Honestly best Tow Company I ever had to deal with. The staff is very polite and friendly, the tow drivers are very helpful. They explained to me that if you break down on 30 on the bridge over the lake they are able to tow you off for no charge as well. The owner even assist me with my flat tire on my vehicle. These guys give Tow Company a great name 6 stars for them if I could.
I run a fleet of 16 car haulers, This was the only company to provide a FAIR rate for a tow across town. The people I spoke to made quick quote and stuck to the exact price provided at quote with no hidden fees. They gave me multiple option on how to pay unlike some companies that accept only Zelle. Thank you, I will contact you FIRST in the future for any towing needs in the area.

We had a flat on I30. We had our 5 month old baby in the car so we wanted to get him to a safe place before we fixed the flat. It had not even been 15 minutes and they towed our car. We had to call the police and they had them stop and give us our car back but we still had to pay 120 dollars just to get them to drop it. They were not authorized to take our car and the car had not been sitting there for more than 15 minutes. Please don’t use their services if this is how they do business!!!!
The driver Noah was fantastic and took great care of us. When we got back home he even helped push it into the garage. This car is lowered and without the care Noah provided it could have been a worse day for sure. Also a big shout out to the young lady that dispatched him to me, she's a sweet person and knew exactly what to do!

My car unfortunately broke down in the middle of traffic and Emmitt came to the rescue! He was extremely nice and professional considering I was stressing out so bad. He even paid for my gas when we got to the gas station. I was shocked but it’s so refreshing to see there’s still great people in this world!
I contacted another tow company that said I would have to wait about 4 hours to get a driver to me and couldn’t get me a total until after the vehicle had been dropped off. When I called NTX the guy on the phone, I forgot his name, was able to get me an exact price on how much my tow would be and was able to get a driver to me in 30 minutes. The driver actually showed up faster and was friendly and kind. He took his time loading my company vehicle onto his flatbed and was cautious when driving to the drop off location. I’ll definitely be using NTX towing again in the future.
Do not use this company!!! I had NTX Wrecker tow my Jeep to my mechanics shop for repairs. They damaged the Bull Bar by using it to pull the Jeep. Then they refused to repair it unless I paid to have it towed to their shop or removed it myself and took it to them. I told them that it was their responsibility to fix it and that it was being moved out of state and I needed it repaired before it was to be moved in 10 days. They finally agreed to tow it to their shop and have it fixed but they never did and now they won't respond to my attempts to contact them. I had several vehicles towed by them when it was Cathey's Towing and never had a problem but since they have changed hands, I will never use them again and neither will my mechanic after this. Beware!

These guys get 5 stars in my book because the gentleman I talked too (Adam) conversed with me like I was a customer and not another caller taking up his time. There tow bill was more than reasonable and the whole process of getting my auction car that was at there yard was streamlined and easy. They will be my first call for my auction cars from here on out.
I can’t describe how bad this was! One think I can say this thieves towing company is taking advantage of people left and right using the rowlett police department as covering what they doing!! My car broke down while I was driving forcing me to pull on the exit of the Interstate I call my insurance to arrange towing services I have to leave my car behind because according to the towing company nobody can ride with the towing service after I arrange I left no even 2 hours later this thieves towing company tow my car and impound it I call RPD asking them if they got any information and they verify the they take my car when I call thieves towing company they say o I got a police paperwork requesting for towing your car because a was abandoned!!! I call RPD AND THEY DENIED! This is not the first time we know the towing companies take advantage of people!?
Unless I'm missing some circumstance overly concealed and non-transparent, these people are crooks. Towed my vehicle without my authorization and against my will from the shoulder of a state highway, (having one lane and shoulder in each direction, thus out of the path of traffic), while the vehicle hadn't been there for more than 2 hours. I already had an authorized truck ready to haul it away right there as they were attaching their winch.
The authorized truck was not on it's way, it was waiting right there for a clear opportunity to get to it, being obstructed at the time. But it seems NTX Wrecker Service (formerly Cathey Towing) was going to have none of that, treating it as a first come first serve, being there only moments before to capitalize on the situation, but I did not call them.
Not sure how things could've been handled in a more underhanded or brazen way, particularly when my intended haul destination was only 200 feet away. Considering this brazen behavior, I didn't have the courage or felt it worth the inevitable financial burden to fight it at the time. They auctioned it for little over $4k. One thing for certain, whether it be more or less, these people certainly know how to capitalize off of other's misfortune in any and every they can, so beware!
I'm fairly certain their convenient out to excuse themselves with the appearance of justness is to say they had the police on their side. Must be nice to have friends in high places when you're in the business of 'procuring' other's property to their loss and your gain in one form or another.
Vehicle caught a blowout, as tower was releasing the vehicle off the tow ramp, he further damaged my bumper, as it was coming off. He was not gentle. I called the office to make a complaint, they deflected stating they’re not responsible for the damage, which is a blatant lie … they’re in contract with the local Police Dept, would NOT RECOMMEND!
Update: my bumper didn’t look like this prior to hitting a curb. My low tread tires blowing out have nothing to do with my bumper being damaged. Typical deflection
Awful customer service, they hang up on you or put you on hold and don’t respond. Call the first time was hung up on. call the second time got an answer. Had to do a follow up call with another company to verify charges and they put us on hold for 12 minutes and no update so I called back. They immediately answered and try to deny that they received any phone calls then said “well I’ll get to you when I can” and immediately put back on hold without another word. Awful.
Edit to follow up. That’s not who I am, and IAA was also on the line and suggested I try to call back after 12min and some odd seconds passed. IAA needed to confirm charges to schedule pick up and you guy responded “I’ll get to you when I can” and disappeared again.
And the first call I did not disconnect. Y’all did.

