  After having a horrible experience with another towing company (H&1 Towing), Alpha Towing saved the day today. We hit a sharp edge on some construction that wasn't properly marked or covered, and it blew out both passenger tires. Liberty Mutual first assigned the job to H&1 Towing, who was dishonest (reporting he was on-site when he wasn't) and unprofessional (cursed at me for telling Liberty Mutual he wasn't actually on site). Liberty Mutual reassigned the job to Alpha Towing. Knowing that I'd been out in the Texas heat for 2 hours already, Hay Abdul responded quicker than expected. He was friendly and very professional. He got the car loaded onto the flat bed quickly and took it to Discount Tire for us. Hay, you were so awesome to work with today. Thank you so much!

  They quoted us a price of 45 to 85 to tow my son car less then half a mile. My son walked to the shop after the car was loaded. He got to the shop walking before the yow truck. Which means the drove the long way. They charged him $160. This was literally about a 2 min walk. Theyo claim they told us it was a 75.00 just to come out and then 45 to 85 to hook up. So obviously they didnt yell us yhat on the phone and then charged they highest between the 45 and 85 just to tow basically 1 block. It's definitely a rip of and i fill they took advantage of my son broke down in a area he has never been before. He is very young and they gave me a quote then charged him so much more.
