The customer service was great and I didn't have to wait too long to get my part,but it was not explained to me that if I brought the core back after a certain time that I would have to wait for them to mail me the refund and it's been weeks ago since I took the core back and still haven't received the refund check

The experience with LQK was very frustrating. Calling them was a great experience. The sale experience was great. The price was awesome ,beyond that point was where a lot of things went wrong first, they sent me a motor that didn't even work. Then, in exchange of the second motor the delivery driver threatened my mechanic for $22 that they weren't going to leave the motor. If you didn't pay them $22 once we got that motor and it took them almost a week and a 1/2 to pick up the motor. There was no communication whatsoever and exchange for the core. We had to call them continuously to ask them about the refund just to go to their office for them to tell us that they mail the check to the mechanic when we pay with our debit card. at LQK so why would you send a check to the mechanics unacceptable. Now have too again inconvenience my mechanic to cash a check whenever it comes.

Frustrating Experience – Wrong Part After 2 Weeks I placed an order two weeks ago and was given a different story every time I called. The front office was disorganized and unhelpful. After all the delays, they still gave me the wrong part. Totally unacceptable service. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

They only want to talk to you when you’re ordering parts. When you have a problem with the part they sent or the delivery never shows up they just want to transfer you and put you on hold. The phone reps have attitudes like they’re forced to be there.

Waited 4 days on part I get there they lost my part, and I tucked up my other car on the train tracks outside it was just a bad experience.

I came to buy a part and the sales person with the name Abraham I give him the information about my car and the part I needed he said I don’t have it , I told him that I car part it shows that you have it but again he said I told you I don’t have it, when I was trying to show him the stock number on car part he said I told you I don’t have it and turned his face to his colleague and said hey Adam and Adam also disrespectfully said to him maybe you need to talk to him Spanish or English or Chinese cause he don’t understand , so they both are disrespect and management need to teach them how to talk to their customers and at the end he had the part and I bought it, so they need to be trained how to respect their customers

I have to leave a one-star not because of the service I have been trying to call the number three days in a row. The phone ring without an answer plus the one time I got through they have me for 30 minutes waiting and no one answer back. Y'all has to do better this is ridiculous better yet I try to use three different departments and still know answer to better LKQ I hope the manager see this.

Great used parts. Competitive pricing without the "junk yard" experience. Down side is waiting time to actually get the parts in your hand. There is also a "gap" of communication between what you need and what you actually get. Make sure of your order is right. No problems on returns thoug.

Ordered part online, drove 50 miles 3 days after being told part was ready and they did not have part. Zero communication from online sales. Of course I was charged very promptly and have yet to see a refund or notice of refund.

Not like other junk yards. Call first before you drive out. More than likely won't leave with your part that day unless ordered the day before. I needed something yesterday at the time. But now I know. Hope this helps anyone driving out before calling.

Would be amazing if they answered their phone... office full of people, and a national hotline, yet asking for part availability (which is always priced higher over the phone than what they have online) takes at least half an hour, and being placed on hold for the entire time. Seems like every call goes through 1 person, and 1 person only. IF they do have your part, it's a 2-3day wait... might as well order it on Ebay.

Happy the part finally came! So it should have been ready on Friday, I called to find out the part was delayed after speaking on Monday to them. I repeatedly called for status on the part. Finally they called me up, and was able to pick it up. Rude customer service, going in to pick up a order______ “do you know what the part looks like if you saw it”. What does that have to do with anything. Then purchased at the counter and no explanation of next steps…. Finally someone tells me to go outside and someone would fill the order. Got the part and ready to go, too much!!

I recently purchased a rearview mirror, and it was missing a part that was supposed to come with the mirror that can not be purchased anywhere else unless you buy a brand new mirror from the manufacture, but I understand mistakes can happen. I wanted to contact LKQ to see if I can purchase this part from them. I don't understand this location (Burleson) or company. When I visit this location in person I always get excellent customer service keep in mind I live an hour away from this location. But when I contact LKQ on the phone about any questions, I get horrible customer service. I'm always thrown into a loop of holds, and the phone disconnects on its own, and I would need to restart the process. I've had incidents where I would call them, and they would tell me it's the wrong location, but the phone number is directly pulled from the Burleson website. The biggest thing I don't understand is why I need to talk to the specific salesman (Larry) that sold me the part. There was no big background story on the part I needed. Any salesperson can take care of my issue. All I need to know is if you can sell me this part or not. If not, please tell me don't just throw me around and waste my time. Also dealing with Larry is an awesome experience IN PERSON. A great guy is willing to help you, but you must be in person. You can never reach him over the phone, and he will never call you back. I have yet to speak with them for the last few weeks after contacting them. If anyone wants outstanding customer service, please be there in person they are willing to help you no matter what. They have never turned a cold shoulder, but if you have any questions over the phone unless you are actually buying a part then good luck I hope they treat you better than me. Because driving an hour back and forth is a wasting my time and gas. Just for them to tell me no.
