As a wrecker driver myself I can say that was fast service. Driver was there in literally 20 minutes. Makes me want to come to work for this company. This is the professionalism I like to see. Driver had my car loaded in no time. He knew exactly what he was doing. Took care of my vehicle. I was impressed.

A friend's vehicle broke down way up 54. Kamel Towing was very prompt on arriving and charged a very reasonable fee for the ~20 mile transport ($135). No hidden fees, no scammy tactics. The vehicle was AWD and a flatbed tow truck arrived to safely and properly transport the vehicle. Thank you very much!
My husband needed his car towed after an accident at 4am. They reached us within an hour and the gentleman who helped us was very kind and mindful. They charged $135 for the service which is one of the lowest prices we were able to get at 4 o’clock in the morning.
I would highly recommend Kamel Towing to everyone. I’ve had to call for a tow both times in the middle of the night on a weekend recently and they have been amazing. They answer quickly, the tow truck arrives super fast, and the service is excellent! Don’t hesitate to call them when you need quick friendly reliable service!
Be careful using their services. I was involved in a car accident and was transported to the hospital, once I went to retrieve property from my vehicle, my purse was gone. Try to contact them and they said they would call back after speaking to their paralegal but received no call till this day.
They were great and got there fast. I had already called other tow companies and they were the only ones that picked up and great customer service the lady that answered the phone and tow truck driver too excellent.
The Gentlemen treated me like if I call the towing company every day! It was raining and when he contacted me on the phone he had a lot of noise that made it impossible for me to hear what he was saying. Anyways. Poor service! I have used this service way in the past and it was an excellent service. Unfortunately one person makes the difference.
Amazing Experience!!! I needed help with a tire change because when I tried it went horribly wrong. I called Kamel Towing and first off the lady who answered the phone was really nice! She was able to answer my questions and gave me a price up front and the price she said is what I paid. She dispatched someone right away and told me they would be there in 30 min. The gentleman showed up sooner, he exceeded expectations. Cesar was able to change my tire super fast, but more importantly he was very professional and informative. He informed me about how to properly use my spare, which I really appreciated. Once he left, my car wouldn’t turn on anymore. At this point I lost it, I was an emotional mess. I called back and asked them to send him back, and he indeed came back. I was amazed by the compassion and kindness he showed me. He reassured me everything was going to be ok and he would help me. Apparently my battery was dead, he jumped my car and I was able to get my car back on. Cesar exceeded the expectations I had, he went above and beyond and was patient with me. Thank you so much Kamel Towing and Cesar for helping me on this difficult day. I will definitely be using then next time in a bind and will be recommending them to everyone who asks.

Me and my husband had our truck towed by AAA at night and needed somewhere to store it since we lived out of town. I called this towing company at 8pm and out of 10 other companies we called, this is the only one that would store it! The truck was totaled and tool boxes and a fuel tank needed to be moved to our new truck. There were 2 guys that helped my husband move it all...AMAZING service!!! Would definitely recommend
I highly recommend this place, I called 3 popular towing companies and they all denied service because of the location. My tires popped on I-10 around rush hour and I was on the far left emergency lane and this company did not hesitate to come help out. Im very grateful for they service, thank you!
This company may cheap but they are very rude. Especially when they are trying to steal a car. I was off one day and went to drop of my daughter at the mall with her friend. My husband was sleeping at home. The driver of the truck was about to tow my car which was not the correct car. Do these people not verify vin # and liscence plate and color. My husband had to sit on top of my car parked by the house. They were looking for a maroon car not grey one my car is a sport as well. Supposedly they were at the wrong address. I was driving back to my house as fast as I could. I talked to the people in office who claimed they were not taking the car but they almost hooked it up. I threatened to call police and see them. Do not do business with these people!!!! They didnt even apologize for their actions which makes think they do steal people's cars.....
Called for a tow late at night, the dispatch advised me if I could wait till the next day, it would be cheaper. I took her advise and called back the next day. The dispatcher also gave me a 15-20 minute time window and the tow arrived in that window! Great service all around.
I made an appointment with them thru Pep Boys. They estimated the wait for 1 hour. During that time, I grabbed the part I needed so that Pep Boys could install it later on. They came earlier than estimated and I have told them I will be back in 20 minutes. As soon as I arrived, no tow truck was there. I tried calling the truck operator but he kept on dismissing my calls. Very unprofessional that they canceled without me knowing. Poorly executed and very disappointing.
Terrible experience with this company. We were given a price of 120. The tow truck arrived after an hour of waiting. The truck was one with a flat bed I assumed because of the description of the type tow itd be due to the description given. We reiterated to the driver that the car would probably not be able to be towed using it's own wheels he seemed annoyed we did and I thought I heard him say that's why it's going to be 50 more , but paid no mind. He did not place the car on the flat bad even though that would have probably been for the best. Driving behind the truck the car seemed so unstable and shaky. When we arrived the driver told us itd be 175, because he had to use I dont know what to make the car more stable. And I really dont know for what , for it made no sense for such an additional charge especially because the car looked very unstable. There were no chains no extra anything to be honest. It's so sad to see companys take advantage of what is already a difficult situation especially during trying times. I will not be using this company ever again and I hope to help others from doing so also. 175 for a tow down mesa 15 minutes away.

