This yard more helpful ! The ladies at the front desk got me over to the correct person Melissa she helped me out very promptly and patiently yard manager was a very nice gentleman as well. Highly recommended this yard with great staff !!

I am a new youtuber and I have been to other copart yards and they have let me film while previewing vehicles but el paso won't even consider letting me shoot video for my channel, I don't understand why they won't it's not going to hurt anything and infact it gives them publicity. Now they did get back to me quickly with their response

Worst Customer Service ever. Can't speak to a human being on licensing. Supposedly they escalade the complains and its been 1 week and did like 5 complaints no one helps you . Go with IAAI or Mannheim

This place is a scam!!! They mistreat the cars by lifting them with forklifts and causing more damages. They steal anything they want from cars batteries, spares, you name it. If only zero stars was an option. The manager is useless and sits around doing nothing about complaints. He is rude and shouldn’t even be a manager.

this co-part has two parking spaces; the second parking space does not have a forklift. But you will only find out about this when you come to pick up the car; you turn around and go home empty; one of the worst co-parts I have ever seen.

So far it’s a 1 star sold them my truck they picked up my truck and title handed me a check but funds are not available to get cashed they want you to wait 24hrs before you can cash yet they already have your vehicle and title. The funds should be available to cash the same day they take your vehicle and title.

Stay away from this company and their app. There are a lot of hidden fees and charges. They will nikle and dime you to death.They charge environmental fees, internet fees, storage fees, document fees, and transaction fees.The price you see is never the price you pay. Eventually, this will catch up to them through word of mouth. Hopefully

Trash and shady place. I was forced to have my car towed here after it was considered total loss and my tools were stolen and when I got my car back the alignment is very messed up. Going to get my lawyers involved

Now you need to make an appointment with them . I suggest you make it early . if you're looking for cars, trucks, r.vs . They have wrecked autos . They don't sell parts at all. They are insurance wrecks. You can bid on them . You need to haul it yourself. It is a big , savage lot.. Be prepared if you're picking up something , make sure to find our how bad of shape it is in ..

So these people called me the week that Allstate insurance's agent and I agreed that for $465.56 I would get my 1996 jeep Cherokee back. The biggest reason I wanted it back was because before I was hit and rolled over, I had just purchased 5 new All terrain tires for $1250.00. when the young lady from CO parts called and informed me that it was ready; I informed her that I would need more than a week but not sure how long for certain. She said all was well and that I simply need to call when I'm ready to come pick it up. I informed them that as soon as my attorney released the awarded money I would be able to come retrieve my Jeep Cherokee. Now they are telling me that they called and spoke to me 3 times and that they destroyed it and that it was abandoned!! They lied to Allstate insurance company and said that I hung up on them and abandoned it so they had it towed and destroyed. So now I don't get my Jeep or the $465.56 I will be taking them to court an drhis will be rectified. If you get a call from the insurance adjusters and they say co-parts , tell them NO! If you want to see your vehicle back. This would be considered theft if I had lied about it and no longer had someone's vehicle.shame on you and your Manager for her rudeness and unconcerned disregard when I called the second time today. They never sent an email nor a VM and lead me to believe that my vehicle was safe and waiting.

Do not buy at Copart they put run and drive but they don’t even start. They won’t refund your money. The people are rude inside the office. The office manage won’t even solve the problems. Don’t buy from Copart I rather buy at insurance auto action IAAI.

The selection is good and the prices are fair. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and efficient. I like that you can preview the cars personally before the auction.

Once had to wait there about an hour, when I was told I should be attended in 15 min and when the hour came I asked when am I next the attendant told me in a rudely manner to wait I should be attended next within the next 15 min after another 5 min and feeling a cold shoulder off them a left the place without concern, they were so rude that time. If people are having a hard time with life marital status or whatever they should leave that out side that door.

Third time visiting. Never had problems before. Went to pay and pickup was informed can't pickup due to new procedures and appointments in additional application for copart. Reschedule for following day at 9am. I arrive at 0840AM and it was disorganized. I didn't receive my vehicle till an hour after my scheduled appointment time.

