Very pleasant experience, considering we were having to get a car out of impound everybody here was friendly.It didn't take long at all, and they drove us to the vehicle in a golf cart with a very nice gentleman.Overall good experience
Unfortunately have had a couple of times I’ve had to interact with 1 time an impound (ugh didn’t register rental with apartment) and most recent I was in an accident my car lost to and got towed.. Never want a towed car but they were super friendly and helpful even while stressed and upset
The only good thing about this place was at the front desk clerk was a decent man, he didn't make the process any harder than it already was to be there. I appreciate it for that
The night shift lady was very rude. Not welcoming. She does not know how to talk to people.
She does not need to work in a customer service environment if she’s not a customer service type of person.
Worst service I've ever received came in early to get out early just for the lady to tell me"the guy is on his way just a few minutes over and over and over again when I was told she could've given me the key and taken me to the vehicle I'm not sure if it's laziness or whatever it is but it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to lead me to the vehicle golf karts are provided for the workers to use so the don't have time walk why was it so hard to do that making me wait 1hr30 for absolute no reason
Rude people. They don’t know how to talk especially that most of the people they calling them lost their beloved ones and they need to know how to be patient with them. It’s not our fault that the quality of your connection is so bad and you are unable to hear us cause we can’t hear you as well.
Car broke down and 2 hrs after being towed to police impound went up to get property out of car alot of item had been stolen out of the car and those item were in the car when the wrecker left with the cat. But wasn't when I went to get it 2 hrs after being towed to the police pound . Stealing is stealing . So whether the wrecker driver or the police did it . Your still a common criminal and job title does NOT excuse or give you the right to help yourself to other people's property without permission . So GOD BLESS YOU.. your supposed to be setting examples but whoever did this is a criminal period . . What a disappointment.
The auto pound is normally good. I had an unusual incident today. When I tried to pick up my car, I paid for the tow, and my key was nowhere to be found. It seems the officer did not give the key to the wrecker driver. I don't hold the pound at fault, not everything is the pound fault. They are in the process of helping me find my key My for that I'm grateful.

Spaces are too tight, every Towing driver struggling talking to each other Stressed out To move cars bought through The Auction. They don't even offer like other Auctions to move the cars out of the spot ... Terrible!!! I don't like to pickup from there
Extremely rude on the phone. I was hung up on for asking for clarification to an unclear answer that I was given. When I asked a question that she didn't know the answer to, she became upset and very short responsed. I was helped at all. I wasn't given a chance to explain my situation or give any information. I've never been spoken to or handled so rudely before.
My friend was able to get his car very quickly we were in and out of there in no time. The only thing wrong with this place was that it had no sign out front so it was easy to pass up the first time. So be ready for that.
They were just great! My car wouldn't start once I got it paid for to get out so they bought it out to parking lot gave me booster cables to start my car they were absolutely great! I love them.
Most God Awful Customer Service i have ever had to deal with.I dont know how Paulina still has a job.Right is right.Wrong is wrong.2023 All Lives Matter.The ugly disrepectful Additude is very unnecessary.How does she still even have a job!!
The Most difficult tow yard ever. Make sure ur willing to jump through every little thought that may come into there head to have you do. Then turn around and lie about what they told you to a coworker.
Pauliea was very nice and had great communication skills! She was very helpful and didn't have an attitude! The process was easy and fast! Way better and different than the Dallas pounds! Just hope I don't have to go back again! But great service!
Gave my friend a ride to get things out of his truck after being hit by a hit and run driver. The lady working inside when we checked in was incredibly rude. She was short with her answers and very snappy. However the guy who took him back on the golf cart was very helpful and much more friendly.
They have new laws and have signed a new contract where you have to have insurance on a vehicle and the title has to be under your name no exceptions! It doesn't matter if your wife or if you're a husband. If your name is not registered under the VIN and you don't have paperwork showing a bill of sale or some type of document showing that the vehicle is yours and that you bought it but it's not under your name you might as well call your car a total loss! You cannot take out belongings out of your car just because it's not registered under your name or if your husband or wife. They are very strict now so as easy as said don't drink and drive and get your car towed don't get in trouble with the law and get your car towed. Do not get in trouble with the law at all and have insurance on your car and make sure your registration is with your name on your vehicle.

First time I walk into this office and I don’t have any issues with the clerk at the window. Audra was great! She had me out the door in less than 10 minutes.
Had to go to auto pound to retrieve personal belongings from my uncles truck after he had been in an accident. The staff up there was incredibly professional, helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. Audra, the lady behind the window, was thorough, informative and pleasant to wwork with . And even offered me some trash bags for my uncles belongings. Thomas, the guy who drove me to the truck, was very personable and extremely helpful especially when the truck door was falling off as I opened it. He also helped me load up all the items I had to get. I consider these two staff members a great face for the City of Irving. Keep up the great work.
Employee, heavy set wearing red shirt , not being mean just don’t know her name, was using her personal cell phone when I came in and mumbled something to me through glass and didn’t even get up to tell me and remove glass partition until I asked why I had to sign in. Then while removing items from the car she called the guy staring at me while I worked after 3 or 4 min that we had to go back up to the front but never told me I had only 10 min and it had only been 3 or 4 min anyway. It was all just so bad and I was so upset I decided to let the car stay after I got my money and things of my sons out of the vehicle. Just total rude and disrespectful employees but since Irving police, I expect nothing less. Trashy but the guy who took me to my car was nicer to me and friendly.
Terrible customer service. As if it weren’t bad enough your veichle is there in the first place from being totaled you have to deal with poor attitude customer service. Called to ask someone about the cost of getting it out and her response was what do you need ? Then when she gave me the information I needed she just hung up. No bye or have a nice day... just rude
The lady at the front is very rude.. but the guy who took me to see my car was helpful and friendly. That lady there should change her attitude and learn customer service. They add up so many things and make you pay more !
Staff could be friendlier. There's an older lady up front who is really reaaallly rude and treats everyone disrespectfully and always has an attitude. They dont care about what they do or if they get to you or not. The guys in charge of getting your car are the only reason this place can get one star, theyre nice and do their job.
Rude, unacceptable behavior by employees, they act like you're a second-class citizen because you're there picking up a car. Life Experiences people make mistakes these ladies are rude and unacceptable and day aren't the judge or the jury. Just public servants that can't act right
