I will have to say, Jesse called me and shared an eta explaining what his was currently doing so I would have a better understanding of the time frame. He then again shared a more accurate timing so I could meet him and hand over the keys so he could take the car to the shop since was not good to drive due to overheating. The service guy that showed up to help with the car was very courteous and professional. I was in a panic thinking something was going wrong with my Mercedes, while putting the car in neutral Jesse cranked the car , all of the lights that were on were off, I was totally shocked with amazement. I was having shift linkage issues, when Scott arrived he immediately knew where to access the linkage under the hood and manually got the car to where we could start it and manually go from park to drive. First of all, when you’re in need of a tow service you’re probably not having your best day. This company answered in the first call we made. There was no automated system to deal with. You were talking to a real person! They arrived exactly when they said they would. The gentleman that loaded up our car was very professional. He greeted me and my wife with respect and a much needed smile. His name is Jesse. He was a God sent for us this morning. He took pictures of our vehicle prior to loading it up. Then securely placed our vehicle onto his truck. Our overall experience with ProTow & Jesse was five stars!!! Thanks guys for doing it the right way!

My car got towed by a different company that stored my car here, and it was a whole issue with the original towing company and the management of the parking garage. But the people here were awesome. 10/10 service, super helpful and understanding. The lady with the pretty makeup and jangly bracelet was awesome, and the guy that helped me get my car out was super nice.
The issue isn't sorted out yet, but I have my car back and the people here did great. Of course, I hope I never have a reason to see them again, but I hope it's them if I do get my car towed again.

Driver was on the DNT tollway all the way in the right hand land and proceeded to change 3 whole lanes trying to cut me and my boyfriend off to get onto Sam Rayburn tollway. He proceeded to flip us off and tailgate us. Tried to cut us off again when the lanes merged to get on to Sam Rayburn from ramp. Again tailgated. Unprofessional driver and horrible driving. This happened at about 4:15pm. Didn’t get tow car number but have pictures of the driver. Very unsafe for a Sunday afternoon drive just trying to get back home. Yall need to do something about this unprofessionalism especially out on the road.
A great experience in a time of need with auto troubles. Dispatch helped determine my exact location & taking care of the payment process. I had the pleasure of having my car towed by Jesse last night. He was so kind and gave me detailed information about when he would pick up my car and drop it off at my desired location. He even sent me pictures of when he was arriving to pick up my car and gave me pictures when he dropped it off. He even asked if I had someone to pick me up because he didn't want to leave me alone. We even bonded a bit since we are both originally from the Midwest. I've had my car towed before and this was the best experience!

Jesse was very professional and knowledgeable. Communicated how he was going to get the vehicle on the truck with the front end of the Bentley being very low to the ground. Took great care with my vehicle and took his time to make sure everything went well even while working in the rain!
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Jesse Brown from Pro-Tow, and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and quick action. I was parked at a gas station, stuck and waiting for someone to come pick me up because a long piece of metal had broken loose under my car and was dragging on the ground—I couldn’t drive it like that. Out of nowhere, Jesse appeared to save the day. He must’ve seen the situation and, without hesitation, walked up to my window with a calm and friendly demeanor and said he knew exactly what the issue was and that he could help.
He didn’t have to stop. He wasn’t obligated in any way. But he offered to help me—just out of pure kindness. He said, “Give me five minutes,” grabbed some zip ties, got down on the ground, and took care of the problem right there. Sure enough, five minutes later, I was able to safely drive again.
Jesse went above and beyond for a stranger, and that speaks volumes about not only the service Pro-Tow provides, but the character of the people they employ. Jesse is a great soul with a big heart. I’ll never forget the kindness he showed me that day. Thank you again, Jesse—you truly saved the day!
Very late review:::
Aug 29 I had to call PRO-TOW for assistance with towing my Bronco because the officers were insisting that I allow my vehicle to go to their tow company yard (which would incur high fees daily). I called and PRO-TOW dispatched Jesse, who in one of the most stressful situations, eased my mind. He loaded it up and took it to my requested location with no issues. After he unloaded it, he rechecked on us to ensure we were feeling okay. He was the nicest tow truck operator I’ve ever dealt with (personally and professionally).
Fast forward to Sept 8 and my youngest daughter was also hit on I-35E and, again, the officers had a preference of where to tow her vehicle. I called PRO-TOW and requested Jesse as I knew he would take good care of the situation and I couldn’t be there. Again, he exceeded expectations and was the easiest gentleman to deal with in a very stressful and scary situation.
I can’t express how grateful I am that I met Jesse and that he was available the 2nd call. If you are ever in a position where you need an amazing and understanding operator, call PRO-TOW and request Jesse!
