they are so professional they tow my son’s truck i didn’t like that but that was my son’s mistake for parking in the wrong spot i appreciate the man driving the tow truck couple of times he help us i’m not saying how but i really appreciate you

They are just stalking anyone they think could be a potential victim. I was parked in my car I saw them pull in fast, and back into my car almost hitting me. When they realizes someone was in the vehicle, they took off fast . Faster than anyone should be driving in a parking lot. Unprofessional and reckless.
Very bad experience, they damage the vehicles and are not careful... of course, since they don't pay for them.. of corse is tha company iknow the owenr its good person. I have all the paperwork I'm available to make appointment to talk about it
The gentleman who helped me get to my stuff in my vehicle was extremely kind and helpful, but the lady at the front desk was rather rude. I definitely did not enjoy my experience with her, but the kind man who brought my car around has amazing customer service skills and compassion. I get that their job is rather hectic, but being able to diffuse emotional situations should be a part of the job description in employees who work in their field.
From the moment I called their business they were very polite and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ricky today and he was the nicest and most sympathetic. He met us at the lot to bail my vehicle out and went out of his way to help us out! That shows why he’s been in business for decades! Thank you Mr. Ricky!
I am so thankful for Ricky's. I had an accident today, didn't know what to do. Made the call to Rickys and I was blessed with Aaron showing up within literally 10 minutes to help me. His first question was... are you ok? WOW!!! His second question was was... do you need medical assistance? I was gobsmacked. I have had a previous bad experience with a tow company and this was something new. He was so polite and loaded my car on to the tow truck with care. I did not know where I wanted my car taken so I had him deliver it back home. He carefully unloaded my car into my drive way and done. That easy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.
My car flooded out on Friday 10/27/23. They towed my car to thier lot. On Saturday 10/28/23 the bill was 265 to pull my car off of thier lit. I asked how much per day $21 was stated to me. My car was picked up by the insurance company on 10/31/23. They charged the insurance company $482. You do the math. Speaking with man there on Sunday bill was $286. So if you wonder why insurance rates are ridiculously high. There you go.

Recommended by another tow company. This company is located in Seagoville, Tx. I needed something local. But the man who answered the phone was very nice & professional.
My truck was recovered by them after it was stolen and the driver was arrested. They charged me as little as possible and immediately got on the phone with seagoville pd immedatly to let them know that I had picked it up from them. The theifs' "sister" had even been bold enough to try to claim the truck after her brother was aressted in it but they weren't having it. Thank yall so much for helping me get my truck back
They more respectful in person but they left my bike out in the rain my helmet was soaked in water. They charged me an extra $150. And didn't tell me on the fifth day they charge extra for sending a letter out even though I've been talking to them every day that my bike was there. I would not want none of my vehicles to go here.
As someone from "out of town" these guys were life savers. Friendly, courteous and quick service got us back on the road. They Ricky and his driver we're AWESOME!
