The gentleman answering the phone did not make any sense whatsoever. I asked him what the average cost would be for a used and a new front bumper. He quoted me $500 and something for a old used bumper and $400 and something for a new bumper????? It makes no sense at all!

They never ever ever ever answer the phone. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call, they DO NOT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

Helpful staff are always trying to do their best to provide the best parts. I've been here a few times so far I have never had a problem and I hope our relationship doesn't change

Online parts request resulted in no response... on a side note, this place used to be cool, then they crushed all thier old vehicles.. now there isn't much incentive to go there.

Always willing to help, El Paso seems to have a positive attitude when answering the phone and looking for your part. ( In comparison to AZ sales reps) Don’t bother with those clowns.

Lack of efficiency, professionalism basically “I just work here mentality!” It’s really frustrating when you are pressed for time and it takes a LONG while to get parts. In addition, the phone service is not adequate at all, all I get is a voicemail as well. When you go in person, no acknowledgment or simply “Just take a seat … they’ll call you” is there slogan lol. It’s extremely frustrating!!

So I've been trying to get ahold of one of their workers that sold me a transmission I've been trying to get ahold of him for the past few days to let him know that the transmission is not good my customer is super upset I've been calling the whole morning and all they do is just send me straight to voicemail I am very disappointed in this place this is the second transmission that they give me and it's bad I had to pay out of my pocket to take the vehicle to Firestone so they could tell me that the transmission is not good because it's clogged from the filter which is internal I am very disappointed in the service of LKQ

Great customer service on the phone but it took over 40 mins to simply pickup my part when it finally arrived. Showed up at opening time and employees sauntered up 5 min late and took their time opening the doors. Then didnt bother getting into place at their registers for another couple min. Paid in advance over the phone so they already had all my info and knew which part I was there's for but that didn't stop then from over complicating the entire pickup process. Waited in line to be told to go to another register in warehouse. Waited another 10 min or so to verify who I am and the part I was getting, then went back inside to wait another 10 min for different register to get a receipt for what I paid for. Then went back outside again to give the second clerk my receipt - then they decided to actually move to get my part. The part was a tailgate and was wrapped up well enough to avoid damage during shipment but initial damage to item was not what was relayed to me on the phone. I was over the entire process by this point so I just took it and left. Price wasn't great for the condition of the part and the entire process to get what I paid for will make me avoid dealing with them ever again.

Local customer service people Never answer your calls and you have the option of asking people in Phoenix what's in the yard in El Paso. How is that good customer service?????

Very risky place to order parts from, outdated inventory, poor customer service, no one answers the phone. I wish i would of read the reviews before coming to this place. First they charge you for a part they don't have then you end up with a big Process on trying to get a refund or even to see if they have the part. BEWARE coming to this place...

I really DONT understand why a company so big would not realize the importance of having someone answering the phone.. Seriously I call and I call and don’t ever come in contact with anyone to get the parts I need ordered. Every time I speak to a manager present at the location they don’t seem to care. In my opinion the management is the problem here. They all just seem to be bad at their jobs

Worst management I've ever experienced. If you made a test with all the attributes of a manager all the managers here would score the lowest possible. Want to prove me wrong? Go ahead and call in to order something and see how long you have to wait to even talk to someone. Go ahead and walk in and see how long it takes to receive your part that is supposed to be pulled out of the vehicle already. Every manager at this location needs to get humbled including the general manager that doesn't seem to show his face much and loves to live in the shadows due to his lack of transparency and courage. It's takes a strong person to admit there is issues in order to correct these issues. Considering how many issues exist it's clear that this facility is full of weak management. Just because money is coming doesn't mean your are at your best. It doesn't mean your customers are happy.

My first time been there. All I can say is that the employees were very polite and helpful. I even forgot to go back to pick up a part. They had the courtesy to call me to remind me and let me know that they were going to have it on hold for me.

the people at the counter have little or no intention to help you with your order, it seems that you ask them for a free something that you are going to buy, the management should pay attention to this problem. Good business, bad attention from their counter employees

Dissatisfied due to length of time had to wait to pay. They need more cashiers. Seems they can't handle the rush. They also have an antiquated process - look up part, pay then wait to pick up part. It's unbelievable because you have to wait at every section and everyone's to busy to care. Oh well. Jaboc got here to save the day! Turns out the other guy didn't even even put in the order 🤦

Have been dealing with them for a while. Overall a pleasant experience but when they get shady they do get shady. First by adding a $5 fee to every delivery. Then frequently putting you on hold by just telling you very quickly "please hold" or not even telling you at all and placing you on hold as soon as they answer the phone. They quoted me a price on a Thursday only to tell you the price went up on Tuesday. When questioned the answer was "I guess the price went up" that changed later to "We only keep quotes for 3 days". Then finally the last excuse was "the part we quoted you was for a different brand that is no longer available, but this one is $$$" This makes it very difficult to use them for aftermarket parts sales for body shops.

Bought an engine from them for 2 thousand dollars. It blew up 6 months later for no reason of mine. We called and asked for a Warranted new engine and they told me my warranty was like a week past 😂 what a coincidence right. They wouldn’t discount or anything pretty ridiculous in my opinion I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company

Been calling for the second day in the row and can’t get a hold of anyone. Either they send you to voice mail or put you on hold for over 10-20 min and no one gets back. Staffing issue or simply don’t want to work and sell so we can place an order.

Honestly, I didn't really expect very much help with this place. Boy was I wrong! These guys not only helped me find what I needed, they were very polite and actually worked with me on the price when I told them I didn't have enough money to buy all the things I asked for. Another point in their favor is that they offered to call me when everything was ready for me to pick up.

Customer service at this location isn’t good at all. Need help with finding a part for my vehicle and they ordered one a week ago. They kept pushing back the days and now it’s about to be two weeks. I let them know that I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back and they refused and said I would have to go to the location in person. I live 1:30 away. I called the customer service number and took me to the location and Phoenix and how weird that the lady was able to help me out and give me a refund from a totally different location.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They are quick to take your money but have you wait a damn hour then come to tell you they only have half the parts in and will have to “order” them to be in tomorrow, All while waiting a hour just so the half order comes up and is completely the WRONG part then want to have me wait another hour so they can “make it right” and pull the correct part!??? That should of been done the first time in the first 10-15 min ridiculous and poor customer service!!!! Will not be return to this business again!

I called asking for prices on a radio I need, and after receiving very poor customer service over the phone..I've developed respect for Walmart's customer service. This place is absolutely disappointing. It's even worse when you speak to an employee named David; on top of that he refused to give me the manager's name. I felt very disrespected.
