  I had the most courteous, helpful associate by the name of Cody C. Help me today. Customer service like that’s makes you wanna come back! Once again Cody came through september 3, 2025 Wednesday, my friends car wouldn't start and Cody came to her rescue! He scanned her car and told her what the problem was and returned back to store with her and helped her how finding a starter and someone who could do the work for her! He's the best, don't let him go anywhere and give him a promotion. Great manager material!

  Please don’t ever visit the auto zone at 2314 shady grove rd , Irving Texas 75060 I had taken my battery to be charged last Thursday morning at 9:00 am June 26 th , 2025 , I want the manager Jose to roll the camera back , she never charged my battery , she kept making excuses why she shouldn’t charge it , I told her it was a new battery that’s been sitting for a few months , she insisted it want charge , I ask her to charge it please , she took it in only not to charge the battery at all , my son charged it in 7 minutes flat , the auto zone lady said it was at 0 percent still after she fake charged it , she needs firing fir being bias toward customers it’s not a good look for auto zone having a worker that fake to charge your battery , what if I just threw the expensive battery away being her word , moral of the story companies need to fire bad employees it’s not a good look for the company to treat paying customers bias , corporate needs to see this post , I just got back from auto zone I came to speak with the manager he had left for the day his name is Jose , I would like for the manger to roll back the camera that show how she never charged my battery , let her go she makes the company look bad unsatisfied customer …. Consumers be aware

  Walked in only customer. No one greeted when I came in. Stood in the front to make a purchase no one was attentive. A lady behind the cashier did not acknowledge me. Left without my purchase.

  The guy that’s been there quit moved to New York he made the store very polite the new crew are rude obnoxious and have no knowledge of autos do not recommend this location at all.

  Cody literally helped me get out a dead rat from my filter box when I was just going to replace the filter. Never seen anything like that or heard of it but Cody, thank you so much man! That was insane!

  This Autozone is awesome!! Dillon is an amazing person. He changed a very difficult blinker bulb for me with a genuine smile. I have an issue with my hand that prevents me from doing these types of things for myself. He never said anything but how can I help. He went above and beyond the normal customer service to help me and did it with a genuine kindness that is missing in the world today!! He deserves a raise and promotion based on his customer service skills. He genuinely is a great person!! His parents should be proud of him!!

  went there a couple of days ago there was this young man on the front i went to check my engine light and he had an attitude like if he dont like his job after i ask him the codes for the engine light he dint give them too me he just told me what it was poor service from this young man

  Like a kid in a candy/toy store! Love me some auto zone. Can't complain almost ever. Sometimes there is a green sleeve in there that just needs a bit more experience or to learn how to say 'I don't know' rather than giving false info. But that's maybe 1 time out of 15.

  Went into the store 10/27 around 11:50am. It was two workers and I was the only customer: I asked for a diagnostics test since my engine light was on. Jovan did not want to run my diagnostics test; instead she insisted that she gives me directions on how to do so myself. I respectfully told her I don’t feel comfortable doing her job and that I wasn’t going to do it myself. Jovan stated that she wasn’t going to come outside so I politely left and drove out to Advanced Auto parts on Belt line, where the manager didn’t have a problem with coming out the store to do the test.

  Our local Auto Zone is always busy with lots of associates to answer questions & serve as counter help. I, as a woman, have always felt at ease asking questions & or getting help with the installation of a battery or having a diagnostic test done on my cars.

  They have no clue what they are doing or talking about. Battery kept dying so went in to get my alternator checked. Went inside and they said I needed to take it off the car to check it. I finally get it off and take it inside and they stick it on their computer and come back and say I need to put it back on the car...then i ask for a jump and their jump box doesnt work. I waited 3 hours and asked dozens of people for a jump before i finally got 1. I will never go back to this autozone again

  Chris was working the morning I stopped by I needed windshield blades a headlight and a gas cap. He was so nice he replaced my headlight and windshield wiper , so nice and great customer service. I highly recommend this location .

  I had a good experience everytime I went to this autozone. I've had them read some error codes for me on one occasion. Another time I needed some tools for removing a lock bolt. They didn't have exactly what I needed because my grandmother's car is older than dirt and she told me she hadn't seen the key to her lock bolt for like 30 years. However they did recommend a few places where I could require said tools. I haven't purchased a ton of items from the store just basic car washing essentials, small flashlights, and air fresheners. I've never had a negative encounter with an employee. I did however almost break my toe when I stubbed it walking into the store so watch your step.

  Very rude staff. The butch lady, whom I'm assuming is the manager at nifht or in some form of someones obvious bad judgment, in some sort of supervisor role; was rude and couldnt even look me in the eye, or even point her head in my direction, as she spoke with her arrogant attitude .Wont be purchasing from here tonight nor will I ever return to this location ever again, or at least in the for seeable future. Anyone know what time Advance Auto closes. They are much more helpful staff and the prices are generally cheaper .
