I called All American Towing to tow my vehicle to the car dealership. They promised a tow driver would be here in 25 minutes and he was. Andre inspected my vehicle and safely and securely loaded my vehicle onto a new model super clean long tow flatbed. He towed my car to the dealership and handed over the keys to my service advisor. Andre was very kind and courteous. I felt very safe and comfortable having my car towed by him. They sent an invoice via text. I highly recommend All American Towing and Andre. Thank you so much for the easy experience!

This place is a joke. The blonde that works there is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. She is just an angry woman that has no place near customers. I will never buy another auction vehicle from this place. One I bought had a bad engine. The other was dropped by the forklift driver when he took it out, causing front end damage to the SUV. When I complained they said, its an "as-is sale". They take no responsibility for damage they do and rip u off fir $85 just to drag a car that was in they're yard to their door. On top of all the other fees they charge. Taking advantage of people and profiting off them while they are the ones that set the rules is just disgusting.

I became aware of All American Towing and Recovery after my employer switched to utilizing their services. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional! I've also utilized their services personally and have always encountered the same prompt responses, courteous communication, and professional conduct.

Brandon Roe did an excellent job on 12/16/2025 At towing the over sized Tractor-Trailer he was quick at hooking up despite the little room he had. Thank you sir.

Unfortunately I had to call a wrecker service a couple of weeks ago because I hit a deer and that was traumatizing. It was cold and wet and I was scared. All American was amazing. Their response time was speedy. They were able to rescue me in 30 minutes (I had called another company to compare rates and they quoted me 2 plus hours) I had to be towed from Decatur to Dallas which is a long ride. The wrecker driver Joe was so nice and caring. The price was comparable to other companies but the service was impeccable. They handled my wrecked car with care and got me home safely. I’m truly grateful for All American

I took my Elderly Father to get property from his truck. They said only 1 person was allowed back there at a time. I explained he was elderly & needed assistance. The manager didn't care & said I was allowed to help my elderly father. UPDATE: I was indeed asked to help my father. The employee said my father was struggling to get items out of & off of his truck. I told him "your manager said you were there to help him". He said "no sir we are not allowed to assist in removing items from the vehicle". Perhaps the owner can sit the manager down & have a discussion about honesty & compassion!!

I needed to move a forklift from Fellowship of the Parks Northlake campus to the Haslet campus. They were on-site within 10 minutes of calling dispatch. Noah showed up and was super quick. He waited for us and then hauled the forklift back to Northlake. We needed help again today and they sent Noah again. Knowing that we were building beds for children, he wanted to help us. He jumped in and was a huge benefit. I’m so thankful for All American’s quick response and unimaginable customer Service. Noah is a complete stud. If you get him…you will no doubt feel special and well taken care of.

Absolutely terrible… Your car breaks down and the cops only give you one option, have your car towed to a yard. The driver shows up tells you you have 5 minutes to decide if you want to have it towed somewhere else or the yard before he leaves yet to get it out of the yard to the street where they allow you to load it up is 30 MINUTES to an HOUR. And along the whole way charging fees costing over 500 just to get it out, mind you the car was only in there for 20 hours..

This 1 star is based on pricing. We had a freightliner stuck at an intersection, When a police officer arrived and we were forced to use the company that was fastest to get there. But being that we are stuck in the position and the officer gives us no other option, It was $1,800 for this company who was 20 minutes out to move our rig 40 foot out of the way and park it on the side of the road. $1,800… that is Highway robbery. And they know they can charge it because there’s nothing we can do about it. Again, the service was fine, but the fact that they take advantage to stick it to people who can’t say no, is not right. Our normal towing service could’ve been there in 45 minutes and haul it back to our shop which was 30 minutes away for $400 less then what they gouged us for. That is not ok. And after talking to my tow service, he knew exactly who the company was before I told him. Meaning that this is a frequent and consistent practice of this company and what they do to people.

Wroper came out and a jiffy of time he didn’t waste anytime my man was willing to work with my price it was a very late and he got the job done quickly and efficiently! Will definitely recommend this company and this gentleman again in the future! Definitely deserve a 5 star!

Please avoid getting towed in Justin, Texas by All American Towing & Recovery. My son’s vehicle broke down on Hwy 377. AAA couldn’t get to my son fast enough so the officer had it towed to the city of Justine impound. The officer said that AAA could pick up at the vehicle from the impound without any problems. They are not friendly at all, gave the AAA tow truck a very hard time. He had to show all his documents before they would release our vehicle to AAA driver. We are the customer paying so AAA to tow our vehicle home. It has been a very difficult time to get our vehicle out of this place. They are not easy to work with, it is connected to the city of Justin impound. They are happy to hold your vehicle hostage.

