I called this business specifically to confirm parts availability and was told the part was available and that I should drive to a location they directed me to.
That information turned out to be completely inaccurate.
The location I was sent to did not have the part, did not have engines in the vehicles at all, and denied the pricing information I was given over the phone. I drove nearly an hour (including toll roads) based entirely on the information provided by this company.
If you cannot verify inventory or locations accurately, you should not be directing customers to drive long distances. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
The driver was very pleasant. Had the car loaded very quickly. Next thing u know he's pulling away. No loud unpleasant noises. Very prompt. Good price. Local. Will use again.

It was a good experience. Scheduling and pickup were very well handled. Would definitely use them again if needed. We were recommended by a former customer of theirs and can understand why they recommended this company.

The driver @Jovan was very professional and experienced in acquiring the car, loading it and explaining the paperwork! Took only a few minutes, as he was in and out in only minutes. Would highly recommend Junk Car Girls to anyone looking for service.

I had a junk car (05 Nissan maxima) I needed to get rid of so I called several places online. This company was the most responsive and also paid a slightly higher price than the other bids I reviewed. They gave me a two hour window for the next day and told me a tow truck operator would contact me. Sure enough the next morning 45 minutes before the 2-hour window I received a call from Fred the tow truck driver. He showed up 1 hour later and was as friendly and professional as anybody you would expect. He took care of the paperwork promptly and paid me for the car. He was very nice and efficient. Off went the car and I was happy. 5 stars from me!
I had 3 bids for a car I was disposing of. The first one from a company in Florida had a higher bid but were not responsive at all. I decided to go with a local women owned company and they were Amazing! Quick yo respond, firm offer, scheduled the car pickup at my convenience, the driver super respectful, communicated with me as much as possible, easy transaction when he picked up the car. Sean called and let me know when he was coming out and was on time! He was like talking to a friend and made giving up my old car so much easier.
He let my daughter and I keep the little emblems from it which i didnt even think to do. That was such a perfect idea though and I really appreciated him thinking of what I hadn't because I probably would have after he left.

Oscar was excellent! Showed up early, and was very friendly and helpful. It was extremely cold, so he let me sit in the truck for a minute to fill out paperwork while he got my car hooked up.

This was my first time using junk car girls and they made the whole process of selling my car super easy! I spoke to Melissa on Sunday and she gave me a very reasonable offer for my car and she was able to schedule a driver to come get my car the next day! Carlos the tow guy was super nice and easy to talk to! He made sure to let me know when he was on his way and also gave me an estimated arrival time. Because I was on a somewhat tight schedule that was really helpful!

When I called very pleasant even understood my humor on the vehicle. Updating me on the driver picking it up. I believe Melissa was her name. Confirmed. Was a new driver in training. So had 2 men. Did excellent removal in a very narrow parking lot. handed me the cash. They even greeted me with a smile.
The driver didn't speak very clear English and was over 40 minutes later than the time he relayed to meet up. Called twice within that time and both times gave me a eta he didn't honor. I've used the company multiple times over the years and i appreciate "Junk Car Boys" they're business practices are solid! But that driver needs to be reprimanded.
I called Monday morning and they were out to pick up my car that evening. They were professional, courteous, punctual and honest. Carlos was great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
