They showed up when they said they would the driver was very professional by telling about each step he was taking reassured me my car was in good hands. Driver's name was Richard. Any .time you have to have you car towed it's nice to have the confidence in who taking you car these guys they don't just tell you they show you that they have your back. I am impressed. Tim pick'd up my rig along with a 41,000 lb load without batting an eye. Very methodical. I could tell he has done this before. He arrived on time and got us thru traffic and back to my office in time. I just sat back and watched and rode along. Good job Tim. JB Hunt driver, Dion.
Crappy Service was here 3 hours and the employee was of no help as a call would come in she would enter it before getting back to us even then she said we could wait or we could come back. It seemed to never end. We came in from 4 hours away just to wait 3 more.