The tow truck driver (Brandon Roe) arrived much quicker than expected and was very professional. Got me taken care of fast and made a stressful situation a lot easier. Highly recommend!

So, I had this crazy experience where I got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. It was a bit of a scare, but luckily, Erik was there to save the day! The guy was super professional and efficient, and I really appreciated how safe I felt. Thanks a bunch, Erik!

Very dishonest company. They purposely leave out important details about pricing. They start charging the moment a driver is dispatched, so by the time you hang up the phone asking for help, you’re already being billed. On top of that, they charge for hourly labor, dispatch drive time, and gas. The staff came across as dismissive and even racist in their attitude. Please read the reviews before using them. I was stuck on a road and only needed a simple pull-out, yet I was charged $312. When I tried to reason with them about the unexpected cost, I was told, almost word for word, “we get people all the time trying to get out of the ticket, I’m giving you five minutes before I tow your car.”

Aizak helped me out big time. Amazon van broke down in the middle of a 70 mph freeway. He kept me safe while we waited on police to arrive! Never had a better experience! If your ever in a sticky situation I hope aizak is the one who helps you

I had a breakdown with my rig in the middle of a tight delivery schedule, and All American towing & recovery came to the rescue fast. Their heavy-duty tow truck arrived quicker than I expected, and Drew Coats clearly knew his stuff—professional, skilled, and careful with my equipment. Towing an 18-wheeler is no small job, but they handled it with precision and made sure everything was secure before hitting the road. Keep up the great work Drew

Keith is the man. I was stuck on 635 and he pulled up and got me out in no time. I recommend him and his company to anyone that needs help when your truck breaks down. Keith you are a life saver bro!

My big rig had engine trouble. All American wascslled. Chris l. Showed up in quick time even though it was a Sunday. He was competent, efficient and reassuring. The ride back to my terminal was pleasant as Chris was excellent company as well as a good driver.

Austin did great. Came into horrible situation. Car wouldn’t start with no power in a tight garage. Safe and professional. Easy to work and transparent. Successful pick-up with NO damageto vehicle, house, or driveway. Thank you.

Nick came to our rescue quickly. Our truck has derated for the third time and we needed a tow again. He was very professional, friendly and showed great care. His truck was so clean inside and out and he drove safely. He was a pleasure to talk with and he even shared a delicious recipe that we can't wait to try. We highly recommend him if you ever need a tow in the Denton Texas area.

Called about 9 in the morning. They told me they were down a tech but had one finishing up and would be there as soon as possible. It was a little over four hours later, but well worth it. It wasn’t a super easy diagnosis, but Brad ruled out items quickly and got it fixed. He took care of me and will definitely use them again.

Highly Recommend! Robert contacted me to let me know that he was on his way & an estimated arrival time. Robert picked up my car last Saturday. He was extremely professional & courteous! He knew exactly what he was doing. I watched him the entire time out of curiosity. I had requested a flatbed truck. A smaller truck showed up. They have really great system of how they pull up one end of the car, then place the other wheels up on devices that attach to the truck & secures the back wheels up onto a little stand with wheels. He knew the car was going to a dealership & there’s not much room to tow a car in. Overall, I was Extremely Pleased with the company. And they couldn’t ask for a better employee than Robert!

Stranded with a flat tire on the side of I-35 in Argyle, Steve came to our rescue after Argyle police reached out. He changed the tire like a NASCAR pro and had us back on the road in no time!! When insurance and AAA failed us, Steve took care of us. We had no room for the tire in our truck, and he even drove the tire for us to a place where we could get it into our other pickup. Awesome service. Friendly. Helpful! We are grateful!

Stay away from these people, it is not paying you for their service, it is that they are looking for how to seize your vehicle. They only care about how big your insurance is to try to defund it with a super inflated bill. If they do not succeed, they will try to steal or take away your vehicle due to the impossibility of paying the immense bill. Of around $1000-$1500 they invented an invoice full of falsehoods of $14,000. The pictures speak for themselves

This is the company that was called when my vehicle broke down on the highway. This company started charging me from the time I called, and sent me the tow truck that was 1.5 hours away. I recently used a different towing service for the exact same service and they hooked me up and took me a similar distance within an hour, and only charged me for an hour. This towing service took their sweet time and charged me for 3.5 hours. Neither the receptionist, DRIVER, or OWNER could explain why it took 2 hours to do a 1 hour task. They initially refused to send me the receipt before I paid. I had to repeatedly explain to the receptionist that before you pay for a service, you get an invoice of all the charges.