I had the customer on the line during the first call and it sounded like answered then immediately disconnected without saying anything. I had to retry. Why would I hang up when I’m on the phone with customer to verify their vehicle? That wastes my time and theirs. Check your phone issues then. I dont care that is not the main point, it just added to the bad experience.
The main thing is 12 min wait, and the IAA rep also on the line confirmed with your rep that yes it was 12 minutes hold. Then we ask for the charges so we can schedule pickup and you respond “I’ll get to you when I can” and disappear again. IAA stated they will just email you requesting the info so we can get it scheduled. Hopefully you guys respond so we can help a person move forward after traumatizing wreck
They absolutely exceeded my expectations!
First I just want to thank the two guys (Mason & Jonathan) that were dispatched out to get me. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very empathetic. I had never been in this situation before and they walked me through everything while I was standing on the side of the highway. Honestly they kept me calm by being there for support in such an overwhelming situation, and I even found myself laughing with them.
When we got back to the tow yard, I interacted with the office staff. They were super nice, very efficient, and made the process go smoothly. They even had a puppy i got to play with while I was waiting, which took my mind off everything that was going on!!!!.
After they got my car off the truck, I was given immediate access to my vehicle to gather my personal items. I will say, I have had to do this part with other towing companies in the past (and it was such a pain), so i made sure to grab everything i could right then.
I ended up having so much stuff, and they didnt even hesitate. There were like 5 of them that took it upon themselves to come out to help me carry it all to the office.
I had not even thought about how I was getting home with all of this stuff yet, and all i could think of was to call an uber and pile it all in there.
At this point in the process I was done, they didn't have to deal with me anymore, But again they went out of their way, and the owner had Christain drive me (so I was not stranded).
It just shows that they truly care about their customers, because they didnt have to do ANY of it.
I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to each and every one of them. You dont realize how much of an impact you made and what that really means to me. I know i did not catch everyone name that helped me at some point, but to whoever i missed, Thank you!!!

Fast, friendly, and fair service! Had a flat, needed to get to a tire shop, and they beat their 30 min pick up estimate by about 20 min lol (probably helped I was close by and time of day but still). The crew is highly communicative and reliable. You don't really ever want to deal with towing often but if I had to again, I'd call them in a heartbeat.
I was driving behind this truck when rocks started flying off. I tried to flag the driver but he ignored me. Negligence of the driver for not securing load and debris. My office tried to contact them and they are assuming no responsibility. You would think a commercial company would have more integrity.
A rock came off of the load that Cathey Towing was hauling. It was a rock screener. There were a number of rocks coming off of the truck in morning traffic. There are pictures of rocks and dirt all over the load and on the truck itself. A rock came off of the truck and destroyed my drivers windshield. Called Cathey Towing. 1st they said they do not have a truck on I-30, when the picture shows the truck in Rockwall on I-30. Then they told me they sold the truck. Finally received a phone call at around 2 pm from a manager. She told me there was not proof that her truck did it and that my driver was lying.
