Stay away from this business. I paid $790 in cash (Zelle) for an airbag that turned out to be defective — the shock retainer was faulty, and I had to spend another $700 on parts and labor to replace it. When I contacted them, they refused to help and said their “warranty” only lasts one week. On top of that, they push for cash transactions, which feels shady and unprofessional. They take no responsibility for the junk they sell. Don’t get scammed like I did.

needed a tail light for my truck. a friend recommended Gordo and at first it seemed kinda off the beaten path and i was hesitant. when i spoke to him on the phone he had exactly what i needed and for a price i could live with. problem was i am in NY and he is in Dallas. he assured me it isn't a problem with shipping and as i was paying with Zelle my reluctance grew. Long story short the part arrived as promised perfectly wrapped for MAXIMUM protection, (took me a good 10 mins to unwrap it) worked great and in pristine condition. sometimes people have bad experiences even at high end stores but i find the small shops usually give you the best service cause they want you to come back. Thank you Darwin for the excellent service. i hope to never need to buy body parts again but if i do Gordo will be the first person i call.

Don’t use these people for your parts. They lie about when you can return items to your face. Make up rules as they go. I’ve learned my lesson just want other to know as well We originally ordered OEM when estimate was written. Was told it was on a national backorder so we looked for other options. I was not informed about “if” I ordered another part that I could not return it. You TOLD me if I bring back by Wednesday it would be no issue to return it. I can not help when the OEM grill arrived but I tried returning in the given time frame I was told. Why would I pay you to return part that I no longer need and store credit for at best B grade parts.

This place is absolutely horrible. I found them on car-parts.com. I reviewed the pictures they posted for a F350 door, I sent my driver to pick up the door based off the pictures I viewed online. When I received the door it has a HUGE scratch and dent down the middle that was not on the pictures I viewed online. I called to return the door and they said all they can give me is store credit! Like why would I buy another crappy part from them? I asked for the owner to call me and NEVER got a call. I got a call from the so called "manager" Leo and he said I spoke to my manager he said the same thing I did. Absolutely unprofessional, trash parts, definitely reporting them to the car-parts website and NEVER using them again! I recommend all body shops and individuals do the same!!!

He will probably come back with some dumb response as he has with the rest of the negitive reviews but this guy is a flat out liar. Ground down tab on the headlight and made it look like it wasn’t missing and then I tried to return it and had no luck until I got the credit card company involved. And the full return wasn’t even honored so it is still being disputed. He came up with lies on the fly over the phone. Be EXTREMELY cautious when buying from this immoral company. There Crooks!

I ordered a headlight from Gordo's It only partially worked. When I told them about it they told me to try fixing it by replacing module saying they would reimburse me for the part. They did not reimburse me. On top of that changing the module did not fix anything. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying to my messages.

I ordered a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Mirror from Gordo Auto Body parts. I ended up ordering the wrong mirror. The mirror looked similar to what my truck has but the mount was different since my truck was a 1500 and the mirror was for the 2500, so it would not fit my truck. Contrary to all the other negative reviews, they were very helpful, honest and easy to work with to return the mirror. I Hope to buy from them again for future needs and would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing car parts.

I am a dealership in missouri. Deal with many salvage yards. And this was a horrible experience. I ordered a door fo a 2015 gmc 3500 and the send me a door for a 2020. Totally different doors. Then tell me I have to ship it back pay for the shipping and they would refund me but the shipping cost me then the part. They mess up and you pay. Don't deal with them!!! Could not tell from the pictures sent. And it clearly states on the paper wor 2015 gmc sierra 3500hd . You should kno what a 2015 door looks like I order parts all over the country on a daily basis and when I tell them 2015 I get a 2015 have never had to try to send something back. Pretty simple when I tell you what vehicle I have you should kno what will fit.

Called to order a headlight which I was made aware that had some defects and bc of this we agreed on a discounted price. Leo emailed over a credit authorization form, I filled it out and sent it back that same day only to have Leo call me back and inform me that the price is going back up bc they made a mistake regarding the condition saying that they now need to charge more bc they fixed some scratches. Why would you fix them if I agreed to purchase the light as is and even read and signed your disclosure agreement. I consider this a very deceptive business practice which allows you to reel in a customer with a low selling price only to turn around and raise the price at your discretion. I urge people to save your time and go else where. Update: Buddy, you can “lol” all you want but your reviews speak for themselves. Also, you are right, someone that actually has knowledge in their field would be better informed regarding their inventor and pricing.

I bought a light for my 2018 Mercedes e400 at first it had small issues with it but Leo at the front with his coworkers were very helpful and got me right with no hassles I definitely recommend Gordo Auto Parts to anyone.

Not much of a customer service. Pretty high prices compare to others. I would check the dealer prices first before calling them because some of there parts are more expensive than brand new at dealer. I have informed them several times but they don't care or listen because I see the prices stay the same.

Our shop purchased a headlight assembly for a 2011 Vw Touareg. They sent pictures of the item beforehand and the shipping was quick. Also packaged very well. No issues or damage, works great. Just as described. Would buy from them again. Thank you

DONT USE THIS COMPANY I just bought a front bumper cover for a 2006 Beetle for $150 and paid the shipping, which was close to $200. I received the bumper cover to find out that it was a rear bumper cover. I immediately called them and told them about the mistake. And assuming that they were a reputable company that they would send the correct part or at least refund my money because of a mistake they made….. Nay Nay! I was told that they would refund $150 and I could keep the back bumper cover, however they will not refund the shipping because I should have done my due diligence to make sure that they were sending the correct part. I found the part on car-parts.com which clearly stated that it was a front bumper cover and the emails (included in pics) clearly state that it’s a front bumper cover and all communications through the phone suggested that I was paying for a front bumper cover for a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle. I will be sending all correspondence to car-parts.com with hopes that others don’t get scammed dealing with Gordos Scam Shop!

