They make you have appointments to pick up vehicles but they are never punctual… if your appointment is at 11am you’ll be out at 3-4pm … but don’t be late to your appointment because they can cancel you and won’t load you … lol

DO NOT let your insurance tow your car here after an accident!! they completely trashed the inside of my car, covering it in mud. Stole numerous items out of my car and destroyed all my personal property that was still in it when I went to pick my items up. The woman I spoke with when I was there was extremely rude and said it’s not her problem if they want to destroy my things they can. After two weeks and numerous phone calls and many emails all I got was an oops sorry we treat everything with extreme professionalism, which is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. Apparently, they don’t even hire people that know how to use velcro is and just decide to rip everything up instead.

I came to retrieve some personal belongings from my totaled vehicle, including two child car seats. I was able to retrieve the older, beat up car seat. The other, newer and more expensive, car seat was missing. I spoke with two separate employees and neither of them knows what happened to it. Just like many other reviews here, your valuable items will go missing and they will take no responsibility. Whoever took the car seat clearly needed it more than my 2-year old son does.

Worst lot Ever! My Splash Shield Was Yanked Off The Bottom Of My Vehicle From The Way They Towed It With A Forklift And Denying They Did The Damages When I Have Proof My Vehicle Was Not Like That Before It Arrived At Their Facility!

This place will throw away your obituaries and urn with no repercussions and all you get is I'm sorry or can't review the video. They need to be held accountable for these terrible actions. Especially if I spoke to someone promise me that it would be taken care of. But got by things and nothing was in there only thing was my plates and empty box. THAT'S NOT APPECTABLE....

I'm a member i a drove 2 hours to preview a veicle and when I got here they said that we can not see the veicle and nobody answered the phone even i called 3 times before driving here ..very unprofessional...

Can't even get the pick up right. I called on a Wednesday and scheduled today, two days later (Friday) as the pick up date. Got a call from a driver, that Wednesday that he was on his way to my vehicle location. After informing him about the actual scheduled date, I called to inform the person that I made the pick up date with and she said it was still scheduled for Friday... WRONG!
I took off work and when calling to confirm my scheduled pick up, I was informed that it was changed to the following Monday. I never got any notification it had been changed nor a call for verification. Now I'm being told someone might be able to pick up today. I'm 16 miles from the yard. Amateurish operation at best with little to no regard for any customer inconvenience.
Update...after me calling, again, I was informed that a driver will be contacting me AFTER 5PM today. NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER INCONVENIENCE. No phone # for dispatch or the driver....just wait more with not even a time window.

They just ruined my whole schedule. 9:00 AM and the fork lift has just pulled out 1 single car. Security Lady doesn't know what she's doing. They want first arrived trucks in the back and new arrivals in the front making things even more complicated for forklift

EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS COPART . NEVER EVER TAKE LOAD FROM THEM , MY DRIVER HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 3 HOURS JUST TO PICK IT UP WHICH CAUSED US TO LOSE OUR OTHER 2 LOADS . WORST COPART LOCATION !!!

My experience at Copart was disappointing. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the girls at the front desk seemed bored and uninterested. They barely spoke and just did the bare minimum to get me in and out. It felt like customer service wasn’t a priority at all.
The biggest issue was the condition of my vehicle. In the listing photos, the bumper was completely fine. I didn’t notice the damage until a little while after I had already picked it up, but once I got a better look, it was clear that the damage had happened while the vehicle was at Copart. The bumper was pushed in, dented, and chipped in a way that definitely wasn’t shown in the original pictures. Even after bringing this up, they still wouldn’t take any responsibility or offer to help. I’ll be including photos with this review so others can see the difference for themselves.
The only reason I’m even giving one star is because of Kaylee (not sure if her name is spelled correctly). Every time I called, she answered with a good attitude and was actually helpful and respectful, which stood out compared to the rest of the experience. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Compart. The front desk girls were rude and completely unhelpful they stared at us and acted like we weren’t even there. We literally were standing there and she was doing something on her computer completely ignoring us. When we asked a basic question about the app, they didn’t make any effort to assist or explain. Pretty sure they had no idea how it works.
What made it worse was how unprofessional they were. They were openly talking about customers while we were there making inappropriate and rude comments as jokes with each other. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior for a business front desk.
They seriously need to reconsider who they have representing them at the front. It ruined the whole experience and I definitely won’t be returning.Jul 23, 2025 -

Came to retrieve a vehicle not sold at auction. Desk representative said I needed and appointment. 2 Hrs later her coworker let's me know I didn't because it was a pick up for Sixt. Watched other tow trucks hour after me get there Vehicles and leave while I'm here 4 hours with nothing to show. I'm discussed

DEVIN BURT the regional manager & CYLA CRNA General manager of this location are sleep. emailed them over 3 weeks ago and no response, vehicle was damaged after the auction... and they're not taking responsibility. Called the office again after got a email to their assistant general manager JACQUELYN WILLIAMS is responding however what she id claiming is completely nonsense, just trying to bring up different excuses to not be responsible, very unprofessional people at this location.

