They were excellent at finding the parts I needed , BUT those parts never arrived and I had to get a charge back from my bank as the new world employees would not research the error or refund the money or get me other parts.
this co will bid on parts and a few hours after ordering they will cancel the order.They have no respect for customer time. This is over 20 minutes out of my day. do they care NO!!! THEY DID IT AGAIN PART ORDERED 9/5 AND WAITED TILL 9/9 LATE IN THE AFTER NOON TO SAY THE PART IS NOT AVAL. WHAT A JOKE THE INS CO. This was great we ordered the wrong piece of our taillight but Christian and Julio were Very Nice and kind and overall they were really fast, I'd Recommend for any parts of cars
Several weeks after ordering a part, we called to question it's status. They said they had no record of our order, even though our credit card was charged the day we placed the order. We had to file a chargeback with our credit card company.
I called and ask if they had the parts for my car then when i get there they done have any of the parts gave me the wrong parts had to wait again cuts u of to pick up the phone just bad service
I talked to 2 people at the front desk and they where openly disrespectful twords me a Mexican man and a Mexican women extremely rude they openly disrespected me infront of other people and even laughing while doing
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was given a no quote number then for them to tell the insurance company that the no quote wasn’t any good. I called and asked for the manager multiple times with no call backs
While this place have a huge warehouse full of parts that you may be looking for, they make money off of you by selling you at a marked up price and the quality is in question as well. I feel bad for their overworked their employees who are being overpressured to sell you a marked up price by the corporate/company. You would be better off getting parts that are genuine from else where, or even a car dealer. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you want to be waiting forever and support a company that rips you off by marking up prices on auto parts that has low quality.
too slow, supper slow. Never answer the calls. If you don't have enough people to answer the phone call, hire more people then. Need to wait super long to order phone calls.
The folks at New World really helped me with my purchase of parts for my 97 chev. Tahoe. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am not in the body shop business,but that did not hinder me in any way getting exactly what I needed. Saved huge ! On my purchase and had the parts in my hands when I left. No waiting .
They are fast and efficient and cheap. I ordered a part and had to return it because it was the wrong part. They didn't charge me for the return or the wrong part. I called them and they were able to get the right part and had it within 2 business days. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They are the cheapest and fastest in the area plus they deliver far away.
They didn't have a bumper for my car but they do have the side passenger mirror, I was kind of disappointed that they didn't have the bumper because I need the bumper also. The employees and there are very friendly and helpful, I talked to three of them. They know their business it was very helpful for me. I would recommend this place for anybody but check first to make sure that they can get your part, because they may not be able to. I will be going back if I need anything else but I will call first.
Yeah not to sure why there are so many bad reviews, I went the next day after I had my accident I have a 2017 Nissan maxima. And no one laughed because it was a newer car or anything. They just went forwards with the process, waited about 15 min after they took my order for them to just look for the bumper and that's it. Payed for it and went about my day. 10/10 recommended
This place is always busy. People there are nice, especially the Asian cashier. The manager lady is helpful. Their time to pull the parts is average compared to other similar businesses. But, their prices slightly cheaper than others. Well, I hate it whenever they couldn’t find my part after waiting for about half an hour. But overall, it’s a good business. And, I will be coming back.
awful customer service . I've been ordering a part for almost 3 days & finally after 3 days they brought a broken tail light for me when i asked them to bring the new one and called the customer care she was so rude and i called them by 11 but she says they gonna deliver it tomorrow when i asked her why she said we cant deliver it today however it's there responsibility & mistake to check the parts before delivering it to customers. I'm so unhappy with the way they do business they just want money but they don't taking care of the customer , when i asked the lady who took orders to talk to her manager she hang up the phone . i never try to write the bad review's but the way she treated me on be half of the new world international was awful.
First time going here today. Needed a front fender for my 02 maxima. Lady greeted me promptly and took my order. Great price on fender. I sat down with a book thinking it would take a while to pull my order, but they bought it up in a few minutes. Asian cashier was cordial. Left there feeling I was treated well. Ill be back.
Great service over all, I came in and order the parts I needed for my Jeep and waited for my headlights assembly less then 20 mins. The only thing that I didn't agreed was seen one of the employees lighting up a cigarette inside the store while he was walking out towards the front and smoke his cigarette outside, I didn't feel to report him since I know he was a young man in his late 20's and didn't want him to loose his job, bottom line they shouldn't be allowing employees to smoke in the store or near by, There's a city ordinance that needs to be respected and obey..Period, THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD AND FAST SERVICE
