The worse place you can buy a used part the so called manager Fernando Bandini all he cares bout is a sales not the customers he would sell you a used broken part without telling you just to make a sale he's a definitetion of cheap careless person very rude customer service would have you waiting for hours to tell you that your part it's not in the warehouse
Took what seemed forever to get my fuel tank and they made sure I couldn't use any of the hoses for the fuel.Roy has good customer service skill apologizing for their techs sloppy work of taking of parts.
Called all day and every time someone answered they would hang up, but you go to the location and they are just sitting back on their personal phones don’t even greet, or offer to help. Real annoying people.
Really BAD SERVICE!!! Nosey personnel while attending others customers .. Really RUDE EMPLOYEES.. THEY DON'T HELP YOU AT ALL AND THEY DONT WORK WITH YOU.
Ordered some parts got home wrong parts. Ordered a bumper with no fog lights opened up box wrong bumper have to source plastic fill in plugs. Asked for gray front fender got a charcoal colored one. They said they would have my mirror today. Noone answers. I live 40 miles away. It better be there.
Came here Monday to order a part, waited 24 hours and they came back with the wrong part so I came in Tuesday and had them order the part that I need. Was told to come back at 1200 so I did, got there and they said to come back at 330. I went back at 330 and they said it wouldn’t be ready till thursday. I would have called but to no ones surprise they don’t answer the phone. Mind you this is an hour drive round trip for me, and for 4 trips back and forth that’s a lot of driving. Don’t use this place take your money somewhere that deserves it.
The guy named Rafael didn’t even know what he was doing. He didn’t give an order number, through the phone, and when I came to pick it up he wasn’t even ready they had to rush him and got mad at him because he wasn’t doing his job. Plus he got my name all wrong.
I ordered a new part here, waited forever, the employees weren't helpful and joked around the whole time. Then after paying for my new part, I received it shattered, to which they laughed more about. I do not recommend this place.

Have no courtesy for customers. Repeatedly ordered the wrong part. Then mentioned money is only refunded how the part was paid for, so I'll be receiving a check in the mail. I paid cash.
Came to pick up a part, I called before driving to location. Arrived 4:40 and they couldn’t sell a part because warehouse closes at 4:30. No one told me that over the phone.
They say they close at 5. But in reality they close before that because they close the register and other parts so they cant seem to help any customers after the other areas are closed. Really they should say they close at like 4. It would make more sence. Ive had to take my business to certifit many times due to work hours being miscomunicated.
Great place to buy car parts looks very organized and clean and best part is you dont got to go take off the parts yourself like at auto salvage yards.
Good business to buy good used auto parts. Their warehouse is monstrous, and so is their inventory. Their prices are pretty good too! Can't really go wrong.
