Worst service I have EVER USED. DO NOT USE THEM. We waited over 2 hours for a tow that never arrived. While we kept trying to get thru their team continuously hung up on us and refused to get us another tow unless we paid an additional $565. Seriously avoid at all costs

I was charged $110 for a tire shop that’s 8 mins away. I paid the fee as I was stuck in highway with flat tire which is ridiculous. I was told eta will be 60 mins and had to wait 2 hours. No communication, no update,no way to track it. I had to call them plenty times and I would be put on hold for long time with no response. Terrible service. Finally when they came, they made excuse of being stuck somewhere else….well don’t tell people 60 mins when you don’t have other drivers to help. Definitely don’t recommend it. I don’t know why they have 5 starts. Pretty sure it’s by their own company employees. Save your time and money.

After I had called around with no good leads, Jean from TowPal (100 Towing) texted and began the smoothest process for setting up a time to pick up and deliver the vehicle. Talk about kind people! I got a flat tire on the highway and it obviously sucked. It’s never fun getting a flat tire. However, the people at TowPal were so kind, fast / careful while working, and didn’t blink twice offering me a ride. They genuinely wanted to see me get this resolved asap. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got to me and to the tire shop! I went from thinking my whole day was going to be a wash to being all done by noon. I mean I was so happy I took a picture with them . Embarrassing? Probably, but I really was happy with them!

Friendly service, I was on the side of a highway, with a blown front tire, scary.
The truck showed up in about 15-25 minutes and took care of it. Had to take the back up tire back to the shop, to put it on the rim, but still got solved.
