At the particular store Customer service Sucks And what's the point of Order on line and have a pick up counter when they don't attend that counter I was at front of the counter the cashier next to it didn't say nothing until finally asked about part pick up and he replied there is nobody at that counter go for a line at register so there is no courtesy at all

I love O'Reilly's. They are so helpful when this senior woman stumbles in looking for anything to do with my car needs. They always treat me respectfully.

Very disappointed. I placed a special order for cylinder head dowel pins, and called the next day to check on order and was told that they would be at the store in one week only to be told that they were never ordered. I've put my car on hold for a week and still haven't even ordered the parts. Very bad way to do business

This particular location always takes too long and its ridiculous scam i bought a new battery for my car at 09/21/2022 and it has almost no power inside i went back asking for a replacement new , the ridiculous old man replied the battery is good if fully charged in 2 hours , i live in arlington sir my car broke down here i cant wait and they cant help and get me out the door ridiculous product i paid for a new battery to wait 2 hours ( i'm not saying all places are bad but stay away from this place 3425 North Beltline Road Irving )

They had two guys waiting on customers and 4 guys stocking parts and hanging out in the back. It took 20 minutes to get a can of spray paint. And they don't have any masking tape.

Would give 0 stars if i could guy literally just assumed i wanted the tie rods i was looking for as the low priced ones never offered me the import direct smh gotta show customers options and ask dont just take initiative and give me a total before showing me my options.

This specific location always takes too long and they act like they don't know what's going on and I really don't get much help here with anything. Every time I go for the simplest things they cannot help me because they are taking too long asking each other questions about what I am asking for. They can at least greet a customer when they walk in through the door. But sadly I still have to come here sometimes the good thing is on patient but I know that if they were to get a rude customer they will not give their mouth shut.

Very poor service!The young girl did quite understand me and the older women was more interested in giving the lady in front of me her number to get her nails done.I will never shop at this one again!!!!!!!!!

They do not follow protocol of safety measures in regards to Covid. I go here often and I’ve seen a manager walking around with no mask- yes a manager, or at least that’s what his shirt says. There’s also many occasions where customers have walked in without a mask they do not tell them anything. I feel unsafe coming to this store and will not be coming here anymore.

Great experience. Needed to get my wiper blades replaced today and Carlos was super helpful and replaced the blade in like 3 seconds flat in the rain. Carlos is the man.

I went by this past weekend to get my check engine light. I told them I used to go to the one oconner but my associate I ask for wasnt there today. The employee name kevin ask me who. I told them Juan, that's when he told me he doesnt work for the company bc he never did anything around there anyways and told me to wait on checking my engine light bc he was looking up a part for his wife vehicle. I told him ot takes 1 min to plug and read code... he ugh me walk outside and said it's not reading any codes. You might need to take it to a mechanic.... I left so frustrated bc of his horrible attitude. That I just went to auto zone where they told me it was p0171 mass air flow sensor. Seriously.... you guys need to make a better decisions...

We’re only giving 5 starts to the person ERIC who attended us. There were other people there but no one was helping him. Phones were ringing and he continued to take the time to share his great customer service with others. Other employees walked passed him not even bothering to help. This is a very busy O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Their inventory on the shelves is not as well stocked as the majority of stores in this chain so my choices were limited. Very chaotic parts counter but the people waiting and the store help all very nice. Just get some more inventory for these nice people!!

This location stays open late(11pm) on Sunday, which allowed me to find the part I need to fix my friends car and get him home safely. They worked with me for 20+ minutes to find a suitable part to replace one they didn't carry. Will shop there and refer people as often as possible.

Willing to help in an emergency unlike Autozone down the road. They turned me away. O'Reillys is my new automotive store. The assistant manager helped me change a battery at 9:30 at night. Thank you.

Stays Open Until 11 pm. This is great. Many times I have needed to visit this store at night. This is also the main story in Irving. They have more items to choose from that the rest of the stores in Irving. Prices compare to that of Auto Zone.

i went there because my battery wasnt working well, i had this guy helping me out which i cant remember his name he has glasses on. he was pretty friendly n did a great job on my lexus got my new battery from them n my coolant. keep up the great work guys!

Called and confirmed they had the part I needed. They didn't have it, or couldn't find it. Then they were no help finding it nearby. On the door it says they care about customer satisfaction, so I called the district manager number which rings to a nameless voicemail. No call back, over a week later. Not cool guys...

After being store manager at this location for a year I did my best to break stereotype of having nothing but hispanic people behind the counter. I believe any store have to reflect our community and the feedback i would get from having diversity on counter went a long way and made store more inviting for all types of people which increased my walk in at the time I was there. I went in recently and talked with some team members and manager is now back to hiring only spanish speaking hispanic workers and got rid of the ones who were not bilingual because they couldnt produce numbers. So much for equal opportunity O'reillys. It starts with the manager in which this case is Ivan Z. Caring about the community and the people around it and being a true leader you need to sacrifice personal needs of convience and build a team to reflect it. Other than that, some workers are friendly and helpful but most dont spend time helping and rush you out especially at night.
