The lady that works there is extremely rude. I said good morning, she didn’t reply back… I thought she didn’t hear me… then I was making sure my car didn’t block the towing truck and went outside to talk to the driver (the driver was super nice) told me that I was ok where I was parked and that I wasn’t blocking him. When I went back inside, the lady basically almost screamed at me and said “go outside and move your car now”. If I said three words to this lady was good morning and probably bye. I want to believe she was having a bad day, which we all have, but that is no way to talk to ANYONE.
I have an electric Kia. The battery died completely during a winter sleet storm sometime after midnight. The police called this company for me, and they arrived in the storm quickly. Leo, the driver, was so kind and helped me walk through the slush to wait in the truck while he hoisted the car. He towed me to a charge station, and then after unloading the car, patiently waited to make sure I could charge.
The station didn’t work. So Leo loaded the car and took me to another place to try to charge.
They are extremely responsible and kind- from the owner who was running dispatch at midnight to the driver. Also the price was cheaper than the tow service my insurance got for me, but would have arrived much later. I would be the first in line to recommend them to anyone.
My driver and operator helping me with my dead car was so helpful and amazing people. They helped me when I was not in a very good neighborhood and came very quickly and got me where I needed to be. Very quick and professional, thank you so much Curtis for helping me! It was a pleasure to meet you!
A 5x7 trailer I left BC the lights stopped working is about to cost me $300 for trying to do the right thing. I can carry the thing on my back but they want to charge these outrageous prices. Wrecker services should be more regulated than this. Sick of being taken advantage of.
Not very helpful, and never recieved an impound notice. Called the Rowlett police and they hadn't been noticed either, the only way we found our car was by calling all the tow companies in the area. Very unprofessional.
Remoun. He charger for labor and miles and hook up cost. I work for this company and they are the best to work for they do u right not wrong. Sorry for the guy not expelling the ticket to u. But i wish could give better then a five star review