We bought 2 trucks from here that were supposedly runs and drive and had no issues with them other than a few scratches. When we got the vehicles one had a blown engine and wouldn’t start , the other one was damaged by their forklifts and damaged the fuel filter system and diesel tank . They hide their vehicles flaws on purpose to promote their vehicles.One of the vehicles was missing a battery and the oil cap , so they decided to not take a picture of the engine bay as they should.Their GM won’t take them back and is unreasonable and is unprofessional overall. Definitely will not be purchasing on any vehicles from this branch anymore.

Worst customer service ever. Waiting with no one in front of us, then told oh you have to check in scan the QR code. Never been here before and don’t know how it works but all the staff is sitting in their chairs eating and talking to each other. If this is the type of people they hire I don’t know how they stay in business unless you prefer to be ignored and get told I am going to lunch. Wow if I could less than a 1 I would. Waste of time and gas to get here for shitty service.

I've been to Copart facilities in Nebraska Missouri , Kansas and Colorado. This place is by far the slowest most inefficient of all. One lady working while 4 others just kept walking around and chatting with one another. So lazy they don't even leave the chair to get copies. The worst part is it wasn't even busy. 5 o us waiting to get paperwork. I don't think I will ever pick anything up from the place again unless it pays double the regular fee.

I have nothing good to say about Copart. Apparently their employees do not know how to do their jobs. For over 3 weeks I've been trying to find out how to proceed without having the title for my vehicle. No one here knows. A salesman at a dealership told me that I could go file for a lost title. I did so and brought the certified title in myself, so they can have the insurance release the check for my car. They cost me 3 weeks of paying for a rental so far. I still cannot buy another vehicle until I receive the check. I am livid at the incompetence of the staff at Copart.

I haven't been this frustrated with customer service in a while. The place wasted half of my entire day. I needed to pickup some of my items from my car that had been in a collision. I get there and stand waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes until another lady finally asked if this is where we stand to be helped after we both had been ignored. They then tell us we need to sign in with the QR code. If you watch us walk in and stand in line behind people at the desks, how hard would it have been to say "Oh, check in is right there with the QR code." After I do that, I wait my turn and they tell me they have to move my car to the personal space where I can get my things. I wait for 25 mins and then check on it because how long does it take to move a car? She said there were 4 cars ahead of it, and she'll tell me when it's ready. I wait another 30 mins before checking in again and telling her it has been an hour. She then looks and it had already been moved. So who knows how long I was pointlessly waiting for my car that had already been moved. Since it took so long, it put me going back home in the worst rush hour traffic. The whole ordeal from leaving my house to getting back to my house was 3.5 hours. All for 15 mins of me grabbing a few items that had been left in my car. Horrible horrible customer service. They were lazy and unorganized and you can tell they didn't want to be there or care about helping anyone.

The worse people ever never I saw on my life very rude ,disrespectful . The wait time to get a vehicle is ridiculous. You will be waiting for 2 hours. The communication between the office and the yard is non existent. If they got on the same page, then things would probably be faster. Nobody should have to drive for hours 2 hours to wait 2 hours to get loaded. To read so many 1 star reviews and not fix their problems is beyond

Be aware of this auction yard they show the vehicle in pictures then when you pick up the vehicle you get it vandalized and missing parts and more damaged than it shows in the auction listing. I bought a vehicle and someone in the auction stole parts from it like dvd screens , dvd, tailgate lights and pulled the wires tried to connect the manager but he didn’t do anything even he didn’t ask his employees or did any sort of search about the issue he wanted me to prove that these items were missing inside the auction! . If he just checked the cameras he would figured out the vehicle condition when my driver loaded it . So if you buy a vehicle from this location make sure to take pictures / video on site before leaving otherwise you might get screwed out like me

This is literally the worst auto auctions I have been too. They are barely staffed and when they front desk associates are there, they just look at you like you are non-existent. The wait lines for a few people can last 30mins to an hr. If you can go somewhere else to make payment save yourself the stress

Took a 45 minute line to be able to tell someone they had my wrecked vehicle so I could get my personal belongings out of it. It took 10 minutes for them to look up my vehicle with what looked like some 90s era outdated software. Then another 70 minutes waiting on the couch for them to retrieve the vehicle that would take “no more than 40 minutes”. This place can give any doctors office a run for its money on wasting time. They apparently don’t excel at their number one goal of safety with the “zero days accident free”. If fortune is kind, I’ll never have to come here again, and I’ll be glad and apparently safer for it.

Called three times ahead of time to make sure vehicle was available to view when we arrived. When we got there the vehicle was unavailable to view for whatever reason. Wasted 5 hours on a commute. Maybe dealing with this company would have been a bad thing anyway due to first impressions. Apologies don't pay for gas.
