This was the best experience. I got into a minor accident and jumped a curb blew out tire and rim trying to avoid a collision. Kia sent them via roadside assistant. The driver was amazing, very professional, and patient with me. No stress at all. Thank you for all of your help!!
Osama was awesome!!! He was very helpful and timing was accurate! Great customer service!!! If anything would ever happened to my truck again I would ask my insurance to send AM Towing and request Osama.
Jack was amazing tow truck driver! He was very kind and took very good care of me and my car after an unexpected tire blew out. He got to me fast and got both me and my car home safety and in a timely manner. I will be recommending this company to any of my friends and family that need any towing assistance in the future! Stay the bell away from this place unless you enjoyed getting robbed. Not once did the manager give me a quote but just text him the information and he can try and get to the car Needed to be towed. I text back later to see what is what and the car has been picked up and got charged 300 for towing it 25 miles. Lol Good looking out on taking advantage of people. Appreciate that.
Jack from AMS towing was incredible. I had all 5 of my lug nuts snap off my wheel, so loading the car onto the flatbed was a huge challenge. Jack made sure to load my car without damaging it further (I am incredibly picky about my vehicle). He was incredibly helpful and the customer service I received was 5/5. This would be my go-to call next time I need a tow.
Moved a very large and heavy motorcycle for me with no problems whatsoever. The driver took great care in securing the bike, protecting it from any damage during transport. I will definitely use AM Towing again.
Use this company for a great towing experience! Michael and his team moved an abandoned 1950s Studebaker truck for us within a few hours of calling them. This truck didn't have keys, front tires, and was stuck in the mud and his team moved it without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone!

Really professional experience. Was there in the time quoted. The driver was patient with us in needing to change the final destination a few times. Was careful in loading the car to not cause more damage. Hope I don't have to call for a tow again anytime soon but will be putting their number in my contacts list.

When I called, I was greeted with a sweet dispatcher who was understanding of my situation. Told me he could get someone to me within the hour. The driver showed up not a minute late and he towed my 2017 Ford F-250. He took care of everything in less than 10 minutes and got me out of the cold. I will 100% be calling AM towing for all my future tows. Great company, great service, and great staff!
Got stuck out by DFW Airport , These people are amazing , very professional and reliable. Tow truck driver arrived almost immediately after I called the company the fastest time I've ever experienced compared to the average wait time I've experienced before around Dallas area. They towed my car to the dealership in Plano after, the driver courteously took me home in Lewisville. Thank you guys y'all amazing!!!!!

Best towing experience I've had. Scheduling is extremely easy and stress free. Michael was professional, took the time make sure my car was hitched safely before loading. Highly recommend these guys.
