  I took my car here yesterday to get a check for the battery and the guy did not even test my battery correctly at all and then they told me I needed a key battery fob that I didn't even need come to find out I really did need a battery and thank God that I was off today that I was able to get one on my own. If he didn't feel like taking out my battery then he should not work there. I wanted to know if my battery was okay and he lied and told me everything was ok . I bought a battery today and my car cranked right up and I know that was the issue now.SMH .

  I called numerous places to find the right price for the battery of my car. Finally AutoZone has it for $100 for my 2014 Honda Civic. Most places charges $200. Walmart battery prices roughly $150. They'll even install it for you at no charge. Jimmy R installed the battery in my car and even showed me how to do it. He went over and above to help me with my car. Thank you jimmy. I appreciate your patience and your help.

  I tried to purchase a lightbulb from AutoZone in Irving but didn't have enough. They took 14.66 off my card and assured me that I will get the money back it normally takes 30 minutes to receive it. It's been days later and still no refund. It says pending. I trusted the young sales attendant at his word and AutoZone for standing behind his word which is kids play. Don't trust what they say always stick with your gut. I am dealing with AutoZone still as t this current time over 14.66. it's the principle and it's my money. It's not all AutoZone but that particular one in Irving on beltline.

  I purchased some tire sealant/liquid rubber to help with the tire issue that I've been having. For some reason the rim is somehow leaking air from the tire and the sealant has been very helpful with slowing down the process.

  David A and the lady that drives the red Ford (I didn’t get her name) were both awesome! I had been to another Autozone location a few miles away and they didn’t have time to change my battery, but these 2 jumped right on it and got my new battery installed in 15 mins. Wonderful experience!

  This is the only auto zone I come to for my car emergencies. The staff is very friendly & helpful. What I love the most is their customer service. I’ve tried other auto zones & I will truly say I’m not a fan , but this location is my favorite.

  Walk around with a product in my hand for 4 to 5 minutes. Everybody behind the counter was talking to each other and acting distracted. Couldn't find what I ultimately came for, and nobody asked me if. I needed help. and one person said Hi? Ask I was leaving. I'm not going back to that store ever.

  I visited this AutoZone for the Fix Finder Service on my car. When I asked the first employee he stated he would only help if I gave him my number. When I said no he declined to help me and left me alone. I reached out to the other employee and he gave me the fix finder machine to use it by myself. I didn’t know how to use it on my car but I was able to YouTube how to work the device. I did not get the help that Autozone advertises, The customer service needs to be better!

  Great place to get a new battery or headlights as well as more specific items like thermostats or motor mounts. They will read your check engine code for free and help you figure out the likely issue. Really friendly and fairly knowledgeable staff.

  As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and asked by Mark if I needed help finding something, which he quickly helped me with what I needed and promptly checked me out with my purchase. When I walked out to my car I encountered a BIG problem .. " I could not get my car key to open my locked car! ", so I asked the employees if they could come out to see if they could help, which they did. Francisco was the employee who took over to help me, he made a few suggestions on what we could try to see if we could resolve the issue and fortunately one of his suggestion worked. Francisco and Mark were very nice and very helpful. But hands down, Francisco was a blessing for my situation. :-) Thank you for your great customer service. I am making this store my store to shop. :-)

  Helpful staff and ready to assist you. Staff to customers was balanced this time. The wait in line was about 3 minutes, shorter than the usual 5 to 7 minute wait. I would probably give 4* if they weren't understaffed at peak hours.
