I was there to buy a porch. The customer service was so rude with attitude. The guy name is Richard. He is very rude and I don’t think he’s a good for the job. He’s rude and he have no respect. I believe yeah I need a better customer service in this location When I was there actually there was no customers every other location Autozone pack so I figured out that’s why this location empty nobody there.
Worst Customer Service...not at all helpfull. Especially Manager Marty Stewart and his staff Micah Gray Didnt accept my return which I paid by card and had a receipt...I went twice to the store but they wasted my time...please go to other Auto zone they serve better than this branch.

Verh bad customer service, dont recomend this location, i was having the best day and these 2 of the employees had a bad attitude, i will never be back to autozone, i just needed a armoral thats all, smh.
Micah was incredibly helpful while helping multiple guests at the same time. Came in for coolant and he helped pull the exact product my car needed and filled it up.

Employee has no idea what they are doing. If you have a hybrid or EV car do not bring it here to get the battery and alternator checked, they don’t know how to do it. I even showed him where the battery is.
My flasher bulb burned out & I went to this Auto Zone location. Micah was professional, honest, friendly & kind. He quickly & cheerfully changed both flasher bulbs. We need more Micah's, in our world! Please make sure he gets this deserved recognition.
The manager was nice, but all of the air filters are just put everywhere and they don’t have any kind of organization.
This is the only store that listed my air filter in stock, but because they are so disorganized, they could not find it even after 20 minutes of looking.
After trying to purchase the air filter in person, I have to drive home empty-handed after wasting time and now I have to purchase it online.
Overall, a disappointing experience when you expect to find parts at an AutoZone that are listed as available
jeronimo literally saved my life today, i went to the autozone down the street and they didn’t want to help me so i can here and he as able to help me fix my light. i was far away from home so i have never been so grateful!!
My check engine light came on, I was in the area and had it checked at this store. Jeronimo was very nice and professional. He ran a check and gave me everything I needed to fix the problem on the spot. Thanks for the help, you are awesome!
I tried the delivery thing last night and was not impressed. In a world where this is now a thing, Auto Zone and the way they handled my order was the least bit satisfying. Had I not called and found out that they didn't know what they were doing or what I was talking about, I was told to figure it out after spending $9 on a delivery fee. Once I looked into it and ran down an 800 number to call, that representative was helpful and reassuring, but this is not a service I would use for this location ever again. When calling the store, the representative that answered their phone was rude and just was not at all helpful. He didn't even attempt to help me look into the situation. I will definetely take an uber into the store before I ever trust this location with a $100 order to just do the right thing, as their job entails it.
Visited this store today, asked for a battery check and was told the tester was not working. The young man helping me then asked me to start my car, it wouldn’t start. He said I needed a battery, okay then bought the Economy battery . Got the battery installed, drove away. About 20 minutes later my battery light comes on. They sold me a bad battery. I tied calling the store, on hold for 20 minutes. I do not recommend shopping here. 2 stars only for the convenience of not having to wait.
1 man working register and parts look up with 3 people in line. 2 other employees hiding out and talking over by the batteries. I confronted them and broke up their private little party and they went back to work doing what they were hired for. Who ever was in charge of the store, should be fired for allowing things like this to continually happen.
On Friday night I had to make an emergency stop here. I was getting ready to go out of town and realized that my head lights were out. I walked in and this lady helped me. I have no clue which lights were out or what kind of lights I needed but she was kind enough to help me figure it out. Not only did she help me figure out which lights I needed but she also helped me change them out since I had no clue what I was doing. I am very grateful that she helped me out because if she wasn’t for her I was not going to be able to drive that night to go out of town. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a name but she was just AMAZING and was so much help!! Will definitely be coming back if I need anything else because everyone here was so friendly and awesome!
Excellent customer service! Justin was able to help me find the part(s) I needed, and being disabled I appreciate his ability to install it. He had no hesitations about anything and was excellent at guest services.
I bought the wrong brake pads from a different Autozone earlier in the day. After realizing the error, I ended up at this location. Terry was phenomenal . The refund/exchange process was tricky because of a coupon discount. After I apologized for being short, Terry assured me there was no need. Car trouble is frustrating, and they understand that. He even carried the correct ones to my car. Amazing customer service Thank u!!!!
I needed help with a diagnostic check on a check engine light. Erick C helped MD and he was such a breath of fresh air to work with. All my questions were answered and I really felt like he was listening to me. He gave more than 100% effort to resolve my issue, but my car mfg wouldn't allow so. I would definitely return here.
We had to jump our car and figured we needed a new battery. We went to this autozone to have the battery read and replaced. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! And on top of that he was just a genuinely super kind and positive person! Will definitely return if we need anything else in the future! Thank you!
Got some much needed help from David who went above and beyond helping me out with my charger! I was freaking out thinking a ton of stuff would be wrong after my car wouldn’t start and was blowing hot air! He charged it up FOR FREE and gave me all the tools to put it back in. First crank it started right up with cold air blowing thanks to the whole team for helping to make it an amazing experience. And of all the Auto Zones I’ve been to I can say confidently this has been the most professional store by far!
Clean store, friendly staff, majority are helpful. Not a 5 star because it seems like there’s always a long wait to get to checkout. Could have a quicker checkout process by using another employee they have walking around the back of the store.
