If you're looking for a review of the store itself and not the brand itself, O'Reilly's in Leonard is absolutely amazing, the staff they are great and knowledgeable and they're always willing to lend an extra hand if they need to. There life time warranty ain't life time apparently it's good for a year even though there computers specifically said LIFETIME!!! These guys are shady as hell and expensive
Because of the customer support in Lenard, Because we can often find parts at the Dealership for less money; My Company will no longer be doing business with orielys in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, Colorado and a few other states. The store in Lenard was just the breaking point. When the parts cost exceeds the dealerships price and the quality seems to be less; it’s time to take my business elsewhere.
A well managed store, which comes across more like a local business than a company owned location. The needs of local mechanics are respected as important business partners. Hobbyists and do-it-yourselfers are assisted and have their questions answered.