They are not very good at communicating with you when you are picking up your car- and not only because a good amount of the employees there don't speak English. It also seems that they have issues communicating with eachother because you will talk to differently people and they will claim to have been told different things. Nevertheless, it is under the copart umbrella and you are practically stealing these cars anyway.

Lisa was absolutely of no help. I asked if they have a car available because I can't look it up myself on the website. No current internet access. And she just tells me to find a way to access the internet to look up what they have available. Horrible customer service skills.

Worst ever!!! Ive been waiting for a tow for 4 hours! Still am...rating this place 0 stars either they need to hire new ppl or shorten their expansion if they can't keep up with demand! This place is not recommend at all!!!

Just did s transaction for an RV at this location and the staff was curious & friendly on the phone and again at the front desk. Another employee even helped me hook up the RV in the lot (even after he informed me he wasn't allowed to) so yes, good job COPART.

Very unprofessional people. Kept scheduling our appointments and then changing it. Missed two days of work because of their incompetence!! Never showed up to pick up the car. Or apologize. The lady was rude and kept raising her voice especially when we were explaining and repeating what they told us.

So far, not very impressed with these people. My insurance wants to use them for a salvage job, but even though I got up early (night shift) and they confirmed twice, no one showed up over the 5-hour period they assured me they'd be there to pick it up. Then they called the next week when I was out of town and seemed confused. We arranged for a new time. Now they keep leaving me voicemails trying to arrange for yet another time. Every time I've tried calling back they've left a dead-end number in my voicemail. Today I finally got a working number and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes both times I've called because someone can't be bothered to do their job. Unless things turn around quickly I'll recommend that they use a different company in the future. The level of unprofessionalism here is not trivial.

Great Service For situations like this, the last thing you want to deal with is bad customer service. From the moment I called to get information to the moment I got my vehicle it was nothing but GREAT customer service. All personnel were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The location itself is well organized and clean.

Drove an hour to go check out some future auction vehicles, the website says you can come by between 8-5 on weekdays. Apparently, on Fridays they won't let you in between 11-2pm because of ongoing auctions! It would be nice if that information was posted on their website, or anywhere. I'll have to try again another time, but for now I can't even get in the place! The lady said if I had shown up 10 minutes earlier they would have let me in.

This is my local copart. It's a shot in the dark if the the rules are going to be changed at every visit. I do not really like doing business with this location but I'm forced to from time to time.

If you are not a "member" expect a hassle. My insurance company had my vehicle towed here for inspection etc. When I went to pickup my plates and clean out the vehicle, I was greeted with "Gimme something". Apparently that means the clerk needs the co part stock #...which I was able to get by calling my insurance adjuster... but considering I'd never been here before, I kinda thought I would be given some kind of info on what needed to happen instead of just "gimme something" Customer service?=What's that? After signing a release form and waiting 45 minutes in the lobby, I got back in line for help..which apparently my plates had been left on the counter top, just nobody bothered to tell me they were ready and the vehicle was outback so I could give it a check for any personal items. So..yeah..I literally gave them the copart stock #, and sat down ..where I think I would still be sitting now if I hadn't gotten up to ask how much longer it would be. #How hard is it to tell a customer thier stuff is ready?..

Would give it no stars. Horrible place. Fred Loya had the car towed by this place without my permission because if a fender bender accident that was no fault of mine. These people were told not to touch the car but turned out taking everything out including pictures, music, and even the bent the license plate trying to take it off. The people make fun of you while your in the phone with them, talking to each other and the manager is never there when you request one. They state they lost the items that were in the car but somehow found it later. They try to blame the driver for everything and don't own up to anything. If Fred Loya asks to "take the car to assess the damages" don't expect for an adjuster, expect a tow truck and not to see your car for at least 2-3 weeks if you constantly call them everyday! This was a nightmare!!!

The girl ANGIE in the counter was extremely rude. Very unprofessional. A lady with glasses helped me out. Outstanding. It took at least 1 hour to get my belongings out of my vehicles. If you don't speak Spanish here you aren't worth a piece of gum on the ground.
