These people lie. I was told I would I would get a refund when I send the receipt that I sent the part back. I sent it back and I have yet to hear from anyone. My calls go to voicemail. I just tried to email them, it wouldn't send. My next step is Judge Mathis and I will ask for punitive damages as well

Finally got my refund from this business. It took sometime but they came through for me. I’m glad to get my money back.
Just got the transmission delivered for my chevy.
Delivery and timelines were as promised.
The delivery team were helpful in moving to the right place as I did not have the lifting equipment

Yes, this company is very much a SCAM; I ordered an oil pan and was told by Bobby valcan that it would be shipped in 24 hrs, along with the tracking number , after 48 hrs passed I called and asked Bob about the tracking number and was told that he had 2 oil pan and they both were cracked that he needed $ 90 more dollars to complete my order, 2wks later I received the oil pan and it was cracked I had to shipped it back to him at a cost of $ 52 dollar not mentioned the $ 277 dollar I paid for the oil plus lost wages for waiting for the delivery... I will never shop verisure again... I warn you not to either

I just wanted to say you are a big disaster!! You send me the wrong bumper as well !! I request to you the 2011 Mercedes Benz gl 450 bumper ,but you never keep in mind the same year, have different models !! But you never asked for the vin number to be precise!! And don’t forget the fender was lost !! I will find the way to fixed !!

I wish I could give them 10 negative stars. You order parts, they charge you and state they will ship the next day (From Waco Texas) and 30 days later you still have no parts and can't get anyone to refund money or talk to you, but they sure have your money. They should be put out of business.
Shipped the wrong part to my neighbor then lied bout picking it up. I had to go to Texas from Oklahoma and they refused to allow me to drop off the part and never picked it back up. He ordered a transmission for a gas and they sent him one for a Hybrid
Its been an absolutely wonderful experience working with them to buy and transport an engine, they made sure to keep up with me whenever I needed information, and worked with me on a payment plan that worked in my own time, their parts are well priced considering what it is they sell and the delivery was pretty short as well, really I have no complaints and would recommend their service
I'm currently working on putting the part in so I'm not sure how well it works yet, but they also offer warranty for all parts so even if there is an issue I can work that out with them as well
Very happy with the service provided and will definitely make sure to recommend them to anyone with car parts problems
This company is a scam. They lie to people and sell bad parts. When you try to make a warranty claim they change the paperwork and refuse to speak with you. Every so often they change the name of their business so the bad reviews go away. Currently they are using the name Michigan Auto. Do not buy from here.
