I was on the side of the road stranded without fuel in my rig 6 miles from a truckstop, I was desperate, and about to be late to the jobsite, on my last resort I called a local gas station and they suggested i try another number. I dialed it and got a guy that transferred me to KAYLA, baby when i tell you, she heard my situation and dispatched a technician IMMEDIATELY and gave me an ETA of 10 minutes AAAND she stayed on the phone until he pulled up, after he gave me the fuel, he even followed me up the interstate to the truckstop exit to make sure i was good, talk about going above and beyond for a total stranger!! This company DID THAT!!! Kayla! What a peach! She saved my behind that day for sure and told me to stay safe out on the road and to remember that "girl power makes the world better" I will never forget it! Kayla THANK YOU for the GIRLPOWER in YOU! Keep being great and watching over people. Had a wonderful guy that was very sweet . He helped calm me when I called to see his eta. I have had nothing but chaos and he was great! He diverted my attention and it helped me become calm. Also he calls letting you know original eta and every so often the next eta. Well mannered and you can tell he loves his job and the company should be very grateful for him. I had 2 friends visiting from New Jersey and I had a major blow out of a front tire and was stranded on a narrow strip of asphalt and a deep slanting ditch at Formosa. NO FUN. Then the young gentleman from RiserTowing pulled up, hooked up our crazily slanted truck, put us in his cab, and hauled us to Walmart so we could be in a safe place where he could fix our tire. It was hot and it wasn't a simple matter finding all the gear to get my used tire out from under the truck. But this young gentleman never complained. He went into Walmart to help me find some spare nuts and then when we couldn't find nuts there, he pulled my truck back on his truck and pulled us to Auto zone to look again for some nuts to fix that tire. Now who would do that? Nobody I know but this young man did and it was very appreciated. He was wonderful. Made my day. Made all of our days. I recommend him very much!

I had a great experience using Riser Towing. Chad was quick to start communicating when they got assigned my tow request. I received multiple updates on their ETA and they arrived very quickly. I had a flat(no spare) on a highway in the middle of nowhere. Chad arrived and showed me to his cab with a/c so I wouldn’t sweat while he loaded my vehicle. He made a stressful situation much easier. Chad did an outstanding job towing our pickup with attached loaded 14 bale hay trailer! Took a bit to get everything hooked up and ready, but was well worth it. Job well done!

Our truck broke down on a Sunday afternoon . We were pulling our camper headed to the coast. Your driver Richard was exceptional. There was a bit of a miss communication probably due to dealing with our insurance, causing a delay in him arriving. Once he got to our location. In my opinion, he went above and beyond getting us , our truck and camper to were we were safe for the night. Thank you Richard!!

My van over heated and I had to get it moved to a shop. Chad with Riser Towing came to my rescue! I made my request and he was there in less than 15mins, super fast service on a Friday afternoon. Chad was very professional and came prepared to help me out. He got it loaded up on his flat bed in what felt like a few minutes. He was super friendly and offered me a ride. He recommended a shop to me since I am not familiar with the near by shops, and got my vehicle to the destination safely. Chad is really awesome! Amazing service! Please keep up the excellent work!

Robert came out to pick up my car and drove almost 200 miles with me, he came out quick and made sure on our drive that I was comfortable and if I needed anything we would stop. He loaded up my car quick and safely and did the same dropping it off, couldn't have gotten a better drive after having terrible luck

After 2 previous scheduled pickup from a different towing company got canceled, my Insurance finally called Riser Towing and I got verification that they were on the way even as late as 10pm. Broken down on the side of the road when you least expect it, you need help and cars are driving by with no concerns of a broken down vehicle. I needed help and needed it as fast. Their dispatch was helpful and assured me that they could get someone there asap. Within 20 minutes I saw flashing lights behind me and cars started to slow down and move over. The tow truck driver was polite and respectful, which I appreciated very much. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and within no time he already had my vehicle chained down and ready to go.
