The girls in front are rude and don't take good care of your ID and giving out receipts. They tried to make us pay again on a return product when we had just paid them, connected the light in the parking lot and took it right back in. Acted like we were trying to rob the place because they couldn't provide us a receipt. Then we're rude to us the rest of our visit and the men were following us around like criminals. Also their rows aren't even aligned evenly so finding vehicles is a disaster
Horrible Service... Stole tools out of my bag when I was leaving... The ladies at the front too worried about their nails and hair and drama .... Really a JUNK yard.... You might find your part here though... Good luck
Great place, well organized and we saved a lot of money on parts that would have cost about $150 on ebay. Our cost for this excursion...$19. We scoped out more for next trip.
Got turned down from entering an hour before closing. Chick at the counter said "cant go in were about to close" i said theres still a whole hour, i know what i need and wont be 30 min. Still got turned away.
I just came here bc I needed import parts for a older Subaru found my exact vehicle saved hundreds and all the parts were in obviously used but good working or at least serviceable order.
Price to enter was good but the lady that charged us before going in didn't let us know that we couldn't take any parts inside to look for it in the vehicles that are there. So when we were paying they found our part the one we took from our own vehicle was marked by another pull a part and charged us 10 dollars for it they call other people thieves when it's them. Before anyone goes in make sure you don't have your parts from your own vehicle if not you'll get charged since they don't tell you anything before going in
This place never answers the phone, no one with any people skills whatsoever to attend the front and if you do get a hold of someone, be prepared to have thick skin, because they'll talk to you, like they own you. Do not bother.
Well, don't forget to bring your tools. Your shoes and you can find all kinds of car parts. They do have a vendor outside who has reasonable prices on frescas, burritos and other goodies that you could think of.
I had a great experience at this junkyard. The entry fee was minimal, and they provided a comprehensive list of cars that matched what I was looking for. The rows were clearly numbered, making it easy to locate the vehicle needed. I quicky found my part and was on my way. Efficient and straightforward service.
The regular part of the junk yard is good if you can find a part. The price is a good deal. They inform you that the premier lot has vehicles that are more complete. Paid $15 to go look at a vehicle that was more striped then the vehicles in the main yard. Then was locked in the yard for 20 minutes looking for the employee waldo to let me out. Stick to the main yard, the premier is a scam.
The website for this place to check inventory and pricing does not work So when you drive 40 miles to check availability you are disappointed when you find out the parts you need are not available This place needs to hire a person that can handle and update their website or reimburse their patrons for gas when they don't have the parts because their website is not current or not working OR AT LEAST ANSWER YHE DAMM PHONE
Good prices and good parts, problem is too many used car dealers, mechanics, junkers from all over trashing the cars. The ones that complain are the ones that don't know how a self serve junkyard works. Also, those complaining on the reviews are most of the times the ones holding the line at the entrance asking too many dumb questions.
My husband had to pay $15 bucks to enter into the premiere section though we're only looking for Nissan parts (sun visor) . He said he felt like getting was on a quest walking about unmarked...unorganized vehicles. He was also told once he found the part he.d then have to find a man to confirm his pull. I went there yesterday for a transmission for my wife’s hummer I didn’t my research so I knew exactly where it was at, it ended up being in the premier lot so it was a 15 dollar charge to get in no big deal I found one that from the looks of it looked like it might be a good one but still wanted to look around after asking the man patrolling the lot he noticed I only spoke English and proceeded to tell me there where no more hummer when I asked him about the ones parked out front he drove off pretty rude but that’s how people are so I didn’t think to much of it now when I went to ask for the price before I pulled it the woman at the window told me it would be 750 when the sign says 99.00 and online it says 180.00 but I noticed 3 Hispanic males had 3 engines and they definitely didn’t hand her 750 for three because I twatched him count it out to her they only paid 300 so I decided to go home and sleep on it because my wife really loves her hummer I took my father in law with me who speaks Spanish today and proceeded to act like we weren’t together to see if they would treat him different or give him a better price low and behold they took him to all the hummers and gave him a way better deal for 250 I was pretty upset just because I dressed nicer and didn’t speak Spanish long story short I found the owners business cards in the hummer lucky enough for me he answered and gave me the info on the hummer before he wrecked it thank god just be prepared when you go hear There are some good deals if you speak Spanish and make sure you don’t dress with cover alls or anything
They don’t know what the parts are to charge properly. Apparently don’t know the difference between inner plastic and moldings. Tried to charge me twice what they were supposed to. Maybe they should spend some time educating these people before they put them at the front to identify parts and ring people out. Or maybe they just thought because we are white and don’t speak Spanish, they could charge us more. Looked at us like we were stupid because we tried to correct them on what the parts were. We just wasted a lot of time and they just lost out on a lot of money... what a shame! We won’t ever go back!
