AWESOME!! AWESOME!! AWESOME!! Right on the approximate time frame schedule to arrive given to me. Polite, professional and respectful service. The transmission cable in my truck, broke right at the entrance of my house blocking the sidewalk which is not permitted in my community. The driver checked and inspected my truck even going under the vehicle and that’s when I found out, the transmission cable was broken. Still, he managed to get it in gear and I was able to move the truck out of the way and park in a safe place to fix the problem. THANKS A BUNCH!!

Ricardo’s the man! Called him for a quote for a 2 mile trip right down the road and since his price was so fair I didn’t need quotes from anyone else. Showed up quickly, loaded up my Durango quick and securely without any damage. Would highly recommend! Definitely saving his number to use his company again in the future.

Ricardo to the rescue!! Today I experienced an issue with my truck and called Good Sam. Express Wrecker from El Paso never showed up and left me stranded for over an hour. I saw Ricardo fueling up his tow truck at the truck stop and asked him to please help. He did! Ricardo is efficient, smart, and reasonably priced. Need help in the El Paso area? Call R&L!

If I could give 10 starts I would. I needed a tow truck in an emergency situation, answered on the second ring, very informative. Was at the location in less than 20 minutes. Very helpful and trustworthy. The prices are incredible and affordable. I will only go to R&L Horizon Towing for my towing needs from now on. I highly recommend. Very nice man. Arrived quickly. (thankfully he was close by) either way he worked promptly and was able to help my boyfriend tow his truck to his house. Highly Recommend. takes card. And will definitely call him if I need to have anything towed!
