Hector was available to rescue me when I needed help. Several problems presented in trying to remove my car from garage. With locked brakes it was no easy feat. He calmly resolved each problem. Hector was very courteous and confirmed delivery of my car to the dealership. I hope I don’t need towing again but, if I do, he’s the one I’ll call

I called Hector and he was still willing to help out a family member in need and tried to coordinate the tow with me. I’ve never talked to a tow, truck driver, more kinder and ready and willing.! His communication is amazing. Even though things didn’t work out, I can tell you this is a good honest business.

Hector was very friendly and arrived to my location promptly and did an excellent job. He quoted me the price and told me up front that there would be a processing fee added to the price is using a card to pay. When he dropped off my vehicle at the service department, he called me to let know he dropped off the keys and provided me with the employees name that took possession of my key. I highly recommend and I will be using his services again.
Would be a 0 if I could. Was the first choice to call, so I can try and make it to work still. Given a 30min eta, over an hr passes and nothing. Back and forth calls explaining where I am, and how close he supposedly was. Waited another 30min. Finally he stopped answering calls, and just replied that he can't find me. I literally sent a pin to my exact location. I don't why tow services can't just be honest if they have another tow in progress or whatever it may be. Very unprofessional.
Excellent Service l, even with low vehicles. Scheduled an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning and arrived early. They even provided pictures of dropped off vehicle and comunicated who the keys were dropped off with.

I needed my lil Jeep towed to my mechanic but had no idea who to call. My mechanic suggested Reliable Towing. I called and Hector answered the phone, from the get go he was so polite and nice and made me feel better about transporting my Jeep to mechanics. Hector explained what he would be doing, made sure that he knew what kind of car I had so as to pick up with flatbed as opposed to tow truck and the cost was very fair! He gave me an ETA of 1 hour from my call and guess what? He showed up 1 hour from call - he was even nicer in person. If you need a tow definitely call Hector at Reliable you won’t be disappointed!!! Extremely thankful for the tow service for my son! Very courteous and good price. It happened around 9 am and the response was fast. Which we appreciated as he was on an overpass.
Hector Gonzalez was awesome! Literally showed up within 15 min. Very professional, super friendly. Towed my vehicle to a shop and was super patient when he had to wait to drop it off. Was not at any point inpatient or upset. Didn't tac on a bunch of extra money. I would not have blamed him if he had, either.
