This place screwed me out of $600 sold me a junk transmission and took it back owner told me he would give me partial refund when I showed up to get my money he refused and told me he would have it rebuilt I showed up a week later and tranny never left the business and owner will not answer the phone do not believe a word this crook says he responds to a bad review with lies dude don’t have a backbone and doesn’t know anything
Bonham Auto Salvage went above and beyond. They had a clean door for $150 when another yard wanted $250 for a damaged one. The team was friendly, let me borrow a tool I needed, and even stayed past closing to help us out. Great service — I’ll definitely be back.
Found them on Facebook, cars were pretty untouched and most parts were available they have excellent prices and allow you to load your parts in the yard into your truck instead of making you drag em all up front
I called them needing a 6.0 LS motor. They told me they had one and went ahead and removed it from the existing vehicle before I even sent payment. After sending payment, I was issued a receipt authorizing the charge to my card. The motor arrived here in Arkansas on time and everything was in order. They are wonderful!!!
I bought a door for my 01 Dodge ram regular cab the Friday of the labor day weekend I paid $90 for it on that Friday and they were closing so I had to leave before I even had chance to take it off so I told them I would come back on Tuesday to pick it up because they where closed the following Monday during the mean time I discovered that a extended cab door was different than regular cab door so it would NOT Work.. (and it's still on there truck as of now) and so I told Luis that I bought it not knowing and it was a mistake keep in mind they still have the door so I'm not returning it for a refund because it's still there, even he didn't know it was different and the computer showed it to be the same ,but it is not , a I did purchase a bad mirror and did return it and I do have a credit for that (no problem) however the door I wanted my money back because it was an honest mistake they said (Luis and the owner Juan) that no refunds even on a mistake and they even didn't know it was different..but once you hand them the money, I guess they look at as "Sucks to be you" after that a return policy on a return I do agree with..but a mistake is another and they don't even know that it won't work either they should refund my money,and if they did know it would NOT Work and didn't say anything then they are crooks, and that not very good business better do you research before you hand them you money, and even though bought by mistake and you don't know it and neither do they by it's still , you get the oh well sucks to be you attitude..no stars from me don't wast your money till you know it's a good part and it will work I'm out $120 these people because now they hardly ever have anything you need so I might get lucky in a couple of years and find something I can use so i will be made whole again. Ordered a Transmission of my customer and you guys sent wrong transmission. We are calling you since 2 weeks and Luis is hiding himself now. Being a business I know it happens sometimes but that doesn't mean that guys will play around. I am forced to hire the attorney if you think that I will file Charge back and you will upload proof of delivery. Its an old thing grow up guys do not play around.
Their parts help me get my car on the road.I even bought the two tires , Included the Fender and door now I'm buying the computer. Now., my car. Will again work. I give them a number 10 for wonderful service.
Borrowed a vehicle to go pickup the part for my car, when ready to leave I couldn't start the vehicle I had borrowed! The gentlemen running the office came out and got it started for me. I was able to get the part I needed as well.
I called 30x back to back and different times over a 3 day period just to see how long it would take to get an answer and nothing, the 1 random time someone did answer they said they'd get back to me and I have not got a call back or been able to get them on the phone since. Why bother having a business phone if your not going to answer it? Good luck if you plan to do business with them over the phone.
I saw that they recently opened and went to check it out and let me just say, the people here are so helpful! I’ve gotten a few parts here already and they’ve turned out great. If you’re wanting to visit here I would ask for Victor or Juan, they are very nice :)