I will never use this towing company again and neither should you. First of all the dispatcher never quoted me a price, once the driver arrived I was told it would be $89. That's ridiculous because it was being towed to a shop that was less than 15 minutes away. When I argued that that price seemed high I was told I had to talk to the dispatcher. Not only did she admit she didn't quote me, but she explained the rate was based on distance since I was having it towed from Sunland Park, New Mexico. She didn't know the difference between Sunland Park Drive and Sunland Park, New Mexico. When I corrected her she still insisted it was a long distance. Even the driver agreed it was less than 15 minutes away. FYI I had my vehicle towed from Sunland Park Drive to Piedras Street. I called 10 other towing companies and all but one quoted me between 70 to 75 dollars for the same service. Call anyone, but Kamel you'll save your self some money, especially during these difficult times.
Used them 4 different times. First time was good but after that they started to overcharge, take a longer than they say to get there, and they damaged my front bumper. I wouldn't mind the wait time if they call to advise which speaking of which they say they will call 15 min before arrival and never do. Honestly use someone else.
The employee that picked up my car was extra careful and had a great personality. Awesome job. I will request his service again if the need to have my car towed again. (Lumpy)

Stranded on I10 on a Sunday morning. After calling 5 different companies, Kamel towing answered and dispatched a truck. Estimated arrival time was 40-50 minutes. Arrived in 1/2 hour. Very courteous and professional!
Looking at the reviews, some are just racist. Anyway. I called about 5 different towing companies this morning to tow a family member's car from close to the spaghetti bowl. I finally saw their info online and called and they answered on the first ring. They were there in 10 minutes but my family member's location was communicated so they called and turned back around. The price was affordable for what they had to do. No one ever expects to have to shell out money for towing, but the price great, customer service was awesome and they are now a contact in my phone. I don't think I'd call anyone else unless circumstances call for it. Great service and I'll be definitely recommending them to everyone I know.
Charged me $150 to deliver a car 1 mile. I almost died in the accident. Horrible, thieves. Do not trust this Hispanic ran company. They belong in Mexico. Not America! Get out of our country with your fraudulent 'company' they probably don't even have a Business license. And they better watch out because my lawyer is working the case;) 0 star company. We were stranded on I-10, East of El Paso. Kamel sent a gentleman out, Jose Nieto. He was the most courteous ever with our Motor Home, he was careful not to raise it too high, and nothing was disturbed when we got to the garage.We won't hesitate to use this service again. After he sat our mh down he double checked for any damage! Very impressed!

LITERALLY THEE WORST!
did not bother to communicate properly nor promptly with myself or husband! Charged our insurance to tow our vehicle, claimed they could not find our car on the highway, made us go out to help them find the car, then they took it to the garage and proceeded to charge us AGAIN because they cancelled the initial order for the tow WITHOUT TELLING US!
We were told that it wasn't their problem and we were cursed at!
Reporting them to our insurance AND to Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulations!
Would never use them again! I had to have my car towed from NE to W El Paso and they would not cross Trans Mountain, costing me $50 in overages, not covered by my insurance. The driver went the long way around because this is their "policy," with no warning. I called the office and the owner wouldn't make it right or give me an adjustment. Funny name, horrible customer service. Not what you want to deal with on the day your car breaks down.
