Great service! Guys put on my wipers for me! In and out done in 5 mins!!Thanks Again Guys!

I went in to purchase some transmission oil. I asked the attendants if they could show me where to put the oil. They were rude and said they knew nothing about where it goes. A customer helped me. When I was taking down the number for customer service one of the attendants came how yelling that they were not mechanics and I didn't need to call.

Very nice people who helped me in a pinch on the road alone. Thank goodness for good people

I had car problems driving from Austin area to Houston on Memorial Day weekend, and this O'Reilly went WAY above and beyond to help me. I don't know what I would have done without them. I'm so grateful.

This O’Reilly Auto Parts is heaven sent. My car broke down 17miles away from their shop and I was disparate for help. Not only did the store manager, Sheila, let me keep my trailer at her store while we waited for the parts I needed but she also offered me a charitable deal on said parts. She even recommended a great shop to go to for my repairs. Everyone there was patient with me while I freaked out and then figured out what to do. Thank you!

This evening at 630pm central time. I had to stop at my local orielys, Store No. 5577, and get some grease and check on some part prices. Jason and Nathan were there and answered every question I had. They were very polite and knowledgeable. When I go into this store I know that Jason and Nathan will be there to help.

I go in pretty regular for my husband who’s a mechanic and they all are so helpful with what I need to get!!! Also Shelia always helps me with my oil and with changing the battery in my key fob!! They are a great group of people!!

Best autoparts store around, always have what I need and if not they order it in pretty quick. Everyone is friendly and professional. Managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyable everytime I go in to get parts. Keep up the good work.

Want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the store manager Shelia, assistant manager Adam and Zachary at this store. We are on our way back to Arizona from an event we did in Georgia and our truck decided to throw a belt and take out the pulley and the vacuum pump. We had the belt with us. This store had the vacuum pump but had to get the pulley delivered. The assistant manager Adam called the store that had it and asked them to meet him halfway so that he can get the pulley here sooner and get us back on the road. If you are in the area and need parts stop by this store as they are willing to go out of there way to help the customer get back out on the road. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

Sheila the manager was a lifesaver after a costly mistake happened, she was quick to help and happy and friendly the entire time I was at this store. Come see the crew down here for all your commercial parts needs!

Young man changed out my two batteries on my Ford diesel truck. It was quite a job but he mastered it very well.

I wish I could remember the young man’s name who helped me tonight. He knows who he is, but man that guys customer service was great! It Was someone who closed on 7/20/24 but anyways thanks to him me and my family made it home safe tonight! Great people still exist

I was having issues with my pathfinder, although he couldn't do much for me the associate did what he could for me, he was very sweet and helpful.

This is my sisters account but my brother and I are pro wrestlers and we were coming from Houston and my turbo hose blew, and we lost alot of power. Thank God we met these people at O’Reillys. Absolutely the best Customer Service I’ve ever received from any store I’ve ever been to. They helped me find the part I needed and with no hesitation help me install it in my truck. Not to mention the great attitudes all the employees had, definitely a great work environment. And if I’m ever in the area again, even if I don’t need anything I’m going in there to buy something. Thank you for getting me home.

I pulled over because my truck was driving funny and found a missing lug nut. Huge shout out to Adam for helping me replace the lug and tighten the rest on the truck! Great customer service and friendly safe atmosphere for a girl in a bad spot in the middle of nowhere. Thank you for your help guys 😁

Thanks to the staff for being so friendly. Had to stop for car problems and got what I needed, scanned my vehicle and even lended me some tools thanks again won't forget y'all.

The folks here were very quick to help replace our failed auxiliary battery, and the manager came out to help and loaned the tools for us to switch it out. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would rate this place a "0" if I could. I have had nothing but problems with this store since its inception into this town. I am an auto mechanic shop owner and I often require the service of this store, being the only one around. They have consistently delivered the wrong parts, if delivered at all; or they have delivered them after long waiting time without any notifications of when they will be arriving; or they have constantly denied the availability of parts when I have already verified the existence of the parts in this location with other O'relly stores. The climax of this low-quality service reached its peak today when I called the manager of the store and put him at check of his ineptitude of providing a good and proper service when he, once again insisted that a part that I highly needed was inexistent. I called another store where they provided with the proper number. I gave this number to the manager and he found out the part was available in his store. His mood suddenly changed and this manager tried to kick me out of the store by claiming the right to refuse service to me screaming as loud as he could, basically as a mad person would react when confronted with a true reason. He threatened to call the police, comment to which I politely asserted to go ahead and bluntly refused to leave without my part. I'm not sure if this attitude is caused by bigotry or simply a personal attrition but it definitely is a personal attack towards me and my clients. It is embarrassing to mention such incident, but I find it necessary for upper management to take action to prevent this type of unnecessary attitude when it is obvious that a lack of proper training will suffice the professionalism of this personnel.

We were at the tail end of a cross country road trip and almost home when our engine oil started running low. I am very car-ignorant but Jimmy and Benjamin were very kind in the face of my helplessness and went above and beyond to help me top off the oil for the first time. Not to mention this was all on New Year’s Day! I am incredibly grateful for their hospitality, which helped us get home in one piece!

Broke down 10 miles out side of schulenburg on saturday morning. I called ahead to make sure they had the parts i needed to fix my truck (they did), I got towed to there parking lot and they were super helpful lending tools and allowing me to washup in the bathroom. They were super nice and very understanding! 10/10 would breakdown in schulenburg oreillys again.

While traveling I needed a bit to adjust the roof rack on top my SUV stopped by and not only did the associate ensure it fit but he allowed me to use it. This was top notch! I was more than willing to pay for the bit this type of hospitality though is what makes Texas above the rest! 🥰

Very friendly staff always there to help me out. It's about 20 minutes farther farther away from the O'Reilly's I normally go to but it's worth the drive. Thank you Sheila, April, Jason and Jimmy!!!

This weekend I stopped in Schulenburg on the way home from San Antonio. I got a huge nail in the side of my tire and called this location to see if they could help in any way. Jason answered and told us to drive over and he would get some help for me! It took about three minutes for Jason’s friend to show up and help us out! Jason knew that their store did not have what we needed, but he still took the time to help us out. He personally laid down on the hot asphalt to get out spare tire down! Jason told us that some of the auto shops in the area would charge an arm and a leg to help us out, so he thought he could save us a lot of money and time if he called his mechanic friend! We were so so thankful! Jason was amazingly kind and patient with two women and three kiddos that knew nothing about their car! Will definitely use them in the future when we are passing through!

Mrs April and her team at this o Riley’s location went above and beyond to help us out while stranded between Houston and San Antonio ... they are great people with great knowledge and really appreciate them being down to earth and helping us out.

Above and beyond helpful staff. The manager Amy and the district manager came out in the 100+ heat to help us. They even made sure we had enough water and food while everything was getting lined out.
