After the first message I left with the lady answering the phones took the opportunity to block my number and not pass the message along. I then called from another number and asked again to speak with someone other than her to make a complaint about the no call no show. Obviously calling isn't working.
So I've had no choice but to rate y'all in hopes to finally talk with someone about my experience. As well as to warn others before they make a bad choice.

Rene was so absolutely wonderful! He was kind, professional and helped me get my contents out of a moving truck that had been impounded . (Truck was not mine ). Rene went out of his way to be kind, patient, professional. He really calmed me down and was so comforting during a really really horrible ordeal I was dealing with. This company is A++++ and I highly recommend! Ask for Rene! His service is 5 plus stars. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you so much Buntello wrecker Service for having a great team member like Rene! Buentello Wrecker Service are the people to call if your in a pinch! Today one of our 26' box trucks blew out both tires in East Bernard. I was in communication with Jenevie who was very helpful and quick to respond the quote was very reasonable priced. The sincerity was a breath of fresh air after all the calling around and NO's we had already got from other companies in the area. Rene gave us a 45 minute window for arrival and Hector showed up right on time and got our truck and guys to the tire shop safely. A 5 star rating very well earned!
Had a break down today, lost air pressure and power.. came in good time also, didn't have long wait like others...Dispatcher Rene helped me with extreme courtesy and cost on tow. Very nice folks and would highly recommend if Rig needs towing.. Will definitely use again when needed, hopefully not too soon,Lol.. Thanks a million guys!! Top notch towing company! Our driver made a wrong turn down a gravel road and got his trailer and front end stuck in ruts. Couldn’t move forward or back. I had called the first tow company I found and they said ETA an hour. After waiting over two hours for them I found Buentello and cancelled the other guys. Scored a touch down with these guys. They arrived within an hour like they said they would and had our driver turned around in no time. Very professional, Rene kept me updated through out the process. You hope to never have to use the services they provide but these are a great group of people to work with. I highly recommend using them!!!
My car was wrecked and towed by Buentello Wrecker Service. When I called to inquire about my vehicle the guy was very friendly and helpful. My car had been sitting at their tow yard for 8 days and it was surprisingly reasonably priced to get it out (compared to other outrageous tow yards I’ve experienced). I would definitely use them again!

I was driving back to Matagorda County from Fort Bend County when I heard a pop and a gush from under the hood, and the car stopped accelerating. I coasted to a nearby gas station that turned out to be really sketchy and didn’t even have gas. My phone battery was dying, and none of the other places I called could help.
When I called Buentello Wrecker Service they picked up right away. Their dispatcher was kind, clear, and got straight to the point. She told me help was on the way, and I believed her. Luke (the driver) called me soon after and said he’d be there in 15 minutes and I believed him too. He got my car loaded quickly and towed it to a nearby shop.
I felt completely safe and taken care of the entire time from the second I called to the second I was dropped off at a shop. I’m really grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them first to anyone in their area.
