Went in last night looking for wheel paint, I left with wheel paint and 1969 Plymouth 😏 I dont utilize the parts store as much as I used to but I was still recognized by the the staff member who checked me out. The customer service is why I come back to THIS spot. Keep it up 👌

Stopped by to get my battery replaced and they helped me find the one that fits perfectly and helped get it installed in a timely manner. Appreciate their services very much will be a returning customer for anymore issues.

I originally went to autozone to get my battery tested, and they sold me parts that didn’t fit my car. I decided to come over to O’Reillys and the service was PHENOMENAL. Noah showed me all of my options for batteries, and installed it for me. The whole time he showed me exactly how to install it and was very personable. He genuinely was one of the kindest works I have met, he not only helped me out a bunch but made my day!

Noah was so kind and got my friend’s battery switched out in less than 5 minutes. Got her the best deal and was very kind and sociable the entire time!

Not a big fan of this location in the past couple of visits. Both times I was one of two customers and there were three people working. Getting help was near impossible, nor where there any typical greetings such as, 'May I help you'. Instead, I had to ask if they could help me; one in particular acted like it was a chore as he slowly strolled over without responding, then standing there waiting for me to say something. In the past, I have loved this location.

Fast knowledgeable service. And they put my wiper blades on for me.

These guys are always very helpful and polite, glad to have them in the neighborhood.

I went in the other day needing parts for my vehicle and I was helped by the assistant manager she took her time to show me the difference in the quality and warranty of the parts even recommended me some reliable shops the would help me diagnose my vehicle

I went in to get some things for my truck asked for some suggestions or help from Fatima and got completely dismissed. She had attitude the whole time. Everyone seemed nice, but she was not pleasant to deal with.

Went in for a new battery yesterday. Was in a huge rush and realized I did not have my tools in my car when I was about halfway there. Alec was BEYOND helpful in getting me the battery and installing it for me. The whole thing took less than ten minutes. Excellent service and top-notch customer service from Alec. He is definitely an asset to your team! Thank you!!

Went in to purchase $100 worth of car cleaning supplies this morning, and was greeted by three employees behind the counter. One of the items I was purchasing was priced incorrectly, and rang up $2 more than what it was tagged on the shelf. Rather than matching what was displayed on the shelf, the woman ringing me up explained that her inventory guy hasn’t been in, and that price expired on 7/08. Today’s date is 7/18! She even checked the location and removed the expired tag. I have worked retail jobs for twenty years, and have ALWAYS honored the price displayed on the shelf. Is the inventory guy the only employee who can price items correctly? Yes, it’s only $2, but it’s the principle.

Noah was amazing! He utilized his expertise to help fix my old beater, I surely thought there was a greater issue but it was just a simple fix thankfully! His service and polite demeanor ended up saving us thousands of dollars, his work is well deserving of praise and recognition!

Noah is a magician, brought our POS beater with 200k miles, check engine light, gas cap indicator, and he used his ingenuity and expertise to set us straight. Clear signals and a smooth running vehicle, this young man is the epitome of service and is well deserving of praise.

Went to another company when my battery died and was quoted with an outrageous price. So went half a block down to Oreilly and got more than $100 off for same battery and warranty. And Noah was quick and professional took care of the installation so we could be out of there and on our way quick. Great location and employees. Thanks Noah.

I had a headlight out on my car and called the Volkswagen dealership (who I typically love). They were super kind and said to bring in my car and they'd fix it. The cost would be $89. Eeeek! A friend recommended that I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts. It was an EXCELLENT experience. I called ahead and the nicest young man answered. He encouraged me to come in so he could help me before he got off - in 20 minutes. When I got there, he helped me immediately, changed out the headlight, made sure it worked, and was overall super friendly and helpful - all for $19. I would HIGHLY recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts and Brett Martin. Wonderful young man. Smart and attentive to details! Thanks for a great experience!

The people at this store are AMAZING. My daughter had a headlight out and she went in to get a new bulb. Not only did they sell it, they installed it for her. THANK YOU!! You are the best!!

Had a great experience with Brett. He helped me replace some taillight bulbs and wiper blades. He was super friendly and upbeat. Highly recommend this location.

Noah was super knowledgeable, professional, and energetic. He did a bunch of tasks that kept me from getting dirty, and I appreciated him so very much. If I ever owned a public-facing business, this is the guy I'd try to poach! I'll definitely go back to this location in the future because hopefully, he'll be there to have my back like he did today.

Just had a terrific experience with Eric at O'Reilly Auto Parts. He is the Manager, and by chance he helped me in determining if my battery was still under warranty. It turned out that today was the last day it was, he assisted me in taking out the old battery and putting in the new one. I have always had terrific experiences with Eric and his team, and I will continue to be a customer going forward. Eric and his team are always so outgoing and supportive and the customer service I was shown today by Eric was second to none!

I had a battery that was extremely hard to change. Eric and Noah worked until they could get it done for me. Absolutely amazing service! I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of me and my vehicle!

The folks here are so knowledgeable. I came in to check out the prices for Marine Starting and Deep Cycle batteries. I had questions about AGM batteries as far as charging, and the fellow there knew all about them. I go here exclusively for my auto cleaning supplies. Always satisfied with the selection, service, and the general atmosphere of the store. Pleasant place to be if you're a car guy or a boat guy like myself.

I’m so thankful for Brett! He helped me with replacing the battery in my key fob and then he was super sweet & helped with a taillight issue…All while standing in our intense Texas heat. I appreciated his kindness and positive attitude. Thank you, Brett!

Went in recently for a gift card for my best friend’s birthday and was pleasantly surprised by how clean/organized the store was and how friendly the staff was. I goofed up @ the register when prompted to swipe/load the card and the cashier was still very friendly, understanding, and helpful with no attitude/shortness, really the epitome of stellar customer service. Highly recommended!

Eric, the Store Manager, along with the other employees helped facilitate a complicated battery warranty exchange from an out of town shop. They all did a terrific job navigating the entire situation. Extremely patient and professional. Installed the new battery quickly and efficiently. A top notch shop. Will return for my auto parts and accessories needs. Hands down a perfect 5 Star Experience!
