  Horrible business. This company was dispatched through Turo to pick up my vehicle after it was totaled by a guest around 7:50pm. They called me at 8:30pm to ask about the condition of it and requested a picture, which I sent. By 11 pm my vehicle had still not arrived so I reached out and got no response. They did not answer any of my calls or texts, which was concerning, so by 12 am I reached out to Turo and they were not able to get ahold of them either. Finally, by 2 am Turo dispatched a different company to check if the car was picked up, which it was not. We spent several hours trying to locate my car and this company did not even have the decency to at least let me know it was not picked up. Do not give them your business, they are unprofessional.
