they told me $150 on the phone then when I went in person they charged way more ! They were very rude even throwing papers at you . I called and they said they accept cards then when I went they said cash only I had to tell one of the ladies then they gave an attitude about using a card . YOU CAN PAY WITH CARD !!! they just don’t want you to use card !
ZERO stars!!! Money hungry company! They have nothing better to do than to be looking for peoples cars to tow. Even when you are trying to do your job, and have no idea of the “RULES” you are making up for an apartment complex you don’t even OWN!! Karma will get all of you back. Some way some how. All these negative reviews and twisted things you all are doing are going to come right back to each and one of you that work at this company
Prompt and friendly service, even at rush hour. They arrived less than 30 minutes after I called and charged exactly what I was quoted. I'd do business with them again.

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I called for assistance. Instead of being helpful, they acted like I was an inconvenience and spoke to me with a nasty attitude. When the tow truck finally arrived, the driver was just as rude and made the whole situation even more stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone—avoid them if you can!
They charge illegally. State of Texas TDLR states you must not charge a fee to drop if vehicle is not ready to be towed. He takes advantage or low income residents. If you don’t know laws.
Worst place to have to do business with. Apparently buddies with the state cops when commercial vehicle wrecks happen and they only call these guys. Unprofessional, lousy to work with and push to keep your vehicles to keep charging you. How does the better business bureau let this happe Trash!!!
Wouldn't recommend! They told me on the phone $140, but it was actually $335. Staff was unfriendly, barely helpful at all. Had to pay cash, and they can not make change.
These people are rude. We came because they towed my mom car where she works, and they just took her car without checking for stickers if she worked at the building. They take FOREVER to assist you and throw your stuff at you
Worst experience ever. They say they are 24 hrs but when u show up if the person isn’t there nothing will be done. No record keeping and when you come to check your vehicle they are lost and confused as to where it is. I would recommend any other towing company in the El Paso area. It is by far the worst customer service and the entire front office is rude and disrespectful
Raul is the man. I’d request him if you can. He moved my truck and made sure it was neatly put in the garage all while it was cold and pouring down rain. He took great care and paid great attention. 10/10 would recommend.
Towed Class 8 truck and trailer off I-10 to Freightliner dealer. In process they damaged transmission cooler lines and abs modulator and brackets with axle lift. Dealership noted damage after repairing original complaint. When I contacted AD to see if they would make it right they tried to tell me that we waited too long and that they towed our truck and trailer in from behind and it would not be possible to do the damage. (you ever see a tractor trailer towed on road from behind? Well you havent because its impossible. )
I could tell from the beginning that we wouldn't get any satisfaction. Do not use these guys!

Never used their services but as I was driving home today truck number 175 from their company almost drove me off the side of the freeway. Once I got on to the road again I saw him cutting off other cars and speeding faster than 70 MPH. He was driving a huge truck and couldve easily killed someone. I hope whoever the owner of the company is checks their drivers because they are one accident away from a huge lawsuit. If you care about your money check your workers sir.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would rate it negative but can’t. The “supervisor” in charge was very unprofessional and rude. He seems a grumpy old man and does not want to help you or give you a good service. He takes his time being on his phone and only offers service when he wants. His name is Nacho, Alex or Daniel, idk, I was told different names. Also, it seems like the rest of the workers inside the office don’t know what the job is or what they are supposed to do as to no one helped out and all 3 were on their phones.
I had an absolutely awful experience with this towing company in El Paso. They initially quoted me a price, but once the job was supposed to be done, they demanded much more money than we had agreed on. My driver waited over an hour for their truck to arrive, only for them to take our vehicle without any notification and hold it in their yard, demanding an outrageous fee for its release. They were completely unprofessional and unreliable. I had to send another driver to deal with the situation, and it cost us both time and money.
To make matters worse, they don’t even accept payments over the phone, adding to the frustration and delay. This company is the epitome of shady business practices, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a trustworthy towing service.
Horrible Experience – Damaged My Transmission and Took No Responsibility I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company and Alex (manager), it was an absolute nightmare. My car was towed by this company and they severely damaged my transmission in the process. Not only did they fail to take responsibility for the damage they ADMITTED to have caused, but their customer service was also completely unhelpful and dismissive. I have a police report proving what happened, yet they refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing or compensate me for the damage. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling.
We were broken down on the side of I10 for 54 hours due to electrical failure and no air bags on our Class A motorhome...needed a flat tow and it was 115 degrees...Renee, the tow truck driver kept in contact with us and got us to Cummins as soon as he could...have never had a tow truck driver care so much! Thank you! They have a very large area to cover so you have to be patient...thank goodness for our generator!
August of 2022 they towed my car while it was on jack stands with no front suspension while I was waiting for a part to come in the mail. Not only did the driver absolutely destroy the underbody, radiator support, front bumper, and fenders, but they also made me pay $350 to get it towed back and demanded the key despite the tie rods not even being connected(can't steer it onto the truck, so what's the point?). But wait it gets better. The driver also took it upon himself to steal about $1,500 worth of tools out of my car before he towed it back. I called multiple times and was playing musical chairs getting bounced back and forth between this guy and that guy. They never held their employee accountable and cost me my entire car, and all the tools I paid for out of my own pocket. Scummiest company I've ever had the complete displeasure of having to deal with, and by no means would I ever recommend someone to even go into the same area code that this company resides in.
Do not use this company. They will disrespect you they even will go to the extent to fight customers. I had my family with me and my newborn nothing but friendly environment. & for the people running the front desk went ahead and tried to fight me. Like wow where is the customers service. why don’t they fire these guys running this operation & I hate the fact that it still up and running

I don't know who is hiring these drivers but whoever was driving truck number 82 with license plates t12 42k almost ran my family off the road on the freeway when he cut us off. We caught up to them at an accident and my husband spoke to police officers and the driver had the *g*alls to follow my husband as he walked back to our car and flipped him off. Do better with representation of your company. We will be following on legal actions.
Eta: Driver that almost made us crash with my 2 year old in the car is the same fat one from reviews from a year ago. This company doesn't change.
this place is the worst place, Alex is very disrespectful and unprofessional with a bad attitude, Driver Rene is not at all knowledgeable of what he really is doing, they damaged my vehicle. Filed reports in all places becausee someone is responsible for the damages my car acquired.
I give this company no stars, just a heads up…..Watch out for this man, he was very rude and made us pay $75. We were unloading furniture and in less than 10 minutes from unloading, he loaded our vehicle. He did not let us explain, he ignored us and seemed violent. I requested his name and he ignored me, he also threatened us that we needed the exact cash because he did not have change. This will be reported to the complex authority.
The drivers do not care about your vehicle. Mine was parked and got scraped from the hood and the rim in the process of loading to "flatbed". Oil marks left on door handle too. Since it is not theirs, they could probably care less! Had some belongings missing too!
