Today has been a awful today with these people 2weeks ago, I came to order 2doors, fender and light for a Subaru, went perfectly. Last week, I called and requested the hood and trim for the same car.. she said, let me call the other location, I'll call you back..NEVER called back. A few days later I called back and that lady gave me a price, I agreed and she said she'll call me once it's ready to deliver. 2days later, the body shop decided to fix the hood, but I still needed the trim ..she said, she would cancel the hood and deliver the trim @ $15. Did not deliver the part. I came today to buy the part, she went to $40 and the $35 and I been waiting 2hrs for a trim to be removed.. because the guy is working in order of the customers in front of me. She said they need to remove the transmission and next customer is the doors. If this was my company I would take the easiest customer and get them out the way, but she insisted that this is the way things go. Power is the worst thing you can give a person that's NOT responsible with it

Drove 45 min to pick up a hood for my car. The lot has yellow gates in front and shares a building with Patinos auto parts. Thankfully, the hood I was looking for was still there. Doors of car were there, battery was gone. Most of interior was there. Price was matching car-part.com site, which was cheaper than other shops around. Happy to get this part! They allow you to bring your own tools. No fee to walk on the lot. $15 to remove a part if needed. Come early once the car arrives in the lot!

Friendly service and great prices. Prepare to bring all your tools to take off all the pieces you need. If you do not want to then they will do it for you but it’s a $15 charge. Don’t go when it’s raining because it is mush. The ground is brown dirt and no gravel so be prepared to get dirty.

The staff here at Callahan Auto parts is outstanding. Ms. Laura at the front desk was very helpful in determining pricing on parts. She also gave me proper instructions/directions to where the vehicle that I needed parts from was located in the yard. She was very friendly and just down right nice (very refreshing in today's world). We had trouble getting a part off & Ms. Laura called Carlos (who was working in the yard) to come over to the vehicle that we were pulling parts from and provided assistance to us with removing a part. Carlos came right over & helped us remove two bolts that were stuck from being rust welded on. How many Salvage yards help you get the part off when you have trouble? None that I have ever been to. Top notch customer service. I am very pleased with our experience at Callahan auto parts and you will be too. Callahan auto parts business model may be in the Auto parts industry but they are alao in the customer service industry. They do both very well. I can't reccomend these guys & gals enough. I purchased a transmission from this place and was told afterwards that the tcm was missing. The part was already sold. I asked for a refund and was given the run around. I've been placed on hold for an hour now. The part shouldn't have been sold to me if a piece was missing.

BEWARE, whatever you do, do not pay them to pull your parts!!! I needed a really hard to find fuel line and they had one in great condition. The guy just cut the complete assembly in half rendering it completely useless. I was in such shock that an employee could do that. All he had to do was disconnect the clip. I will be forever scarred by this and will probably need therapy for the rest of my life. They should have to pay for my therapy. The consulation prize was the ladies at the front desk were very nice.

Recently I went there because I was recommended by someone else that there service was awesome, Unfortunately I did not receive same service. While two young ladies were busy helping customers the other two were busy as well but on there phones making videos of themselves. I asked one of them where was there manager and they had responded that he was in His office . Obviously I could see him thru the open door he was also doing the same thing on his phone on company time while people were to get service . So be ready to spend 45mins at checkout.

Great people affordable prices for used auto parts. If you are on a budget and not afraid to use used parts go see these guys they are friendly. Knowledgeable and can definitely help you get what you need to get your car back up and going. I would definitely recommend these guys and girls to any one that needs good parts at good prices. Little back up off of the road can be a little tricky to find but well worth it in every way possible. Go see them they will make it worth your while

Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Got the parts I needed at a fair price. Bring your own tools or pay a charge to have them pull your parts for you. If it has been raining bring some boots made for mud. No gravel you will get muddy and wet unless you have something to kneel, sit or lay on.

My husband loves to come here for parts. I think their prices are a little ridiculous for used parts, but at least you can pay them to pull the parts for you instead of having to go out there yourself. Although, you do need to go look at the car and make sure the part you want is the part you are going to get. We have had to bring things back a few times despite doing that, so can you imagine if we never did? Anyway. If you can go to their sister location, Cairns in Fort Worth, it would be better. In a pinch, this one will do.

Over all it was a okay!! But they told me my engine would be ready in 1 hour. I told them that was perfect because I live 1 hour away then I get there and had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot. I went back inside and she told me it was ready.. and told me to pull through the gate and they would load my engine in my truck. I then waited an additional 30 minutes in the yard before they loaded it in my truck. I bought an entire engine plus wiring harness and all the accessories alternator, starting, ac etc. The wiring harness was cut several places near the engine and shouldn't have been that's why I paid extra so everything would be plug and play. The starter was taken off but it was hanging by the power wire and there wasn't any starter bolts. They are very friendly And if it wasn't for an hour drive I'm sure they would be willing to give me the bolts for the starter

This place is terrible. First off, one man was nice; he allowed me to borrow his wrench. He is great and I appreciate him and wish he didn't have to be part of Callahan Auto Parts. Now to the point of why I decided to write a review, I looked at the inventory online before going to the lot. I thought the prices were a little high but figured it would be negotiable to a reasonable price. I figured I'd give it a shot. I found the two parts and took them back to the office. I showed one man what I wanted to purchase, and he gave me a price much higher than what was online. I said that I was expecting a different price due to the website information. He said if I could find that price online and show it to him, he would honor it. I found it, showed him, so he lowered the price, but then raised the price for the other piece! He finally came to a price, that I still thought was way too expensive because I have found much more competitive prices elsewhere. I had already gone through the trouble of finding the car, taking off the pieces, and negotiating, so I was ready to leave and agreed. He then started watching videos on his phone with another associate. They were carrying on their own conversation and seemed to care very little about the fact I was trying to buy the parts. Another man saw that we were ready to pay and ignored us as well, texting and doing his own thing. All together there were 6 people at the counter that could have assisted, but none of them did anything even semi-helpful. I spoke up and said I was ready to pay, but I was still ignored. I was the only customer in the office at this point and figured it wouldn't be a difficult process for me to pay and leave. I said excuse me once again, no response. I waited another moment, then started to walk out the door. An associate finally looked up and said "what did you decide to do?" I was so angry at the fact I had been ignored for such a long period of time, after I put up with their terrible negotiations, and blatant rudeness, I simply said that I had agreed, but have since had ample time to change my mind and I would be leaving. Long story short, this was my first, last and only attempt at purchasing anything from a junk yard, especially this one.

Talked to them and confirmed parts are available and will pick up at 4:30. They told me they won't pull them of the car before I see them. I drove for 1 hr and no parts available. Parts were taken by the owner for his own truck. Good for you owner! You just earned yourself a 1 star review.
