Do not trust them if you need any sort of receipt or invoice for your insurance. Driver Rafid told me that he could only accept cash or direct money transfer, and then insisted that I not call anyone else when I was confused. He promised that he would send me a receipt through email, but after taking down my personal information, he refused to respond or send any updates through text. I called the business to see where things were and they said that they hadn't heard of anything and had no way to provide a receipt for the services I paid for. Rafid also dropped my car off near the repair shop without being able to say where the car actually was and we had to hunt for it when he only offered value directions to find it. I will definitely not be using this company again in the future.
