This place is awesome! Great setup with beautiful turf, a unique "Green Monster" wall, and excellent indoor cages. They really thought of everything for the fans, from great covered seating to a full bar and a fantastic food menu delivered right to your seat. The customer service is top notch from start to finish, run by some of the friendliest people. It’s a great park, and we can't wait to play here again soon. I highly recommend this place to teams looking for a top tier experience!
Fantastic facility, fantastic people. We got cancelled due to lightning they waited as long as possible to call but it’s out of their control. Service was top notch! Facilities were even better! I sure hope NTL plays here again.
This place is cool. Indoor cages, all turf, climate controlled restroom facilities, food and bev on-site. Keep it up, good luck with everything, and thanks for having us.
This was our first experience playing at this facility, and unfortunately it was disappointing from a tournament management perspective. Weather and lightning delays are obviously outside anyone’s control, but the handling of the cancellation created frustration for the rest of the teams and families.
After tournament play was canceled, allowing the pool play winners with family members to celebrate on the field under a lightning cancellation while the rest of the teams were sent home felt inconsistent and avoidable, especially at the 8U level. A more neutral approach would have been better given the circumstances.
Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend any team spend their money playing tournaments at the Salvage Yard. There are too many other organizations that know how to treat kids, safety, and families the right way.
