I was able to test drive a pristine condition Lexus today at 5 Star Auto Sales. Reza takes good care to recondition cars to sell you and takes care of you too. It was like purchasing a car from someone you already know. He was VERY VERY transparent and truthful about the condition of the car, and I really appreciated his honesty as a dealer as there are not many dealers out there like him. He cared more about your business with him, than the profit he was about to make. I am a college student with limited funds, yet he was willing to adjust to help make the sale happen. A very fair person. Unfortunately I couldn’t make a sale for my lack of funds but today’s experience made me trust more in his dealership. I look forward to purchasing used cars from him in the future. I thought he was a very honest man that’s why I wrote this review. I will miss out on that sweet Lexus tho
As is mentioned in the other reviews Reza is very easy to deal with and honest. I had a great experience purchasing a low mileage vehicle that had been rebuilt. He was very transparent throughout the process and showed me the before and after photos of the van. He answered all of my questions and made the process smooth. Will definitely be back as a repeat customer.

I have purchased two rebuilt vehicles from Five Star. Reza Shafiee, the owner/operator of Five Star, proudly states he has been in business for at least twenty years. He appears to carefully purchase damaged vehicles at distressed prices, then fixes and resells the vehicles at below market prices. If you can get over purchasing a vehicle that had moderate yet fixable damages, Five Star is a trusted place to buy. In my two purchases, Mr. Shafiee has been trustworthy, honest, and transparent. He will provide you pictures of a vehicle before he fixed it. He will explain how he fixed the vehicle. He will show you the car's history report. He will tell you why he originally purchased the vehicle, why he thought he could add value, and how he was able to sell you the vehicle for such a good price. He appears genuinely invested in customer satisfaction--as if his profit is secondary. Highly recommend.
We came all the way from Lake Charles, LA to buy a car for my daughter we wanted something safe with low miles and a good price. It was definitely worth the drive!! I read the top reviews before I visited Reza at his office and I had high expectations. Reza did not disappoint at all! I find Reza extremely sincere and helpful. His inventory of cars was impressive in terms of quality: All had low mileage, new exteriors and unbeatable prices! After we purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe (which we really like), Reza even helped me fix my old car door. Talk about going the extra mile! Reza, you are incredible. I simply cannot recommend you highly enough!

This place wasted so much of my time. I had been communicating with them for 5 days about a truck they had. If he mentioned the truck I was interested in had a salvage title in the original few conversations, I missed it. He sent me pics of the before and after and I was still ok with looking at the truck. From there it went downhill. Just about every time we talked, he would bring up his great reviews and how people spoke so good about him. I found it odd that he was good with cash and then I opted to pay with a cashier's check and that didn't go over well. At first everything was good but then on the fifth day, the day I was leaving from Austin to go to the Dallas for the weekend, he informs me he doesn't have a title in hand as he is waiting on it from TxDOT. I got really mad and asked him why he would wait until the last minute to tell me this. He tells me that I am being very negative about the situation, and I need to look at all of the people who say good things about him. We get pretty heated and then he lets me know that he is no longer interested in selling me the truck. Such a waste of time and to get mad at a potential customer because they are not happy about paying $20,000 for a truck and not getting a title right then. I am not sure if the guy is sketchy or not, but this is definitely not the way you do business. My good friend who owns a dealership says that that truck should have not been for sale until he has the title in hand. He said that TxDOT could easily say that other things may have to be done to issue a title, and it could be weeks or months before you get a title. In the world that we live in today, there is no way I'm trusting someone because they say, "trust me I have good reviews". Be careful with this place.
I would give him 10 stars if I could! REZA’s business is definitely “champagne in a beer bottle”! The location is not the “norm” but his service is amazing! Bought a car from Mr Reza here at 5 star auto. I would highly recommend this place for a car. Process was easy and more than fair. Cars are as is. Had a problem with turn signal switch a week after I bought it. Just by chance I called Mr Reza and told him about it he said bring it over and he took care of the problem. No charge. Very pleasant experience.

I recently purchased another car, this time for me, from Reza at Five Star Auto Sales and this experience was even better than my purchase earlier this year for my teenage daughter. Once again, Reza had a super car in great condition, with low miles and loaded with all the features!
Based on our fun purchasing experience earlier this year, my teenage daughter, youngest son and wife decided they wanted to go with me to meet Reza and see how the process worked. Well, he didn’t disappoint and won my son and wife over too!
As in the case of my first purchase, Reza provided us with before and after restoration pictures and historical maintenance reports. After answering our questions, he gave us the keys and told us to take as long as we wanted to drive it around to ensure we liked it. We loved it! The process for purchasing the car, including taking our trade-in, was a quick, efficient and no hassle experience. We received our title and license plates in a timely manner and I’m totally enjoying the driving experience!

This place is a little off of the beaten path, and is not a traditional dealership, but if you want a low mileage used car from an honest dealer who will always do his best to sell a quality product, you should consider Five Star Auto Sales. Reza, the owner, has been rebuilding and selling cars for more than 20 years. He only deals in low mileage cars, and carefully screens them before buying; then he does any mechanical, body, and interior work needed to bring them up to excellent condition. These are not your average used cars!
I have purchased 5 cars from him, and when I have sold them, it has been to my kids or neighbors. Also, I have neighbors, family, and friends that have purchased from Reza, including my dad, my brother, my son, and my son-in-law.
My wife and I recently drove all the way from a small rural town in Oklahoma to Irving Texas (about a 200 - mile trip) to purchase a vehicle, (a 2013 Honda CRV with only 27,000 miles – which looks and drives like a brand-new car) from Reza. Our entire experience, save for the drive through Dallas, TX, was simply amazing. Reza made sure we had all the information on the vehicle, including Carfax and before and after photos, that he could possibly provide. He explained that he only purchases cars from auctions with minor body damage and low miles. Then he does any repairs needed to transform the vehicles he sells into nothing less than show pieces. The car we purchased, at a very reasonable price I might add, not only appeared flawless down to every detail, but drives like a dream. Reza, was so gracious on the phone and in person. He is such an honest man, who truly puts his customer’s needs first and foremost, - such a rare quality nowadays. His craftsmanship is only surpassed by his integrity. The car we purchased looks amazing, drives like a dream and was even supplied with a full tank of gas by Reza before our trip back to Oklahoma. We are more than pleased with the product and the whole car buying experience from Reza. We cannot recommend him or his products more highly. How he conducts his business truly honors God.
I had such an incredible and smooth experience here! I bought a 2010 Cadillac CTS, with only 20,000 miles. it runs flawlessly! Reza sent me the carfax history report before I even arrived! Reza is very professional, courteous and seems to be honest. This suv seemed overpriced for the year and being a rebuilt title , but the extremely low 40k miles appeared to be legitimate,
based on the provided Carfax. And he provided pictures of the damage before repair to show it was relatively minor damage. The repair was done well enough to pass my inspection, and I'm pretty darn picky ! And it always comes down to getting what you pay for ... Ed Y.
I have been slow in getting my feedback for Reza. I purchased my Nissan 2016 truck in April 2022. It was a delightful transaction. The place where I bought the car was very nice. I due intensive research before buying my used cars. I usually buy from individuals. This was so smooth. I trusted the person I was doing business with. The transaction was very quick. I was prepared to pay cash. The paperwork came back so quickly. My truck is doing great! I am a very happy camper. He picks the best cars/trucks with low mileage. He is honest about exactly what the automobile has gone through. Nothing dishonest about him.
