Big Bass Towing JunkYard in Rowlett (TX)

Manager stole my car out of the yard and changed the keys out and started racing my car before I got it back. No thanks to the ppl in charge, they acted like nothing happened and made me take my car as is. Scum bags. Didn't get anything but my racecar back with no oil, no keys to start the car, a Dr pepper can used as my over flow and minus my nitrous kit.

The driver was very kind, courteous and professional. Verified all the information for where the car was going. Would definitely call Big Bass Towing again.

My truck broke down and they were there to get me in 39 minutes. Absolutely the fastest company I've ever delt with.

I don't even give them one star, but it won't let me post unless I do! What a joke. First of all, thy wouldn't tow my car from the scene of the accident to the repair shop. Would only take it to their lot where I would have to pay again to tow it to the shop. Second, they tried to give me 2 different receipts that were $100 difference. I had to ask which was correct and they acted like it was an accident. Sounds like they are running some kind of fraudulent activity to me. I had a different tow company pick my car up from their lot and take it to the repair shop. Big Bass tow truck driver was asking the person that gave me a ride there (city employee) what kind of reputation they have with the city because he was told they have a bad one. Hum...guilty dog barking?????

While moving my entire day got flipped upside down. From being spun out on the highway and totaling both our car and our trailer to losing my cat during the chaos. They were with me through it all. I had personal help from Curtis picking up the Uhaul and transferring our belongings. They even took my wife and 7 month old to the airport. I’ve never experienced service like this. They were very patient with our chaos and helped us every step of the way. I could never do anything to thank them enough!

First experience with them and they are stand up fellas. Had my car impounded after it was disabled and was towed. But let me tell you, waaaaaay honest. There were $85 in lottery tickets, cash in the front seat, tools, nothing missing at all! I used them to tow my car to the house for repair.

Messed up my alignment while towing it with a flatbed and access to my car keys in the ignition? No idea how thats even possible but it happened. If they fix/compensate me for it ill adjust the rating but otherwise 2 stars because the lady at the desk was nice to me.

My son got in accident. He was a minor at the time. They were called by police. By the time I got called they had already got his flipped truck over. I had roadside assistance and triple A. They insisted I pay 275 for flipping truck. I agreed to pay but they would not take credit card over the phone nor send a bill. I told them I could be there in 30 minutes with cash and they said they couldn't wait. They would have to take the truck to there impound yard with more charges even tho truck was fully insured. Not sure why police would use them. you can't take a credit card or know how to send a bill.really. just trying to get more money at peoples worst moments. I'm sure the "b" in bass is a typo. My son lived that day but my dad didn't (not in accident). Still no sympathy. A really bad day. They made it worse. My dad saw his truck and thought he died. His aorta burst.

The tow truck driver was very rude to my wife when she asked him to take the vehicle to a Service King. He told her no he would not do that. He said he was taking it back to the shop. When I called and talked to a gentleman up there he told me the gentleman who work the wreck was mad and already quit he was not happy being there. So I wouldn't recommend this tow company because of that if they can't get control of their employees and they tell you no and you're paying for the service yet it even though it was my the tow truck driver was very rude to my wife when she asked him to take the vehicle to a service King. Worst experience ever!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.. The guy we got was rude and wouldn't let us explain to him the issue with the tire. He said he "didnt have time for this" and just kept going. Isn't that why we paid for ...for his to time and help?? I told him he didnt have to be rude and all he said was "whatever" Never again will I do business with this company, the worst!! Truck #47!!! Also, price is ridiculous.. 2 miles and he charged us 138!! Smh

The flatbed driver, Richard was knowledgeable about my car and treated it like his own. It was a very reassuring and professional experience in an otherwise bad situation of having a new car towed.

Need more experience and more help i call 2 hour 30 minutes and my tow truck shows up and my car was blocked in by a pickup and no one on site to move the truck so the driver had excess to the my car so the driver was about to leave we tried to push it over had to call my nephew to help us they didn't offered any discount for our trouble but thats ok just more help!

DAMAGED OUR CARS!!! We were working on a photoshoot when they started towing cars. I paid them to release the cars so we could repark them, and when they released the lowered Scion FR-S the actually got it STUCK to the tow truck and drug the car underneath by it's exhaust with the tow truck. The result, damaging the front lip and front bumper of the car, and smashing the undercarriage, exhaust, and rear bumper severely. The damages incurred are currently being fought. DO NOT EVER USE this towing company if you have the option.

I used Big Bass to tow my vehicle to a shop and the rates were very competitive and the people were great. I will use Big Bass for all of my towing needs and will refer them to anyone looking.

My car was stuck in the ditch and needed to be winched out. Richard pulled it right and took extra care to avoid any damages like it was his own car.

They are rude, the lady who answer the phone do not know how to talk to people also she make up charges as she talk.. They go through your property I have video tape of them going through the cars also taking money out of the cars.. I also seen them drive the cars like they are crazy this is not a good company I'm calling the BBB on the them....

Prompt arrival and less expensive than some I have called before. We will be using their services in the future if needed.
