Had another driver hit two doors on my truck. Dropped it off on a Monday and had my truck back by Wed. Dylan was great with communicating what was being done and where my truck was during the process. Prices even through insurance were reasonable and will definitely come back here if I need to pay out of pocket.
I highly recommend Crash Champions The Colony. They handled the repair of my Toyota Camry and the entire process was seamless. The staff was great everybody there is so friendly especially Dylan he was nice and very profesional, kept me udpated with all the process. The quality of the work is outstanding, my car looks like new. I'm glad the insurance sent me there.
This shop had my vehicle for over 3 weeks. They called me to come pick it up three times, and every single time I came to take delivery of my vehicle there was something wrong with the work they had performed. This store and the Crash Champions operation is a prime example of what happens when PE firms take over and cut corners to drive revenue and profits at the expense of everything else. Their paint work, attention to detail, quality assurance accountability and operational oversight from the GM on down is disappointing in every way. They should be embarrassed of how they handled my case. I wont trust this brand with my business again, and I would strongly recommend going practically anywhere else. It was that bad.
I was sent here by my insurance company and couldn’t have had better luck. This place is phenomenal, the front desk girl was patient & informative. I had never been in an accident before or had an insurance claim so I was unsure what the process was, she was very helpful in explaining it all to me. The service manager I worked with, Sal, was great. He was kind, gave me an accurate time estimate, was quick to send me & my insurance company the detailed repair estimate, & got it done faster than promised. When I picked up my car he even started it for a minute so the a/c would cool down in this Texas July heat. The work done to my car is high quality, it honestly looks better than it did before the accident! I also liked that I was able to leave my rental car on their lot instead of trying to get it back to Enterprise. I would 100% recommend this place to others, and will use them again myself if I ever need it!

Everyone at Crash Champions was exceedingly helpful and courteous throughout the process, especially my service provider Caleb. Being in network, they worked with my insurance company seamlessly and the repairs were done in a timely manner. They handled transfers between locations and issues easily and kept me in the loop the whole way without confusion. Upon return we noticed one small part of the repair had been missed, but they got my car back into service the next day and helped me easily get another rental car in the meantime.
Definitely the best experience I have had with a repair shop fixing repairs after a wreck with insurance!! In previous experiences at other places I have felt confused and left hanging, but this was a very simple and helpful process.

No stars. Per John the manager” he’s our best guy, former military man” they allowed my jeep damage to be just painted over. And Over spray on the passenger window.
They asked for a 10 on the review.
I had to return it once the guy got back from Alaska.
He told me the they would make it right, including a loner. John mgr said no loner.
It ended up costing me a hail damage insurance bill. It hailed in September.
I asked for help with the co pay. John said to bad. You should have better insurance.
Their mistake ended up costing me 500.00.
They SUCK. Do not take your car there.

Amazing service! We initially took our car to the dealership and got back a ridiculous quote of things that needed to be fixed. I hit a curb! We decided to take it to Crash Champions and worked with Blake. He was awesome with getting us feedback quickly. They truly fixed what needed to be fixed without adding a bunch of unnecessary items. They saved us several thousand dollars and earned a loyal customer. Highly Recommend!
Finding a place to provide excellent customer service, but also quality work is often tough. I was reluctant giving Crash Champions a try- most people prefer other shops (cough), but I decided to give them a shot. My service advisor was Kathy. She provided exceptional customer service! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was thorough with updates the whole way. She exceeded my expectations and the work was outstanding! Highly recommended!

I was nervous because I could smell antifreeze while driving my car. Since I drive 123 miles one way to work, I stopped at this location to ask for an opinion. I ran into Caleb and asked if someone could look under the hood and see if I had a leak. Caleb grabbed Francisco and his son Gabriel and they took a very close look. They found the source of the problem and recommended I return to the place I get my oil change to get my oil filter sealed as it was allowing the antifreeze to spew out. I want to call out their kindness and how well they examined my car. These are the nicest and most thorough guys. They explained how it works. It really put my mind at ease and I will get it all taken care of. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I have a Lincoln nautilus 2019 that has taken a little longer than I thought and I have came to the location a couple of times. Also have called multiple times. Ryan has been available every step of the way. Honesty is the best customer service and he hasn't steered me wrong. I recommend if you have a situation like this asked for Ryan he'll give you a great customer service experience. I strongly recommend you used these guys. From top to bottom everyone is very helpful.
Had the pleasure of taking my 13 yo car to this location, from front desk to GM nothing but professionalism and excellence i am a repeated customer and its been the same great experience over the years..Thank you for all that you do.
I booked an appointment through the call center for service king Colony. The agent specifically confirmed they would work with my insurance company.
The day of appointment, I arranged for rental car and I took off work to drop the vehicle at the shop. I was shocked that they did not accept the car claiming they didn’t work with that insurance. After long discussion, they said if insurance company honor the hourly rate of service king, they would take my car and an appointment won’t be needed. After I got my insurance company to issue an official estimate honoring service king rates, they asked me to make another appointment through call center that was in 30+ days !
Anyway, after all this trouble, I dropped the car there. I am giving this rating (3*) for quality of repair work that is honestly satisfactory (so far); however, I am not happy with communication and customer service. I was told I would receive a survey and if for any reason I would give less than 10 let them know. I actually told them it would be hard to give 10 considering my experience and I believe that might be the reason they never sent me their survey!! I was also told I would receive a call the next day after pick up to ensure satisfaction; a call that was never received.
I suggest Service King to work on arrangements between local shops and call center to ensure they are on the same page when booking appointments and improve communication with customers.
I had to have my car repaired and painted due to an accident. First time using Service King and I will never go anywhere else. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely professional. The repairs and paint job look great. My car looks just like new. They even topped off my fluids and the air for my tires. The rental I received from them was great as well. Fast and professional service is hard to come by, but you can certainly find it here. 10/10 recommended!
I dropped my car off for a hail claim 4/5/2021 with an estimate of it being completed by 4/9/2021 and it was completed 4/7/2021. Excellent service, set my expectations and exceeded them, the manager was awesome when I picked up my car this morning 4/12/2021. Super friendly, personable, quick service, and excellent customer service he even remembered my name. Top notch. I would definitely use this location again. Thank you for all your hard work and getting my car fixed quickly. It looks great! I will definitely recommend your location to others.
