This is not my first time using Pronto Body shop. I was a victim of a hit and run and there was damage to my truck. I already knew who to call. Tiffany and her crew are experienced, and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and dealt with the insurance company to get the work done in a timely manner. Ladies if you're worried about how men take advantage of women when it comes to car stuff, that won't happen here. Woman owned and Tiffany takes care of everyone. My truck came back looking as if nothing happened.

Excellent Paint Work, but Communication Could Improve
I recently brought my vehicle to Pronto Body Shop to have a bumper painted. The paint work itself came out excellent — the color matched well, the finish was smooth, and the bumper looked great once completed.
The area that could use improvement is customer communication. I was originally told the work would take a couple of days, but it ended up taking about a full week from drop-off to pickup. While I completely understand that schedules can shift and workloads increase, proactive communication would have made a big difference. I had to follow up multiple times for updates rather than being kept informed throughout the process.
There were also a few small details that were overlooked — some spare hardware and clips I provided weren’t used, and a minor touch-up I requested wasn’t completed. The total cost for the work was $920.
Individually, none of these were major issues, but together they impacted the overall customer experience — especially as someone relying on a single vehicle for transportation. A little more attention to communication and customer care would go a long way here.
Overall, excellent paint work, but I recommend the shop focus on improving the customer service experience to match the quality of their work.

These people are amazing, and honestly, is an understatement! I was in need of polishing my car’s yellowish foggy headlights and I wanted it to be done NOW. I called, they said ok bring it. I went, and In less than an hour the work was done and the results were amazing. Even more astonishing was the very affordable price. As a car owner I’m very glad I found them.

I have now visited this shop twice. Not for body shop work but I was looking for an honest place with reasonable pricing and a friendly staff to install tow mirrors and a bull bar on my truck. They made a mess of my 2021 Tesla, I took my car into the Tesla dealership to get my driver side skirt fixed it had some chips. It was supposed to be a simple fix, they gave me my car back completely over sprayed on almost the whole car, my windshield looks like a big blur no matter where I look. I had my doubts about this place but now I know exactly how sloppy they work, I wouldn’t trust them with my car ever again. My interior was filthy, floor mat was covered in white paint or compound I couldn’t tell. I run my fingers after washing my car and the entire body feels like sand paper. Horrible work, do not take your cars to them.
I can only trust the one and only Pronto Body Shop. When my body is out of shape and I need a dent or two pulled or replaced. Pronto Body shop is the best. They really know their job..meeting the timeline perfectly. Which allowed my wife and I to enjoy a long driving vacation

After a year of problems (and money down the drain) with two other body shops, I was finally advised to call Tiffany and Pronto. Tiffany and her crew were professional and attentive; best of all, she and her staff actually cared about my '69 Chevy LongBed and offered great suggestions and advice. Pronto Body Shop's pricing is very fair and reasonable -- I wish I had found Pronto first. My Chevy is now in my driveway and I could not be more pleased. When you need auto body work, and GREAT service, this is the place.
Pronto does it again! After being hit, I was having issues with the claims process and insurance. I contacted Pronto and they worked directly with the insurance adjuster and took all the burden off of me. They communicated with me every step of the way and the work done was fantastic! My last experience with Pronto was awesome! I took my mom’s Fiat in because it needed some TLC. The paint was fading in most areas. Other body shops wanted to charge an arm and a leg because the three stage paint, and recommended painting the whole car.
Pronto suggested just working on the areas where it was faded. I was skeptical at first, because I didn’t think the panels would match. Fast forward a year later, and my mom’s car still looks amazing! They’re the best in the business, and even better since they are local. Check them out, you won’t regret it.
We woke up to find a huge ding in our car door and it def. put a dent in our Sunday morning. Luckily the driver who hit the car left a note with their information. I sent Ms. Tiffany a text message explaining the situation along with the photos, provided her with all the information and she made everything so easy - She took the stress out of the whole situation and Pronto Body Shop made the necessary repairs to the vehicle beautifully - I can't thank every member of the team enough. I hope that I don't need her services again, but I know that if an unfortunate situation arises for me, my family or friends the only place I will go and recommend is Pronto Body Shop!
The best body shop in El Paso if you ask me. We drove down from Canada with our truck to go on a bike trip and half way down a guy drove into my door and bent it so bad that it would hardly close. We looked at a few shops in El Paso and ended up in front of there door everyone was very friendly and helpful they said they would be able to adjust it just so that we can make it back home. We ended up leave the truck with them while we went on our trip. Not only did they line the door up for us so we can get back home they didn’t even charge us anything to fix it. I wish we had more places like this back home.
I dont even know where to start! Tiffany and her team are freaking awesome! I had bad luck with 2 vehicles and she turned them around the same day. The damage was all paintless dent repair which is extremely time consuming and they got it done. I will be returning for any problems and would recommend to anyone to go!
