I have used Issac for all of my companies towing needs. Because Issac is professional, knowledgeable, timely and communicative I will be setting up an account with big bass towning. Issac will continue to be the only person I will use for my company’s towing needs no what.

When my M3 was disabled, MPORIUM BMW recommended Big Bass towing to handle the low ground clearance issue without further damage. Chris from Big Bass cared for my car as though it was his own. He was professional, courteous, patiently answered all my questions and provided thorough documentation. The truck was even equipped with video cameras. I couldn't have scripted a better outcome. I just had my very expensive tool box movied by Richard he treated it like his own.

Went here to pick up my towed rental car. First of all, called multiple times before visit to check what I must bring. Called again a day before visit, changed the response completely. Every worker gave different information so made us waste an insane amount of time. One person told us that showing a mobile proof of rental was enough. 5 min before arrival, a different worker says to bring a printed version. Second, insanely rude customer service if it is even considered "service". Treats every situation and every step of the process half-slept with no desire to solve any situation. We handed them the printed proof of rental but they denied everything. We even had the owner of the car come who brought 9 total different proofs of ownership but they denied it. The woman there (mid 50s or smth; unable to have a proper conversation. Ate up all those years for what?) was in charge and she was verbally abusive and towards the end wanted to fight with us saying explicit things JUST BECAUSE we wanted to ask what the "MISC" meant in the receipt. She did overcharge us, but that's not the problem. So many vague titles in the receipt such as "MISC" "EXTRA" "OTHER". She was unable to explain and was so vague about it that it was obvious they were ripping us off because the police was involved. (They threatened to call the cops) Charged an extra $100 for the "possibility of the car containing hazardous items" What a joke lmfao. If you're reading this, do your job right please. The one and only job you managed to get in your life that doesn't even require you to use that much brain. Half of my cologne was gone when I got my belongings back from the vehicle. Who knows what happened.

Big bass towing was called out to help after an unfortunate wreck. The driver, Kyle, was very professional and kind. The office staff was great when we went to retrieve our vehicle from the lot.

Manager stole my car out of the yard and changed the keys out and started racing my car before I got it back. No thanks to the ppl in charge, they acted like nothing happened and made me take my car as is. Scum bags. Didn't get anything but my racecar back with no oil, no keys to start the car, a Dr pepper can used as my over flow and minus my nitrous kit.

I don't even give them one star, but it won't let me post unless I do! What a joke. First of all, thy wouldn't tow my car from the scene of the accident to the repair shop. Would only take it to their lot where I would have to pay again to tow it to the shop. Second, they tried to give me 2 different receipts that were $100 difference. I had to ask which was correct and they acted like it was an accident. Sounds like they are running some kind of fraudulent activity to me. I had a different tow company pick my car up from their lot and take it to the repair shop. Big Bass tow truck driver was asking the person that gave me a ride there (city employee) what kind of reputation they have with the city because he was told they have a bad one. Hum...guilty dog barking?????

While moving my entire day got flipped upside down. From being spun out on the highway and totaling both our car and our trailer to losing my cat during the chaos. They were with me through it all. I had personal help from Curtis picking up the Uhaul and transferring our belongings. They even took my wife and 7 month old to the airport. I’ve never experienced service like this. They were very patient with our chaos and helped us every step of the way. I could never do anything to thank them enough!

I was stuck on the side of the road and they fixed a very stressful situation. The driver was super helpful about where to tow the car. They have very competitive prices and a real service attitude. It's great to have this competent business in Rowlett/Garland! Thanks Big Bass!

First experience with them and they are stand up fellas. Had my car impounded after it was disabled and was towed. But let me tell you, waaaaaay honest. There were $85 in lottery tickets, cash in the front seat, tools, nothing missing at all! I used them to tow my car to the house for repair.

The driver was very kind, courteous and professional. Verified all the information for where the car was going. Would definitely call Big Bass Towing again.

Messed up my alignment while towing it with a flatbed and access to my car keys in the ignition? No idea how thats even possible but it happened. If they fix/compensate me for it ill adjust the rating but otherwise 2 stars because the lady at the desk was nice to me.

My son got in accident. He was a minor at the time. They were called by police. By the time I got called they had already got his flipped truck over. I had roadside assistance and triple A. They insisted I pay 275 for flipping truck. I agreed to pay but they would not take credit card over the phone nor send a bill. I told them I could be there in 30 minutes with cash and they said they couldn't wait. They would have to take the truck to there impound yard with more charges even tho truck was fully insured. Not sure why police would use them. you can't take a credit card or know how to send a bill.really. just trying to get more money at peoples worst moments. I'm sure the "b" in bass is a typo. My son lived that day but my dad didn't (not in accident). Still no sympathy. A really bad day. They made it worse. My dad saw his truck and thought he died. His aorta burst.

Worst experience ever!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.. The guy we got was rude and wouldn't let us explain to him the issue with the tire. He said he "didnt have time for this" and just kept going. Isn't that why we paid for ...for his to time and help?? I told him he didnt have to be rude and all he said was "whatever" Never again will I do business with this company, the worst!! Truck #47!!! Also, price is ridiculous.. 2 miles and he charged us 138!! Smh

The tow truck driver was very rude to my wife when she asked him to take the vehicle to a Service King. He told her no he would not do that. He said he was taking it back to the shop. When I called and talked to a gentleman up there he told me the gentleman who work the wreck was mad and already quit he was not happy being there. So I wouldn't recommend this tow company because of that if they can't get control of their employees and they tell you no and you're paying for the service yet it even though it was my the tow truck driver was very rude to my wife when she asked him to take the vehicle to a service King. The flatbed driver, Richard was knowledgeable about my car and treated it like his own. It was a very reassuring and professional experience in an otherwise bad situation of having a new car towed.
