Stop today to get small battery for garage door opener, sales person was in the back. I asked him for a 2023 and he replied there was a service charge to open the back of my garage opener!? I said no problem I'll do it, he didn't like my answer. When ringing up the cost he charged a dollar more than what was listed? I asked why and he said the price on the shelf was wrong and he had to change me the extra dollar!
I thank him and said I was going to another store, I went to home depot and the battery was $2 cheaper!! For the same brand!! That guy rude service save me money!!
Like a year ago I went to get a replacement for my car keyfob and I gotta say these guys got me one at a decent price, in addition to the fact that they treated me well. 5/5, I definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely fantastic service and quality of repair. I have insurance thru T-MOBILE and had my Samsung 23 Ultra screen fixed at this location and was very impressed with the service! The phone was fixed at the time they quoted me. Brandon and another gentleman there was a great help! 100% satisfied with my experience at this location!
The manager at this location is nice and helpful, I went to pick up a u-Haul truck from here and the manager was helpful. When I went back to drop off the truck, the staff there told me the manager was away on lunch and that they could not assist with my question. When I asked them if they could contact the manager to get an answer, the staff grew agitated, raised their voice at me, and used threatening language that made me feel unsafe. I had to walk out of the store without completing the check in process because I felt unsafe. I would like to request the manager and the owner of the store to look into this person, they should not be allowed to make customers feel unsafe.
Had a lot of trust and went there. Very disappointed. I am not sure if it's just this location but I wanted a new key fob and it was 169.99 plus 69.99 programming fee. I would be happy if the job was actually done properly.
The same key fob same part same brand I could find online for 42 bucks. They cut the key, but the key didn't unlock my car door physically. Car keys are supposed to work facing any side but the way they cut it, the engine only cranks facing one side. They still weren't able to program the key to be able to unlock my car with just the buttons. Plus my old keys didn't start the car anymore.
When asked about it, the "manager" guy told that my car doesn't support keyless entry, but when I went to another locksmith they did it in 5 minutes. The manager also claimed that the part number given by the dealership was wrong (it wasn't)
In other words, I paid 212 bucks for my car to be in a worse condition than it was. Old key doesn't work anymore and new keys only work partly.
I called KeyMe and the mobile locksmith did the unfinished job in 5 minutes for 60 bucks.
My suggestion for getting replacement key fob: order one from Amazon for your car, call a mobile locksmith to get the job done for much cheaper.
This place is an absolute rip-off in terms of getting replacement key fobs for your car.
Had expected a lot more from a reputed brand.
Dropped off my S23 Ultra for a screen replacement and am happy with the seamless service that was provided. The tech listened to me about some other issues I was having with the phone and it was fixed in about an hour and a half.
Josué was very helpful and very professional over the phone and in person. He took time to help me with the correct battery for my garage gate door. He even installed it for me. I highly recommend this place especially the very helpful employee Josue Manríquez. Thank you!
Very poor service it took three attempts to get a replacement battery for a garage door opener the first one they sold me didn’t fit the wires in the garage door opener the second battery was dead when they sold it to me the third was correctly charged and fit. Don’t go here.
I bought Duracell AGM battery for my car in 2022 which had 48 months warranty on it, within 30 months the battary was gone, so I went to let it checked at my local Battay plus store and my experience was really bad with them, they helped me nothing. Then I came to this store, the people here looked very friendly, efficient and problem solver specifically Brandon, they tested my battery and found not holding the charge anymore. So they replaced it with new one without asking a single question. Highly recommend this place
Never buy a car battery from this place! Bought the battery with warranty and when went to the place they tested the battery and said the battery is no good.Since they did not have the battery he called other places to find if they had the battery because I did not want the hassle to go to the other store I said please refund the money when hearing this the guy panicked and then started calling his boss the boss told him to retest the battery and that test would take 3 to 4 hrs...I said really no respect for customer and his time.
Excellent service experience. My car battery was tested and replaced in under 20 minutes. My technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He made every effort to find the perfect battery match for my car. Faster than scheduling with a mechanic and higher quality service than at your standard auto parts store. With testing and installation included for free with purchase of a battery, this was a great deal.

Price was decent. Staff was useless. Purchased a deep cycle RV battery for my teardrop trailer. Website says they offer free installation and I clicked around looking for any exceptions but couldn’t find any. Ordered the battery and went in when it was ready for pickup. Brought the trailer with me and asked about installation. The employee looked at me like I was from another planet. No installation on this battery (evidently). So I asked if they could come take a look at my connections to see if they have the tool I would need so I could do it myself there and leave the old battery with them. “We can’t let customers use company tools.” So I went home and did it myself after searching and finally finding the right tool but the nuts on my old battery didn’t fit the new one and I wasn’t given Nita to connect it. All of which would’ve been apparent if the staff had done literally anything to help me install it. Definitely won’t be returning with any future business.
Purchased a car battery here, and the installation was not a simple task. The technician rose to the challenge, even went to the auto store for a replacement bolt to ensure the battery was properly secured. Great job by the staff here.
The employee Michael was super helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and had a great, positive attitude, something that is rare to find these days. I was there for a battery replacement in my device and things didn’t go exactly as expected. The owner went the extra mile to take care of me and put everything right. I did not have to raise cane and fuss, she just stepped up to help. With a smile. Very refreshing and appreciated.
Had to compliment the staff. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Battery was ready with paperwork. Was offered tools if needed (I had brought mine [auto Battery]). Price was best I found as well. About $100 less than auto parts stores.
Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Blake was so helpful, considerate and went above and beyond to find a battery for me that 4 other stores in the area could not. Then did an excellent job on my iPhone repair and had it ready on time as promised. Awesome store!
5/5 experience. Came here to replace 6 batteries for a fire alarm system since I’m legally qualified and competent to do this at my job. Customer service is top notch. Everyone here looks or acts like they love their job, a rare thing in today’s job market. I definitely would come back to this battery plus for all my battery needs.

This new Batteries Plus location is exactly what the doctor ordered. I came here for a simple battery for my camera and left with a great experience.
