When I called very pleasant even understood my humor on the vehicle. Updating me on the driver picking it up. I believe Melissa was her name. Confirmed. Was a new driver in training. So had 2 men. Did excellent removal in a very narrow parking lot. handed me the cash. They even greeted me with a smile.
The driver didn't speak very clear English and was over 40 minutes later than the time he relayed to meet up. Called twice within that time and both times gave me a eta he didn't honor.
