We were broken down on Xmas day and Extreme Recovery and Towing were the only ones who would come and help us. This is a family business with high quality equipment.

I was stuck and needed a tow, and this towing company came through fast! They answered my call right away and sent help quickly. The driver, César, was super nice, professional, and got right to work fixing the issue. He made a stressful situation so much easier. The whole team worked fast and treated me with kindness. I definitely recommend them quick, friendly, and reliable service!
I called three times while stuck in the middle of traffic to a man that would not give me his name every time I called, he would tell me that the driver was 15 to 30 minutes away. We waited an hour and still had not had the tow truck come to us the last time I called we were still stuck in a busy intersection and I called to cancel the tow truck and request my $125 that I had to pay upfront. the man that I talked to you would not give me his name and he was very rude and told me there was nothing that could be done until Tuesday of next week and to talk to Mike. I want my money back From this terrible service. If I could leave no stars I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would . Just called on an inquiry of aTow truck and the man who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend any business with this company . That man should be fired!!!

Raymond was amazing. Considering the time that this had happened being Christmas Eve, he showed up in a quickness. He explained exactly what he had to do. He asked if we were all OK and he showed a very concern. He showed empathy and was just amazing overall thank you Raymond for Being a blessing to us on Christmas Eve. What a wonderful professional and timely towing company. We slipped a trailer axle and lost a leaf spring on Easter Sunday. They were dispatched by Hernandez truck repair and had our truck and trailer at the repair shop within an hour and half. Super awesome and friendly driver.. can not recommend them more....
We broke down 50 miles from El Paso and Jorge Hernandez referred us. The guy called us right after we hung up with Jorge. He arrived in a reasonable time made sure our truck got towed properly and he also dropped us off at truck stop. Very good service all the way around the board.
