This O'Reilly's is my local parts store. I have never had one issue with them. I have been doing business there for 4 years and I always get great service.
They were very helpful with checking the codes on my truck and giving me a printout of the codes. I was able to see my battery needed to be replaced, before it ended up dying and leaving me stranded.
I went into the store this morning. Three employees at the counter. One on the phone, the other two watched me enter, no greeting, how can I help you. Luckily, I knew where the product I needed was located. Did not have the correct kind of oil. As I left the store, still no acknowledgement. Poorest of poor customer service!!!
I have a engine light on and i send my wife to get it check and cassey told my wife that there are no codes on the truck, the truck got all kind of codes showing on the dash and he say there are no code at all and he star to get mad because i was telling him over the phone how that can be. But thats not the only time i have problems with him i go there all the time to exchange something he say is not on the system and i go to another coworker in there and they would find it and cassey say “I DINT FIND IT”. Sorry but i have to say something i about it.
These guys and gal are freaking AMAZING! They really know what customer service is all about. The store is always clean, the employees always have a smile on their face and greet you upon arrival. Awesome store in Marlin!
Try to call him today to get a price on a battery for my car and they do not pick up the phone and I know they're not busy right now either Friday November 24th 2023 at 11:16 a.m. and it says on their app that they're open and it shows on the website they're open but nobody's answering the phone
Vernon went above and beyond to help us get the right fuse to fix the running lights on the trailer. We had another 3 hours to drive at night on the hwy to get home when they were closing shop. He stayed and made sure we were set to make it home safely. People like Vernon make the world a better place by helping strangers. Thank you again Vernon.
Had to make a stop here in the middle of a long drive to get my battery checked out. Didn't end up having to buy anything but the guy who checked out my car for me was so kind and helpful & just made my day!! I ended up making it all the way home safely with his advice! I didn't get his name unfortunately but many thanks to this O'Reilly's for incredible customer service!!
The employee was courteous and helpful. I told him what I needed, he went the extra mile and installed the bulb I needed. I would not have been able to install it myself. Thank you.
