Absolutely terrible experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I brought my rotors so they can cut them and the job was completely botched. Carlos and Leonardo were the ones who “assisted” me im not saying they were the ones that did the job wrong , but they weren’t any help at all either. Whoever did the job not only cut them wrong, but they left the rotors in worse shape than when I brought it in. Now I’m stuck dealing with the damage they caused. I wasted hours of my time and even more money trusting this place with cutting my rotors. I’m furious because of the poor workmanship and because of how carelessly the situation was handled. No accountability and no resolution just a wrecked job and wasted time.
If you care about your vehicle do not trust this store with your rotors repairs or buying parts. O’Reilly’s should be ashamed for allowing people this careless to work at any position in the store.
I came in for a headlight lamp. 2 guys in the front. One has been working for 2 weeks. The only only speaks Spanish. They were busy but said they install my lamp, I could wait in my car. 20 minutes later I went inside because the one guy was helping a customer who came in after me install a battery. He asked the new guy to tell me he'd help me after the other guy because my light bulb would be easy. Well then do mine first!!! So I continued waiting, and waiting, and waiting. 40 minutes after my purchase, and after he came in and helped another customer, I was back in line waiting to just get a refund. I spent 70 minutes of my time on this nonsense and now I have to go somewhere else for my light bulb. There was another guy working, getting parts it looked like, but he wasn't helping out front at all. Clearly not enough people working on a Friday evening, especially when they help customers outside the store with their vehicles. I won't return to this location.
Professional parts people in big letters at the front of the store. Yet you have 2 employees trying to figure out how to work the battery charger. I've been standing here for at least 5 mins. They finally decided to stop. The other guy only speaks Spanish so I have to wait on employees who don't know how to use a battery charger. They looked for 5 minutes and then realized they don't even carry the part that I was needing. Read the computer before you tell somebody something or go look for something
Had a man help me name Jose he went out to my car fund my other fuse box located the fuse helped me track down the problem and helped me all the way threw until it was fixed true professional
Great autopart, specially the customer service it's always great, I came in to buy Motor oil and a filter for my Toyota 4runner
And the manager was the person who assists me
I recommend this location for their great service

I always go to this O'Reilly's in Irving. They have great prices & the customer service is AAAAA+++++++!!!!! They are all about helping & serving the customer, not just about making a sale. Michael who works there, is so kind & helpful.
Victor helped my roommate and I SO much today. We have had the hardest time finding her a new battery for her car and Victor was more than willing to take measurements and look up anything we needed to find the appropriate battery. He also installed our battery in the awful heat with no complaints and maintained a positive and helpful attitude throughout the whole process. Thank you so much Victor, you saved our butts today

I have been going to this location for about a year and a half... the first time I went some gentleman by the name of Juan assisted me. He was very helpful that I would personally go in and ask for him. He was very a knowledgable and very professional on what was needed for my vehicle issues. He even offer to assist me with changing my battery and walk me thru how to change my brake lights to my alternator. I went by this past weekend and not only was I surprised with he doesnt works there, so I went to the Irving location. the employee named Kevin said that Juan no longer works there bc he didnt do anything around there. I was a little stunned but continue to ask for him to come and look at my check engine light... ***this is where it gets bad*** he replied with " can you wait, I am looking for a part for my wife's car".. I reply with it just takes a min to plug and read code, you can come back to the computer and finish up looking at that in a bit. He told me ok walk outside with little to no energy, ended up telling me you have to have a mechanic look into it bc the code is not reading it. Ok fine I left and went to auto zone they told me it was p0171 **mass air flow sensor... something so simple but I guess he didn't wanted to help or do anything but look up his personal vehicle. Wont be coming back to that location... sorry but you guys lost a good employee who would help in a heart beat over someone who doesnt wants to work much... great choice...
The management and staff of this store really know their product lines they saved me a ton of money today which they really didn't have to just because they knew their products I'll never go to another store for auto parts
Very helpful staff. Didnt have to wait very long. Actually everytime I go there I don't have to wait very long. These guys know their stuff. Honest hard working staff here.
John and the rest of the staff working here are real helpful. They order parts for me and get them in quick. I go to this Oreilys all of the time. I would give it a 5 star except that some of the things Oreilys sales, such as Rain-X wiper blades are overpriced. This is my go to location for parts.
