  I went to Auto Zone and they were rude and didn’t want to help me out so I left and went to O’Reilly on south beltline Juan helped me with my headlight and was so nice and professional and the assistant manager was nice as well asked if there was anything else she could help me with great customer service it goes a long ways I’ll definitely be back

  I went there for windshield wipers and to have them installed but I will definitely avoid going back. After the wipers the passenger side wiper arm did not work .. the employee told me it was just a lose bolt and walked away. I've tried tightening the bold like he suggested but that wiper does not work.. this was not a problem before.

  Had a bolt fall off the shift lever of my motorcycle while driving down the street. The employees helped me to get the right sized bolt the first time and even let me borrow a socket to get it installed right in the parking lot. Thanks to the speedy service I was back on the road, good as new, in less than 5 minutes.

  I've been to so many different auto stores for help or service, These guys are the absolute best when it comes to hospitality and customer service, I did an oil change in the parking lot and they didnt hesitate to give a hand, they are truly a great store, and have the best people behind that counter

  Tom is an angel in human form. I have not had customer service this good since I’ve lived in Texas, which is 4 years. I asked for help and not only did Tom help me, he was happy to help me. See, there’s a difference in just doing your job and actually wanting to help and be of service to a customer. He made me feel like I was getting help from a family member. And Melanie was just a cherry on top.. it’s like God sent them to this location to help me. I will forever be a customer to this location specifically as long as Tom and Melanie are there. Anyone who desires great customer service from people who really care, this is where you go! I am forever grateful for them

  Thank you, Aarron, for going above and beyond, Sir.. now a days it's hard to get any type of help, but when an employee like aarron goes above and beyond, this must be recognized.. So would the management please give him lunch and / or hrs with time off? I can always buy him lunch as well.

  I walked in and I saw this young lady putting this 6 big heavy bottles of oil on a cart. While 2 guy workers where in the counter, They didn’t even bother. Asking for help…. They could’ve helped they weren’t doing anything

  i walked in with my mom mom wanted wiper blades installed and a very nice girl named Stephanie didn’t know how to do it so she asked someone named Nate and he said just a minute and never came to help so we decided to leave after 10 mins of waiting. Very bad service :/

  1/26/2025- Today I went in to the store to get help reading a check engine light code, The manager refused to help since its been “raining”… I told her it was just cloudy but no rain… She still refused because it would damage the scan tool, no point in arguing, she had a bad attitude… Went to Autozone instead and they had no issues scanning the code. O’Reillys can do Better. Hire better people. Definitely will not be coming back to this store. Just gonna stick with Autozone from now on.

  The staff was accommodating and attentive. I called before I went to the store to order the part b/c I knew it would not be in stock. Was told part would be there the next day after 11-ish. I went the next day in the afternoon, and the part was indeed delivered earlier in the day. My only reason for not giving 5-stars is because it's almost impossible to reach the store by phone. I've already tried to call 3X today for another issue, and the phone rings forever until it just disconnects. I had to call them a few times the first time I called to order the part until an employee finally answered. Today IS Saturday, so I assume they might be too busy with customers to answer the phone. We'll see how that goes in the future.

  I was calling to inform them of the very I’ll employee not being too sanitary with his sickness. I observed the way he cleaned his nose without sanitizer. The employee basically came to work exposing all of us. I tired to warn them but they don’t answer the phone at this location as well. Try calling right now and no one will answer

  First off, I thought a manager always had to be on duty for a store to be open... my husband went in to return a battery, granted it was 5 minutes before they closed, but they said they couldn't return it until the next day due to a manager not being present. Rather than offer any solutions for the hard situation we were in, they treated my husband like a creep and left him stranded. I would not recommend giving business to people like this!

  The store on beltline, right pass Rock island had great customer service.. here I ordered my breaks, but had to pick it up at the store off at story by 183. They were busy, only 2 people attending the customers, and like 6-7 others just walking around the store and 2 of them were looking up for online orders,. One white guy with glasses there literally said he'd rather be stocking than attending customer... You know that will Never be my store... I'll stick to the beltline store, great customer service, clean, no confusion on what was happening... They have their heads on correctly..

  I just walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be helped, only one person in front of me. Phones ringing off the hook and nobody answering them while some dude just strolled around in the back. I’ll take my money down the street to Advance. BTW, I buy parts and supplies for a fleet of 50 vehicles.

  O'Reilly, used to be Chief Auto parts, was located on storyline &183 longtime ago in Irving .since they are carrying the the best Quality parts ,i still Shop at O'Reilly all time . Cheap prices and great Quality, it's good for recommendations, to have your own Experiences. Thanks to their fast courteous services .

  Gabriel is AWESOME!!! He is super knowledgable!! I couldn't have gotten through my auto diy today if it weren't for him. He helped me find everything I needed and then helped me learn what else I needed that I didn't know. I know where I need to go and who I need to ask for in the future when it comes to my auto needs.   This particular location has horrible customer service. I ordered some parts since they did not have them at the store and told me to come by and picked them up a certain day, when the day came around the guy that was at the front told me that they had probably already sold them! I asked the reason why if they had told me that the parts I order were going to ready that day and he went and looked everywhere and could not find them after probably 45 minutes of looking he made an excuse that they had not yet arrived and said he could not do anything about it. I can by today a week and a half later and they still did not have the auto parts I had order and one of the guy was very rude to me.
