I have had my Jetta repaired there twice. The communication and quality of work have always been excellent. They checked for wheel alignment. Paint job looks great. Highly recommended.
They don’t have the sense to check for wheel alignment on a driver side collision. Cost us an extra $1k to repair stuff on the side from another shop. Avoid.
Wow what a great team of professionals from the receptionist to the estimator and the completion of work. While my vehicle was in the shop I received a daily text on how everything was going with my vehicle repairs and it was delivered as promise. GREAT JOB
Hoa was extremely helpful!! I’ve been to several auto shops within the last two days and they weren’t able to help me. I came in as a walk in and was able to get my headlight fixed within 10 minutes even with him taking breaks to helping other customers. I can see the genuine concern and care he has for his job.This is my go to shop now due to the overall experience, environment, urgency to be helpful, and tips that I’ve gotten. I 100% recommend this location from start to finish. Hoa Phan and the entire team was very friendly and I received updates on where my auto was in this process. Explained everything and answered all my questions. I received a what looked like a brand new car it was clean inside and out when I got it back. This was better than what I received at one of the high end dealerships. If I ever have another accident of any kind I will not hesitate to have it fixed at Crash Champions in Irving. Thanks for making this process so fast as easy. I felt a great energy when I dropped my car off and I did not feel that type of energy at that high end dealership. I would like to say Raven and Hoa provided amazing customer service above and beyond throughout the whole entire process! They also answered every question without hesitation! They were thorough and transparent! I wish I would have gotten the name of the person that drove me to enterprise to pick up my rental. I really appreciate that service that they provided! I also really appreciate that they took care of my rental when I came to pick up my vehicle! They sure did make things really easy and smooth! My experience here was absolutely great. Just to preface, I've been going around trying to get estimates of my car that was recently damaged in an accident. Some places won't do it, even if it's an approved shop for said insurance carriers. However, here, the person who helped me, David, was extraordinary. He explained the whole process with me, took detailed pictures of the car, and just overall walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. His professionalism was outstanding and just took his time and effort to help me out. If you see this David, I want to thank you again sir!

I left my car here a month ago and have since experienced five delays, each communicated only after the previous estimated completion date had passed. The service is consistently late, and communication is poor. I will continue to provide updates. . After a month, I finally got my car back. While the front left of the car appears visually repaired, I immediately noticed several issues: the front left signal light, and fog light were all not working. They ordered the fog light when I realized it. It's hard to understand what was actually fixed during this entire month.
Update 1: I initially gave 2 stars, but based on this outcome, I’ve downgraded it to 1 star. Terrible job. Avoid this place. . Update 2: It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for the fog light.
I came to this location for an estimate as recommended by State Farm. While it wasn’t the shop's fault that they didn’t have my claim number, the attitude of the staff was very unfriendly. The atmosphere felt unprofessional, and there was barely anyone attending the front desk. During my wait, about four employees walked out, leaving clients waiting without assistance. I had to approach someone in the back office just to get help, and it seemed like no one was interested in doing their job. Overall, I left with a bad impression and wouldn’t recommend this location.
My experience with crash champions was awesome. Kait was very courteous and thorough in her work. My car was finished when she said it would be. The shop did an excellent job on my car. I was totally satisfied with my whole experience.

When I received the car from repair shop I test the car after test was noises at the left side wheel and check engine light on
I spoke with danial about the dash board light and left wheel noise he reset the engine light and he told me the low arm need to replace and I have to get approve form insurance to replace the part
After three days, the insurance company spoke to me that the car could not be repaired because they had paid from the beginning for repair and the repair shop he tell the insurance company my car has high mileage And these sound was before the accident but , the noise that my car is making right now was not there before the accident
Already i brought the car for repair was not drivable by tow track to repair shop to fix the suspension at left side and the fender but the don’t fix the left side wheel
They claimed the car has high maillage and the part was damaged before the accident (They give excuses because they don’t fix my car correctly)

Five stars of course! I am highly satisfied with my service here at Crash Champions. They were very easy to work with, explained every part of what would happen to my vehicle. Customer service was 5 stars. I worked with Sergio and he was very kind. One of my favorite things was the app that Crash Champions offers. It kept me updated with my vehicles time of completion, instead of me calling and asking. I have already referred family members over to Crash Champions.

We live in Phoenix and our daughter goes to college in Dallas. Recently someone hit her car and we decided to use Crash Champions due to their good reviews. They fixed it quickly and it looks good as new! We also ended up having a missing part that needed replacing (not accident related) and the service manager Mike Bergman went above and beyond to get that for us. He even installed it himself to make sure it was the right color and fit well, since he knew we lived in Phoenix and couldn't help. Would highly recommend Mike and his team!
These guys are awesome! Used them twice, the second time was when my car was stolen and severely damaged. They managed supply chain issues and other factors out of their control and got my car up and running as quickly as they could. Management went out of their way to get parts for my car due to my time constraints and Derrik went above and beyond throughout the entire process. My 6 year old car now looks brand new. I highly recommend them
Lucio at Service King off Airport Freeway really took great care of our vehicle. Always providing accurate and detailed updates. Not once did we have to reach out to them for an update or wonder when our vehicle was going to be ready. Once we got our vehicle we were surprised how much better it looked. My wife put that car through the wringer but Service King and all their employees were able to get us taken care of and returned our vehicle better than when we left it.
I have never experienced better customer service in any industry ever. the general manager Michael really takes pride in his customers! christine is always friendly and happy to help on the phone. i’ll be back again the next time someone decides to crash into me! it is hard to get someone on the phone or someone to return your calls but it’s a very busy place. the updates are great every few days on the progress of the car.
This location almost had a lawsuit against them for basically not doing their jobs right the 1st time. My car was fine with the dent in it, at least it didn't risk my life like they did me. Then the excuses they had were dumb, but they fixed their mistake and gave me a rental car so that's why it's a 2. Edit, changed back to a 1 cause they KNEW they put my life at risk. They KNEW that was going to happen. If you wanna keep your life, I suggest using a different service that won't cut corners
I used Service King to repair my vehicle when I had a small accident this summer. They were polite, courteous, and very professional in all of my interactions with them. They kept me up to date with daily progress reports by text messages on the progress. They dealt with the insurance company directly and notified me of the interaction. They were able to complete the repair a day earlier than anticipated and I was able to pick it up on that day. I highly recommend Service King if you should need to use their services.
I was there for some hail damage repair. Austin Mears took care of my car and he was great. The process was painless, they were very courteous and everything was explained to me well. The co-ordination with my insurance company was brilliant and the fact that they have an Enterprise booth on site definitely helps. I was given an estimated completion time of 7 days but I was back in my car within 72 hours. They promised good service and they delivered. A lot of shops will lure you by promising that you won't have to pay a deductible, well, I'm not sure how they do that or how good their service is. Service King is popular for a reason, and they won't disappoint you.
