Online received offer for $3656 but then they give excuses and only offered $2500 although the car is in the same condition runs and drives ,no accidents just high miles which they knew from the first rime as I filled the online offer steps..
I chose this place because of the good reviews. I was guided throughout the whole process, and within 24 hours my vehicle was towed, and I had a check in hand. It would have been within hours, but the first towing man was accidentally out of checks.
Horrible experience. Horrible communication. They gave me a list of photos they needed of the car. Drove over an hour to the tow yard to take the photos, then after I get back, they tell me they need one more. I spoke to 4 different people, answered the same questions about the car each time, very inefficient operation. They confirm the payout amount, which is less than what they quoted me online. When I asked what is the reason for the difference, they couldn’t tell me. I said let’s speak to a supervisor that can. “Oh, I can’t let you do that. I don’t have a supervisor here.” Really, that’s how you’re running things? After arguing for a few minutes, they’re magically able to match the price I was quoted online. Then they tell me they’ll be able to pick up the car the next day, and next day I get no call. Or the day after. 5 days later they pick up the car. Unethical, unprofessional, and unorganized.
My vehicle was damaged in a recent down pour of torrential rain and was unrepairable. I made a call to Copart and with in minutes after giving details of my vehicle, Copart made an offer. I scheduled the pick up for the next day. The driver came with the check and I turned over the title and keys. Simple process!!! Thank you for making it effortless.

This was one of the worst online and on the phone experiences I have had in a long time! It started with the customer service rep being rude and went down from there. From being on the phone for over 2 hours, to them picking up my 4 vehicles (with no prior call as promised), taking only 2 titles of the 4 on site, and not dropping off any payment, this was a terrible experience. I have two more vehicles to sell, but I will not be using them. I strongly suggest going with another company.

As this was my first time selling a vehicle, i was very skeptical to say the least: taking a check from an unknown source and someone leaving with my car and title in hand. Calling to sell my vehicle was a breeze. I ended up speaking with 3 different people over the span of a week, because I was initially indecisive if this was the route I wanted to take. They were extremely patient with all of my questions and took down all of vehicle's information and made me an offer. I wish it were more, but it is what it is. I was instructed to call Copart, the lot that it was designated to to schedule the pick up. I spoke with Maria, who was super helpful and wasted no time, as we spent less than 7 minutes on the phone. The following morning Martin, who was the driver, arrived much earlier than I anticipated, which was GREAT! He explained everything in detail, walked me through the signing process and proceeded to inspect and load my vehicle. Even with my old truck being unable to start and parked in my rear entry driveway, he was able to maneuver it onto his flatbed. Impressive! And I can appreciate him not being noticeably frustrated with all he had to do. Overall, if I needed to "recycle" another vehicle I would definitely be calling them back!
