The driver and his helper were both very helpful wasn't a bad experience at all they were they were pleasant and if I have another vehicle that I need to get rid of y'all will be the ones that I call and I thank you so much

I submitted a request for a quote really early in the early morning, like 3 am?, and they quickly got back to me around 8:30am. And they were able to provide me a quote over the phone and by 10:45 am they were able to send someone out to to pick up my vehicle along with the necessary paperwork, whole exchange was done by 10:55am?! Highly recommend Junk Car Girls if you have a vehicle you need to get rid of quickly. We lost the title to an old minivan that wasn’t running. They came out within a few hours and gave us a really good offer compared to other companies. The tow truck driver was super nice and answered all of our questions. 10/10!
Absolutely loved how smooth everything went with this company. I did not know much about junking a car but the woman who answers the phone was very polite when she explained it to me. The tow driver that came out was delightful as well! He was quick with the hook up and polite, he even helped my bf push a car out of the way so that he could hook up the junk. That was very nice of him and we appreciate that so much. If I have any cars to junk in the future, I will definitely be returning to Junk Car Girls!

They are so great and the tow truck is soooo cute! Karlina was very helpful as I was out of town and did not know exactly where my car was but she helped me find it! I got my car towed within a couple of hours and got paid while getting my car picked up. The tow man is also very nice and helpful.