Excellent service. The price wasn’t bad compared to other places around. They got a hold of me quick and was able to find the part that I needed. I originally went to car-parts.com to find the part. Called the place to make sure they had the part and they were able to help me locate it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them. They had the cheapest price in the metroplex.

Purchased a headlight for a 2015 Infinity QX80 through Car-Parts.com. The item was very well priced including shipping to Chicago. It did have a repair to a tab but the repair was so well done that you could not even notice it had a previous repair. Thanks for all of the help. We will certainly be shopping with them again!!!! Recommended Company.

Repaired junk headlights. $900 headlight stopped working in less than 3 weeks!!! The warranty is for 7 days ONLY ( Are you kidding me!! If you are in business to stay in business you would’ve honored your product! This is a scam .

An insurance provider instructed my shop to purchase two headlamps from this vendor. One arrived, the other did not. We returned the headlamp that arrived and were waiting on a credit for the other. Two months after the returned headlamp arrived back to the vendor we still had no credit for either assembly. After constantly haranguing the vendor for a credit I, at my wits end wrote a scathing review... The next time I emailed lo and behold they were able to process the credit, unfortunately if I wanted to actually receive said credit I was instructed to take down my review... This company held the credit that I was owed hostage until I removed the review. Such greasy unprofessional behavior. I'm writing this to warn both Body Shop and regular customers to avoid this vendor like the plague. Run! RUN! If an insurance provider tells you to use this vendor tell them NO! as you will likely get the shaft on the deal.

EDIT: My question is where is proof of you refunding my 50 dollars? I'm still waiting.. this place is a joke. EDIT: YOU DID NOT REFOUND MY 50 DOLLARS, POST A PICTURE AS PROOF! LIERS!!! This place is a SCAM. I order a set of headlights, when I went to pick them up I found out I had order the wrong lights.. Talked to the manager and agreed I would pay a $50 dollar deposit and would come back for the correct lights. Few days later I called to confirm I would be there the next morning; lady on the phone said they would have them ready for me, when I got there had to wait 30 minutes for her to find a mismatched set with broken plastics on both lights, tried to convince me that my customer would not notice the difference and that she would find the missing plastic pieces and glue them to the lights. I politely refused and asked for store credit her response was that she could find a matching set but I would have to pay extra and refused to give me store credit I looked at her in the eye and said so you basically got mad and want to charge me extra because I refused to buy a set of mismatched broken lights? She didn't say a word.. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Despite the negative reviews I decided to venture out to see if I could find the parts I needed to repair my Toyota Tundra. I had an accident that I wanted to take care of it myself – found the entire bumper and covers to complete the repair. I can not complain about the process, simple and straightforward. I understand that not all situations are the same but at least I can tell you that they were able to help me out, fair pricing and quick respond. Thank you, guys.

I am writing this review on behalf of my father who purchased a part from Gordo Auto Body Parts. Before purchasing the part, my father asked me to search the company and to see if they had reviews and what kind of reviews. I showed him the reviews and insisted that he buy the part from elsewhere because i wasn't seeing many positive reviews. My dad purchased from Gordo Auto Body Parts despite my recommendation that he should not. My father purchased the item, received it on time, and when he had a concern about the item, he was able to get in touch with the shop, and they were able to resolve everything without hassle and with awesome customer service. Great service. Easy to do business with. Thank you!

Small shop with many parts available on site. El Gordo did a great job of finding my part and getting it painted and setting me up with an installer. Very reasonable prices. I would recommend.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I called Gordo Auto Parts to order a bumper cover and headlight and CLEARLY explained that I was only going to be up north for 12 days. I was told the parts would arrive in 3-5 business days so I had them shipped to me up north rather than my home in Florida. 9 days later, the parts had only made it to the first hub in Chicago and weren't scheduled to be shipped to the second hub in WV until the following week-and then would need to be trucked 90 miles to the body shop that was going to repair my SUV. Gordo stood by their statement the parts were supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days but blamed the shipping company they contracted with. I tried working with Gordo Auto Parts to have the parts rerouted to Florida but Gordo wanted to charge me an additional $300 in shipping (on top of the $195 I had already paid). I refused and Gordo agreed to cancel the sale and issue a refund (after jerking me around day after day after day). Instead of keeping their word and issuing the refund, Gordo doubled my shipping cost to $390 and only refunded $270 of my original $660 charge.. I ended up driving my SUV back to Florida with the damaged bumper and headlight. This caused damage to both inner fenders and one fender- which caused another $800 in damage. I just filed a lawsuit against Gordo and am looking forward to my day in court. Don't do business with this company. They are as slimy and slippery as anyone I've ever dealt with.

props for the girl that keeps calm through every phone call! My brother in law needed a door for his car not only did they take their time to look for this part for me since they did not have it in stock but also answered each of my questions. After a couple of hours i get a phone call letting me know they found the part, I asked for a picture of it ( I know many places do not send pictures) this shop took the time to actually get me some pictures being the picky person i am i asked for a couple of more from different angles and i received them. i needed this part shipped out to my sister in Colorado they offered me various prices for freight and even informed me of the one that would not refund me in case they damaged my part i mean not every Auto shop does this! They specified how freight works and how i could protect myself in case of any damage caused to my part from the carrier! Long story short i couldn't be more satisfied with an Auto shop! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!
