I just purchased a battery from O'Reilly here in Horizon City and the young man who installed the battery for me was extremely courteous and a pleasure to speak with. His name is Elijah and O'Reilly is fortunate to employ such a fine young man!
If I was able to give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Received the wrong part 3 times in a row and wasted 6 hrs of work having to get the correct part at the dealership because oreilys doesn't even carry it . To top it off they gave me a measly 10$ gift card for my customer of which I had to add 10$ of my own money because they refused to up it to 20$ for my customer to have a decent giftcard to purchase something for the inconvenience. I have never in my life been so frustrated and disappointed. I won't be coming back.
O'Reilly"s offers good value, good service, and no-hassle returns. I had to return three items and they did it without any questions. This is important because when trying to fix a vehicle, you are not always sure of what parts or supplies you need.
You can always get your high quality parts at O' Reilly auto parts. And they do have a high quality of parts in store. We trust them,

Very great customer service by an employe named Alan on horizon and eastlake as soon as I got there I had asked him if he can help me out to figure out a part name I needed for my vehicle he didn't hesitate to tell me of course , so then he locates the part for me that I needed becnopause little did I know I had a huge leak coming from my heater conn , which I then ask him is it hard to replace I really need help because my vehicle was overheating due to the issue , he quickly escorts me to make sure part is correct and fits vehicle wich is very very customer service if u ask me because I wasn't sure but he definitely was very professional and was able to get the part for me then I ask him can u please help me out please he doesn't hesitate to tell me of course he brings out a tool from the store especially designed to take that part off he helps me replace it with his hard work n dedication is able to fix the issue , and honestly I just want to take the time to really thank Alan for his service he really proved that there is great people in this world thank you I will never forget the help u gave me
O'Reilly’s is always a great place to go, they almost always have the parts you need. It definitely helps to know the part name or number, but I just found out you can give them your license plate and they’ll pull up all the info for your car! No need to remember the year, make, model, or engine size, that’s a big plus. Too bad AutoZone doesn’t do that!
I would to commend the professionalism and outstanding customer service that was provided by your staff especially Omar. He went far and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with safety as top priority. Thank you
Never a good thing when you have to buy parts for your vehicle; however the staff, specifically Omar made the experience very pleasant. He went above and beyond on helping trouble shoot my vehicle and remove an alternator to test. If I could rate higher I would!
I usually go to Autozone and today Edgar from this Oreilly on kenazo at 1:30pm gave the most unwelcome feeling when I walked in to shop and dump some old used motor oil. I guess I'm used to Autozone where they usually aren't rude to you for showing up to the store to shop. Also it's only Edgar that was bothered everyone else was working doing their job and happy to be there. I just went back to give you another opportunity and the store is empty and this guy Gerardo gives me attitude instead of trying to help or receive me with a friendly welcome.
I’ve had many issues where my warranties have “disappeared” from their system. And even in the app they were deleted. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS! Also if you go for the free commodities, be prepared to wait. Waited in line for my turn and was told to wait more if there is customers behind you. The worker in question said “it’s a courtesy” when I stated I waited in line.
I went to a o reilly before it was awesome service with angel and went today and these 2 fat girls didn't want to attend to me all they do is go hide behind a big a** black curtain and pretend I wasn't in there very bad customer service
Some employees here don't care about customer service. I came in the other day and they only had one person attending customers while the other 3-4 were in the back joking around. There was 4 other customers waiting in line to get help and not once did the employees bother to help out in the front
I bought an item that was supposed to be guaranteed by the the store. The timing chain broke and damaged my engine. The store has refused to fix my engine..
It's an auto parts store. I go there because it's closer to my home. If I have more time, I go to AutoZone as they are always quick to help out. O'Reilly's waits for you to approach them. At least, that's been my experience.
Called to see if they had CV joint lube, they stated that they did and when I showed up (less than 3 minutes) they didn't have it and stated oh sorry we are sold out.
Today is 2/27/21. Employees of O'Reilly's at this location refuse to wear their masks. We were in line to pay for our merchandise when I asked an employee (Rene) who was wearing his mask under his nose to put it on properly and he refused. Rest of the employees were wearing their masks the same way. We left our merchandise at the counter and walked out. YOUR EMPLOYEE IS completely ok with putting me and my family at risk of getting this deadly disease (we have people in our household with compromised immune systems ) ... does that sound safe or professional or ok at all to you!!!?!? We don't plan on ever buying anything from O'Reilly's again.
I usually go to autozone which is a little further away but worth it to me due to the lack of customer service this oreillys has. Today I decided to stop here just for some antifreeze. Well there was five people working and no one seemed to care that customers are waiting in line to pay. A few walked out. I even asked a deliver girl if anyone plans to charge us and she said she didn’t know. WOW! And Rene also wasn’t even wearing his mask correctly. And no one seemed to care. I’ll just stick to autozone. The extra 10 min is definitely worth the drive.
Poor customer service. Walked in up to the front counter there was 3 employees and no one else in the store I was ignored and not helped. I called the district manager never received a call back. Never will I go back!!!!
