The people were incredible, I needed a set of brakes and they lifted are car up on wheel/jacks to help me pull them off. The facility is really clean, and the people are nice. Prices were great! Way better than pick-n-pull in every way! I will definitely be returning in the future!
Got transmission that was bad. Called and talked to a gentleman and he said bring it back and gave me a replacement stock number to give them. When I showed up they wanted double what I paid for the first one to replace it with the one the man said they had to give me. Wont do business with them again

Buyer Beware. Their website allows you "reserve" parts Online and I understand that the website isn't always accurate but after numerous calls, them assuring me that they had the part, promises of shipping the part to the shop, etc...they have no idea where it is. No one knows what's happening with my order. They just constantly say that they have it and are shipping it but nothing ever happens. Total Joke. Stay Away.

As I type this im on phone with business been on hold for 27 minutes someone answered phone switch languages put me back on hold I also texted number but only got messages asking with childish emoji I don't understand how a customer could be treated in such manner well I guess I'll take. My business elsewhere which I feel now that this business don't care

I called in to order a engine which they said they could deliver it in a couple days to our business. I decided to just pick it up instead the same day and they ended up selling it out from under us.

2weeks ago, I came to order 2doors, fender and light for a Subaru, went perfectly. Last week, I called and requested the hood and trim for the same car.. she said, let me call the other location, I'll call you back..NEVER called back. A few days later I called back and that lady gave me a price, I agreed and she said she'll call me once it's ready to deliver. 2days later, the body shop decided to fix the hood, but I still needed the trim ..she said, she would cancel the hood and deliver the trim @ $15. Did not deliver the part. I came today to buy the part, she went to $40 and the $35 and I been waiting 2hrs for a trim to be removed.. because the guy is working in order of the customers in front of me. She said they need to remove the transmission and next customer is the doors. If this was my company I would take the easiest customer and get them out the way, but she insisted that this is the way things go. Power is the worst thing you can give a person that's NOT responsible with it
Drove 45 min to pick up a hood for my car. The lot has yellow gates in front and shares a building with Patinos auto parts. Thankfully, the hood I was looking for was still there. Doors of car were there, battery was gone. Most of interior was there. Price was matching car-part.com site, which was cheaper than other shops around. Happy to get this part! They allow you to bring your own tools. No fee to walk on the lot. $15 to remove a part if needed. Come early once the car arrives in the lot!
